When I speak with her she makes sure I understand what is going on with my loan and makes sure that all my business is taken care of. I feel like she goes above and beyond for me. Best customer service received by Mrs. Debbie Lea!!! She was amazing at helping my husband get a vehicle loan. The process was smooth and quick, she was attentive to all of our needs. I was so impressed with the level of professionalism from Debbie, that I decided to go ahead and refinance my vehicle. Again, she was amazing, kind and new what she was doing. Recently had a fraudulent transaction on my account via my debit card. Went into my local branch, was pleasantly surprised at the level of face to face service from Debbie Leal (Texas Bay CU agent); she was extremely attentive, and I had resolution within 1 week. Debbie went above and beyond, and I am impressed at the training your people have received. On the bad side, the number to call for customer service was a 45 min wait, with never being able to speak with an agent. Debbie saved the face of the credit union. Customer service and attention to detail by far the best I’ve ever seen. I’ve banked with chase bank for 14 years and never had anyone pay attention to the details like Debbie did from TBACU. She saved me from a late payment called saying the money was in the atm (atm deposit over the weekend) and was not applied to my loan. Asked if I wanted her to make a manual payment to avoid late charges plus a late payment on my credit report. I said yes and thanked her for her service.
