Went in today to open a savings account and had the best time talking to Kelsey. She was really kind and efficient! That was honestly the least nerve wracking time I’ve ever had at a bank. Said she was moving to corporate soon, so congrats and good luck Kelsey!!

Like any bank/credit union, overdraft fees are unnecessary and a real buzzkill. That being said, some of the tellers here are willing to try to help you, and others are just punching in and couldn't care less what happens to you to the point you close out your account and they don't even try to convince you otherwise. I've been coming here for 6+ years and as a service industry employee, most of my transactions don't rely on a paycheck but in cash instead so I'm constantly in and out depositing money for bills and whatnot. 5 stars to Bryan for always offering assistance and trying to make bad situations less burdensome. 1 star to Allison who wouldn't even look me in the eyes as she shrugged off my situation. LMCU as far as banking goes is a pretty great institution. I just wish some of the employees would try a little bit harder to have any form of sympathy if you practically just threw 100 dollars away in fees for 3 seperate hour long transactions at a parking meter.

Love the architecture of this building, though the parking lot is extremely small. As a credit union, I couldn't be happier. LMCU has been great for everything I need a bank to do without all the fees. I even opened my first even credit card with them, something I thought I'd never do.

The ATM is inside, so you have to park to use it. This can be a busy corner, but it's very close to where I work. I love LMCU.

I go at various times. They're always understaffed. The staff is always friendly and very nice and I like LMCU, but this branch is always understaffed.
