Martha Renteria Assistant Branch Manager has the best customer service hands down! She was polite, efficient, and patient. I would recommend anyone to contact her at the Sugar Land Location. The service was smooth and straightforward. She was very helpful and answered all my questions and concerns. This was highest levels of customer service I have experienced. I’ve been a member of BVSCU for over 28 years and have always had great service but nothing like I experienced yesterday!! Alma Azusa-Martinez assisted me with the difficult process of gathering documents to file for Medicaid on my father’s behalf. Her knowledge, experience and expertise has made the process so much easier! She will definitely be my new representative going forward with all of my banking needs!!

I was blessed enough to have met her, my financial service representative was Alma Azúa-Martinez! Long story short, I was having a nightmare with my accounts and couldn’t figure out what was all going on, but she got to the bottom of it and solved all my problems I had! I did, have to take my kids that day and everyone knows kids, do not like to be patient, but she was amazing! I felt more then welcome, and she made me feel completely at ease and we got to do, what we needed to, and I give her 5 Stars ⭐️ She did an outstanding job, not just doing Her job but, making me as a customer feel all my concerns mattered, first bank I ever went to and was ever treated with great kindness! I love this Location in Sugar Land! I almost closed my account because of the way I was treated at the Missouri City Location. However every time I go to the Sugar Land Location I usually deal with Martha R. I don’t know her last name but she always has a smile and very friendly and she goes above and beyond to make sure I’m helped and taken care of. She did it again today so she and the Sugar Land branch are my main reasons why I continue to do business with BVSCU. You don’t get that type of great customer service at bigger credit unions or banks where you’re just a number.

Yolanda closed 2 of my vehicle loans back to back and was SUPER fast and efficient despite me transposing my social on the loan ap online. She caught it and fixed it within minutes while I was at the dealer waiting to sign and pick up one of the new vehicles. I’m crazy impressed at her skills and customer service. HIGHLY recommend her! A+ service.

I went into the Sugar Land location in regards to a new debit card due to an unrecognized purchase. I had already reached out to the company, and they refused to help me. Donna Thorson to the rescue!! She made the call with me and we got my money back! And it was in my bank account the next day! She went above and beyond just getting me a new debit card. Well I'm a current customer of Brazos Valley credit Union and this easter weekend I understand you were closed for Good Friday. I came back on saturday to withdraw money from my savings and your office was closed. I looked up your website before I left and it said you were open until 12:30, I drove 14 miles for nothing and was very disappointed. In the future your office needs to post your current schedule or update your website. Other than that the service is wonderful, I have no other complaints.
