Called today with a couple of questions on transactions and mobile use. Juan Molina (Katy Fwy branch) was extremely helpful, patient, knowledgeable and even advised me of changing an account that will pay interest and get deposits faster. MCCU is convenient and has great benefits for members. We’ve been members for over 20 years and could not imagine banking with anyone else.

I have been with MCCU since 2017, they have always had great customer service but I have notice in the last 3 months their customer service is going down every time I go to the two main branches that I use the turn over of employees is so obvious and I feel the employees are not friendly at all. They greet you then nothing, no eye contact sign here Thank you. I guess that is getting us ready for ROBOTS. The morals seem pretty low. I pray the customer service gets better and MCCU check on your employees maybe your TURNOVER won't be so high js.

I was having the craziest day from running to the DPS office and to multiple MCCU’s. I would like to thank God for someone like Jose Liu! He is the type of employee that’s organized, knowledgeable, content, and outstanding. This guy was almost off and had a few days off after dealing with me and wanted to get all my paperwork before I left. He seriously bent over backwards to help me, I really felt blessed today. I came home to share the news with my husband that my loan was approved and now we can pick up my new car this weekend. Seriously, I’m so glad I was referred to him by Michael from the Cypress branch.

I have been banking here for about 4 years and I not once had a problem with them! The tellers are friendly and fast. Customer service over the phone is fast . I have banked with chase and Wells Fargo but I will never go back to them! Members Choice has low fees and easy online app to use.

Super friendly service. The fact that customer service in banks are rare to none, at Members Choice Credit Union you do not have to worry about dealing with strictly ATM machines. There are always staff available at your service.

hello everyone, for my credit union it was an excellent bank, I had 2 cars refinanced with them and they gave me an excellent apr, the attention was very good, but I remember more than a year ago I applied for a loan to buy a car, the financial was excellent she tried to help me I do not remember her name, my wife and I at that time we had a credit of 760, very good credit, I have never stopped paying anything and my credit cards are below 20 percent, but incredibly they denied the loan, nor did the lady who helped me understand why, she told me she does not know why, that with my credit it is rare that they deny someone, since then I have never used credit union and for now I do not intend to use it, I do not have the confidence I had a few years ago.

Unfortunately, they are small banks and the customer service ate, the ATMs are limited, one call you stay on hold for at least 15 minutes for them to transfer you!
