Tom TFHB-Waikiki is No Ka 'Oi with real personal customer service! "MJ" went out of her way to quickly contact the different FHB departments to solve an access problem that I had with my account. And stayed with me on the phone to make sure I was able to log-in and make a payment before its due date. She has the true "Kama'aina Aloha Spirit of Hawaii!" A Big Mahalo to MJ!!!
BillH HaywoodOpened a large account recently. Very friendly at the time but poor customer service since. Tried calling our bank rep several times...left her voicemails and no return call. Tried calling the bank customer service and could never get thru. We will likely change banks

Most restaurants in Waikiki are cashless, so it's convenient to open an account and have a card.
The card is not issued on the same day, but it will be mailed in about two weeks.
かぶくわ新吉ちゃんねるI wonder if it's a Japanese-friendly bank. In addition, there is a parking lot at this location, so it is very easy to use.
