steve piehlLeft my debit card in the machine over the weekend, called Monday morning immediately when they opened. They told me they would call me that day. Nothing by 4:45. So I went in and spoke with them, now I have to wait until tomorrow morning to find out. Obviously someone forgot to do what they said they would do in the morning. Horrible customer service for someone who's been banking with them for 15 years, not to mention the false overdraft fees constantly.
Eric QuiochoThis NSB on Sahara/Durango employees are the best!! I usually go to Christina who is always greeting customers as they come in and wait in line while she is attending to another customer at her window. Everybody knows it can get pretty hectic in a bank but when an employee who is helping someone and takes just a few seconds to greet their customers in line is very impressing. Kudos to you Christina on Superior Customer service!! Give that young lady a raise please!! She makes my day everytime I enter that bank. Also special recognition to Danielle and the rest of the employees who are all great at what they do.

Joey VegasIf you want a bank that takes your business personal, Nsb is the way to go. This particular branch, takes it to a whole new level, the way banks used to be. The bank manager, took the time to know me and greets me whenever he sees me.
Tami HuddlestonSahara and Durango is perhaps my favorite location. the manager behind the Tellers seem to be happy to be working there and is always happy to see people when they come in.
Even if she's walking by, she will still wave, smile or say hello to the people standing in line (I've seen people in front of me SMILE)

BNBOpened an account. It was much better than trying to open on with Chase Bank.
