Overall the staff was very kind and pleasant to work with. However, at times it was hard to get a response to short text messages or emails, sometimes waiting over a day for a response or never hearing back at all. I understand at this time these people are very busy so that definitely could have played a role in the communication aspect of it all. Overall would recommend!

The coffee is always on, smiles and hellos to greet you, and someone is always there, ready to help, as soon s you walk in the door. I love this place. Abbey has helped us so much, with finances, setting up a budget, and teaching us how to manage all of it on the website. I already feel like I have had a “crash course” in Dave Ramsey’s money management. I have never received this kind of clarity and help at a bank. Thank you CCU!

The team they have on staff is absolutely amazing. Very welcoming from the moment I walked through the door, answered all of my questions and even some questions I didnt realize I had.
