Shawn at the Pearland location closest to Silverlake was just an Angel! He helped me tremendously yesterday. A teller error at another location had me frantic. Shawn came in and fixed everything and was really just perfect! He showed me what a great employee can do! He has skills in member service knowledge. Thank you Shawn!! If you like to spend hours trying to get some help on the phone then this is the perfect credit union for you. Edit. They have reactive a feature to give you a call back when it is your turn to speak with an agent. With this the service has improved.

Since becoming Wellby, the level of service initially deteriorated significantly. However, over the recent months they have returned to the level of service that I came to appreciate and value from JSCFCU. They recently opened an office inside one of the HEB stores in Sugar Land (which I’ve yet to visit, but will do in a matter of days). Thank You Wellby “powered by JSC.”

I've been a customer for a good part of 7 years maybe, I have chose them for multiple accounts and even took out a car loan with Jsc. At 6% interest I am so glad I bank with this company, I also use Chase, but for the amount of fees I'm charged I should have just stuck w/ Jsc. I've only had a couple incidents at the para land branch since my 7 years of banking here, once was a very rude teller who was one of the managers and another was a banking advisor. Since the incidents both employees no longer work at this location, but other than that very smooth transactions.

I have been a member since soon after this branch opened. They are always so professional and because of them, I am a used car buying-expert! With 5 adults in the house, that's important! Now, they hold our mortgage and 1 car loan--almost paid off. I want them to have the other 2 car loans--working on it! Bridgette Nichols is the best branch manager ever and James McWhirter & Lisa Duncan are the best mortgage processing team EVER!!
