Been banking with them and Joann in particular since the late 80's and have always had exceptional service from them...they are a Credit Union and you are a member not a number... I am writing this review because of the bad reviews that I just read on Google and they seem to be unfair to a CU more like they should be dealing with a bank and being treated as a number not a person.
