Thrilled with the service received by Joe Gadd with Lendio. I reached out to Joe to help us secure our PPP loan because our bank, Wells Fargo, was neither helpful nor responsive. Joe immediately got in touch with me, walked me through the online application making sure all necessary documentation was completed and then sent daily progress emails until the loan was funded, which only took three weeks. Most business owners I know are still waiting and started the process when I did. Phenomenal customer service and attention to detail! Thanks Joe!

Joe Gadd could not have been more helpful, patient, and knowledgeable about the entire process. I had a few issues with the system not accepting my initial documents because we don’t have W-2’d employees. After reaching out to Kabbage (the lender where my business was ultimately directed) customer service and hearing nothing for weeks, Joe dropped the cheat code that they are responding much quicker to Twitter DM’s than email. I couldn’t believe it, but he was right! They responded within the day and the funds were processed and deposited not 4 days later. Without his attentiveness, I highly doubt I would have received those funds. I recommend Joe as highly as an individual can and will certainly keep the relationship intact for any future lending/credit needs.

This is the third loan of this nature I have taken out (first time with lendio and Joe). We had some conscern about multiple credit inquirys that would drop our credit scores. Joe promised us one credit inqury and thats what he did. We also had some challenging issues to get a loan at all. Joe was great. He was always in contact with us. The entire process took about 3 days. He found us a great loan that was more than we had been offered anywhere else, with MUCH better terms. Above all, he was super honest and direct, which is (in my opinion from exp) rare. I highly recommend using Joe at lendio. There is a sea of brokers and lenders out there, and they all just want your money. I really felt like Joe took the time to meet my needs and get me the best loan possible. He has my business in the future for certain.
