About a year ago I reached out to Fidelity Payment Services to inquire about their services as I was looking to diversify the options of payments my business would be able to receive. I was put in contact with Benjamin Sadowsky who seamlessly explained their services and thoroughly answered all questions I had. I was at a crossroads as to whether we should have went with a physical terminal or an online system but Benjamin explained the pros and cons which ended up leading me to select the online system. One year later I can say it was a very good decision. Their customer service is impeccable with almost instantaneous responses around the clock and very precise instructions to solving problems. Stephanie Mercedes & Benjamin Sadowsky are notable mentions of individuals who has made my experience with this company very good. Defintiely recommend!

As I started to use the merchant services of Fidelity every financial transaction became a blissful experience. And I had a great experience with them they explained me everything from the basics of how it works to the way they are charging me (there is no hidden fees or anything like that they are very transparent) and then I had set up a backup service that they have. And all through that process I worked with "Breindy Hammerman" I had her phone extension and email address and she was a great help she answered emails in a matter of minutes always helpful. Setting up a payment system through Fidelity is a rather straight forward experience, straight and clear cut. The reason I gave it four stars is because it's an average, 5 stars for customer service where our accounts specialist went above and beyond on her interactions with me and how she evidently grappled with her own organization, 3 stars, where evidently some chaos reigns. The account was opened really fast, the problem, confusion between Canadian and US businesses, taxation and business registration. Contrary to the US, in Canada businesses are more and arguably better regulated than in the US, hence less bankruptcies and when they come they're managed to have a controlled impact in society, yes we're that boring. We had to go through the whole process of untangling a series of confusing emails that started that our Corp was based in the US and that we were missing US registry papers and taxation papers when on every single document we appeared as a Canadian Corp registered under the CBCA, more bureaucratic but safer, you need to meet a lot more requirements though you're better protected and less prone to corruption and bad actors. Once that was cleared out thanks to the excellent work of our account specialist, we were out in the clear and happy as can be. My suggestion, to get personnelle with experience on Canadian business incorporations and that know that there is a marked difference between Canadian businesses and US businesses, yes we're slower and boring though we like to be cautious and feel safe, and that our investment will be able to go the long run with profitable products and services. I'd like for you to recognise our account specialist because it was due to her diligence that everything was sorted out. We're happy now!
