Alicia Theresa CaissieI know that sometimes the atm at the door when the Buisness is closed and people should be able to use the debit card to access the bank atm and if that happens then people will have to call customer service to get a new card to access the bank atm after hours and they will have to wait until the new card arrives before they can access their account through the bank atm machine… it’s a pain in the neck but it’s the way things happen sometimes but I love chase bank and I love the people who work there…
I still wouldn’t change my banking business with chase no matter what….
If the new atm card doesn’t work then they definitely need to fix the issue with access to the bank atm after hours so they don’t lose their customers or having customers complaining about can’t access the atm after hours or loosing their customers due to lack of access to the atm after hours!!!!

I’ve been a customer for over years and years now and this is the first time complaining about something about the chase bank!!!!
John FredricksonI just moved to the area, and my current bank has no branches nearby. I looked at lists of trusted banks in America, and Chase was high on the list. On top of that, they had a deal going on for opening a checking account, and this branch is within walking distance on my work. So location is 10/10.
All that said, I was impressed with the bank itself. It definitely feels brand new. Everyone was super welcoming.
Now I have to give a shout out to Darcie, the banker that helped me open my account. She was fantastic! Opening a bank account can be boring, but her upbeat personality and friendly humor made the entire experience pleasant. She was very informative without being pushy, and even let me know things I didn't know about the branch, such as their community involvement. I was extremely impressed and would 10/10 recommend.
