I am currently at the pls inside the store and I must say the new guy Antonio is doing the DAMM thing with 3 customers at a time so that we can get out of here in a timely fashion🤩🤩 I come in every week to cash my check and it always takes 45 to an hour to just stand in line , I have seen Antonio handle 4 customers in the time it took his coworker to handle 2 I appreciate him being job focused and efficient GREAT JOB TO ANTONIO LINDSEY YOU MADE MY DAY🙏🙏🙏🙏🥰🥰🥰🥰

Kudos to Katherine M.(Katherina?) and Linda for the best service I've ever gotten at any PLS. KM was literally juggling two windows and the phone and didn't miss a beat, still giving each customer professional, efficient service. She went through a lot of unnecessary hoops with a wire transfer company trying to verify a check they had taken over a month to send me. Linda stepped in, finalized the verification and her kindness and empathy were above par. This was day three of me trying to get money that was rightfully mine. The issuing company made tedious and time cnsouming, what should've been quick and easy. Thank you so much. You ladies were able to get this done for me and I want you to know that you are very much appreciated.

On Friday, November 6, 2020, I entered the Pls location at 2335 E. 38th Street, Indianapolis, IN with a large sum of money to payoff my vehicle thru Western Union. The location was clean and everyone was adhering to the social distancing protocols set in place. I felt safe and confident that I would receive the assistance I needed to complete this transaction successfully. I had the most wonderful experience with Cynthia. When I told her, I was there to pay my account in full and showed her the amount. She said "Congratulations! and I can help you with that". She provided me with the delivery fee options and explained that this transaction would take three entries because of the receiveing limitations set by the car company. The process was simple, easy and fast. Cynthia was very knowledgeable, efficient, and provided me with exceptional service. Thank you Cynthia for having a positive attitude and cheering with me in victory on my journey of debt freedom. #TheTitleToMyVehicleOnlyHasMyNameOnIt #ButGod

I think everyone just expects the impossible from the employees there. The place is ALWAYS busy and they can only help one person at a time, they are only human. My one and only criticism would be for the employees not to be on break for lunch or otherwise behind the glass where the people waiting in line can see them "just sitting there" rather than taking an available seat behind the glass to help the next person standing in line. I've seen that on more than a couple of occasions where someone will be taking break back there in the same area where the workers are working and it starts an all out war between the emplyees and the customers in line.
