I do most of my financing through Premier ever since being recommended to seek out Sara Keller by a realtor. She’s incredible to work with and my wife and I have enjoyed having her assist us whenever we needed it. The speed and level of service is unmatched by any other local financial institution. I’ve had auto loans and checking or savings accounts with other credit unions before, but the only one that will be keeping my business for good is Premier.

Sara was so helpful & professional. Her promptness made it possible for me to be able to turn in my rental car early enough to get money back from them, and to be able to start driving my new car in a matter of a few hours. She made the loan process very easy for me to understand. Offering me ways to save money along the way. In addition to getting the loan check to me so quickly, she also set me up with a low interest rate credit card that actually pays me back 1% on all my purchases. She answered all my questions about ways to keep increasing my credit score, (which, unfortunately, plays a major role in the privileges we are allowed in this country). Sara was very helpful, prompt, and always had a friendly, positive attitude. After being with them for over 30 years, I can still say I’m greatful I belong to such a great credit union who employs such great people. Thanks Sara :)

Josh was more than generous assisting me with my lost credit card issue. It was reported lost and all in December 2022 to Master Card. However, due to some issues at Master Card's end, there was trouble getting my replacement card. Initially, I was told the replacement card would arrive in 7 to 10 business days. When that didn't happen, I called Master Card. They confirmed that the card had not been sent yet and to call back next week to check again. I did this a few times. Finally, I called the credit union, as I was becoming a bit suspicious. Josh, (BLESS HIS HEART!!!) not only assured me that there was nothing fraudulent with the re-issue of my credit card, and shared with me they were having issues receiving the chips. BUT, not only did he offer a decent explanation to the issue, he voluntarily continued to check on the status of my credit card so I did not need to keep calling every week, and once it was reported to have shipped, he notified me. It was well over a month in the making. A far cry from 7 to 10 days, for sure. Such a great employee!!! MAN! Do we ever need more Josh people in our world! I am blessed to be a part of such an awesome credit union, with awesome staff! I could not be happier!!!!!

Premier offers some of the best rates and options when it comes to my loans and investments. I have transferred almost all of my banking from another place to Premier in order to take advantage of the 5.0% High Yield Checking account!

I've been doing business with Premier Credit Union for over 20 years. They have always been great to work with. They have excellent customer service and are quick to respond to my inquries. I have taken out several loans through Premier and they made the process of applying and completing paperwork easy and work around me and my schedule in the process. Plus I have found that they offer better interest rates than other Credit Unions. They also have a great online banking system with a user friendly mobile app feature. I highly recommend Premier Credit Union.

I've been with premier for a few years. When I opened up my account it was because I was confidently a ways away....only because i was trying to save money to move out of my grandmother's house and into my own apartment. Great friendly staff... I only gave a 4 out of 5 due to adding a cost to their cashiers check is now 5 not free for members. Still use them...just as a back up....
