I USED TO BE IN BANKING FOR MORE THAN 7 NOW I AM SELF EMPLOYED. THE LEVEL OF SERVICE THIS BRANCH PROVIDES IS OFF THE CHARTS. EVERY SINGLE TELLER IS AMAZING, to a point where when I walk in I dont know who to choose. Very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. They make you feel appreciated and welcoming. I truly mean it and would recommend anyone thinking of switching institutions. Thank you guys for all that you do!!!

I was absolutely blown away by the service I received today. I’m new to the area, and Robert helped me open a checking account. He was so thoughtful, patient, kind, funny and personable! The whole environment from the moment I walked in was pleasant, and everyone who works here is extremely friendly and helpful. I’ve honestly never had such quality customer service anywhere in my life. I didn’t feel like I was looked at as just a number, all of my questions were answered without making me feel dumb, and I actually felt respected. Sadly I find that hard to come by these days in customer service. Whoever’s in charge, please give Robert a raise!

I have been with UMe for several years and Frank is what makes banking there such an extraordinary experience. On the exterior, UMe has catchy slogans that make you want to inquire within, but it is difficult to maintain any sort of a relationship that fails to promote substance, value, spontaneity, openness, and gravitas. This is where UMe SHINES. How? By hiring people that create more than a bank. Take Frank, for example. From the moment you meet him, you will find him to be soft spoken, kind, patient, thoughtful, intelligent, and determined to exceed every one of your expectations. He is everything UMe promises to be, and everything they aspire to be.

Every time I walk into UMe Credit Union I have the best experience. The tellers are friendly. Opening a checking account was so simple. And if my young kids come along with me, they enjoy the iPads (with fun kids apps) in the waiting area. I love that UMe is so involved in our community- packing care boxes in the parking lot for soldiers was really fun and special for my kids to participate in. I highly recommend this bank!

A++ for UMe Credit Union. I never knew I could *love* a financial institution/bank. I often have unique situations with my business account, dealing with many different clients from large corporations to individual human beings - it's been great knowing I have UMe to count on. As a customer, I always feel that I'm their priority - on the phone, or in person. As a side note: Their ads are clever, which I appreciate in a world that is constantly dumbing-down messaging. While the branch is always clean, and the staff is friendly and accommodating. I really hope they grow as an organization! This credit union is unique; They truly stand out in service and in aesthetic. Kudos to them!

The Best staff and excepcional customer service.! Robert Lopez is an amazing banker. He is extremely helpful, knowledgeable with a great attitude! He helped me thru a couple of processes. You can hear or feel a smile thru an email or call. I can not say enough of the service I have received.

Amazing customer service that pays attentions to even the smaller details. Big thanks to Maria who helped me get better financing in comparison to the auto dealership. Originally had gone to Toyota who gave me a wicked high apr and said if I purchased some warranty, would take down my apr. After going to Maria she told me that was a sales trick and immediately gave me better interest rate then Toyota ever offered. She also helped me to call them and get back the deal for the warranty that was unnecessary. Very strong amazing woman.

I just moved to Burbank and decided to go with a credit union for an auto loan. I had a wonderful experience with Maria G. She cleraly explained the auto loan process clearly and was very accommodating. She followed up with emails to see how I was doing. She's very professional and I highly recommend this credit union to my friends and family.

I sent a check to my grandson's Vanguard 529 college fund account . Vanguard cashed the check for 2x the amount written on the check!! I called UMe and spoke with Jesenia. Jesenia and UMe's accounting department worked to get the funds reimbursed to my checking account within a week. What a relief! Jesenia was so professional and helpful. Kudos to UMe for helping me resolve the situation.

Love my credit union! The are very personable & friendly. I got immediate alerts when debit cards were compromised at Target stores. I picked up my new card within an hour. They also called to make sure when I fueled up at a different location!

One of the most helpful financial institutions I have ever banked with. I prefer a “small town” credit union to large banks that are corporate ran. Ume gives you attention to anything you need and everyone has a happy to assist attitude. The place is classy, modern, and clean which feels so good walking into.

I find their customer service outstanding. I never feel like someone is trying to rush me away or make me feel unwanted. They remember your name and make you feel like a person. I also like that they do a lot of community involvement...Movie nights, drives for toys and drives for food.

Been with them for years. Very professional. Great service and really nice people. One thing though...UMe needs to upgrade its outside ATMs to handle deposits without having to deal with envelopes. It is a pain in the rear end. Several other CUs (Firemen's, L.A. County...) have the newer system that allows you to simply insert cash and/or multiple checks and make a deposit without any fuss.

In Colombia, unscrupulous people are using the name of this company to commit fraud, unfortunately I was one of the unsuspecting people who fell for a scam, since they sent me emails on behalf of this company saying that they would send me the money from the sale of a property, and it turned out that it was fraud. Please review this complaint, I am very attentive if you want me to send you the evidence and the emails that you send to rob people.
