My experience with opening a bank account today with Bank of America was the best experience a customer can obtain from a banking institution. Bank of America representative, Rudiana Guillermo, showed sincere gratitude and professionalism from the opening greet. Rudiana Guillermo was very detailed with the various banking options that Bank of America serves the Harlem community and was very informative/ hands-on with my onboarding process. I had a great experience at this location applying for a credit card. I had about a 15 minute wait and going through the process with a toddler everything went smoothly. The teller even gave my daughter crayons and paper to keep her occupied
