I've been a member of the credit union for more than twenty years. The service I get from AFCU is so much better than what I ever received from banks. The tellers and other employees always make me feel welcome. The institution is well run and dependable. I highly recommend AFCU.

As usual, in this case, the manager was very courteous and helpful also patience. I wanted a couple of their new programs explained and sign up for one and got another one that I didn't think I needed before. She took the time to explain and even got help when she couldn't figure it out. I always liked seeing teamwork. Great conversation in between getting things done which I appreciate it. She wasn't in a rush. She answered all my questions and concerns. Don't forget about the teller who started it all off. She explained about why the ATM didn't have a not working sign on it. It would be good if the company who operates them could have a way for them to put it on the screen because she mentioned that they will pull off manual one. Thanks Arkansas Federal Credit Union for all your help over the years even when I didn't understand or it was my fault. Patience is definitely a virtue and kindness goes a long way. Helpfulness and understanding warms the heart. Smiles are without a doubt contagious. The only thing that I'm willing to catch during these troublesome times.
