I've been using these guys since I moved to Colorado and they've been a godsend. My experience consists of a checking and savings account, an overdraft credit line they recommended after I overrated my account s few times (whoops), and a regular line of credit I set up later. All of those have worked extremely well with no problems. Their app is good too, very functional. Compared to all of the banks that I've worked with, they're not only more capable and far less prone to mistakes, but they've also yet to try and talk me into a bad deal or a decision that would cost me a ton of fees or whatever. They're just... You know, human. Which is rare for people in banking, lol. I honestly can't recommend them enough. Only been to this branch once, but I've called them a few times over the phone as well. All of my conversations with them have been very positive and they've been really nice, and they were always straight up with me, which I appreciate. I really believe they're good and honest people here, and that's consistent with what I've experienced at my usual branch. So... Yeah, thank you. <3

Been a member of the Credit Union of Colorado for many decades now. I have also been a customer of banks during and before those decades . Overall, I continue to find the personnel very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. There have been a couple of speed bumps over that long stretch of time, but it has always turned out well. I continue to recommend them to any friend or family member that has need of a great and continually improving banking service.

I don't ask for much. Keep track of my money. Patiently explain things I don't understand, & make me feel welcome & valued as a customer. I don't use the app, I never liked online banking. I call and speak to whoever's on the other end of the line, & most of the time I get treated with above average service. I like that.

I have been a member for over 12 years. There are compromises with some of the bells and whistles that come with some Fintech institutions, but CUofCO offers great products, relationships and service not found anywhere else. If you’re looking for a long term financial relationship, this is the place to go. I haven’t lived in Colorado for years, but still keep the CU as my primary banking relationship. If you want high fees and gotchas just to save a few minutes/hours for a decision, then go to a Fintech or big bank.

My wife and I have been with this credit Union for 30 years. Through thick and thin they have served us well. Even during times when we lived overseas or had any number of special requests the staff has always been responsive and competent. The VISA interest rate is quite reasonable, too! I would be very sorry to lose the CUofCO.

I have been banking with Credit Union of Colorado since 2013 and I will never leave! They helped me get my very first car loan and have always provided excellent customer service! The only thing I wish they would improve on is more branches throughout the Denver Metro area. the inconvenience is offset by being able to use any 7-11 or credit union ATM for free, but for in person needs I would like if I did not have to drive downtown as that is the closest location to me. Regardless, this is a great place to bank and they genuinely care about their members. Side note: the older mobile app WAS better/easier to navigate than the new app, but its not worth giving one star for the totality of the services that CUofCO provides.

Best bank I have ever banked with. Have been with them for years and they always were able to address my issues and help me when I requested it. Even after moving out of state I have been amazed how excellent their customer service is and how easy it is to bank with them even though there is no branches around. Highly recommended!

I have been with this Credit Union for over 32 years now, and they have always been professional. With no ATM fees, overdraft protection is nice, customer service has always been excellent whether on the phone, automated ADI or in person. Great place to do business with.

I worked on this location in 2015 as an armed security guard for about 14 months. Those people are absolutely the greatest people I ever met. I saw them how do they work for the customer's interest very respectfully and professionally. I've been very lucky to work besides those people, I learned a lot from them.

Love this place, have some of the best rates and some of the best customer service. They have worked with me on plenty of loans and have bent over backwards to get the deal done. Javier Cesepedes is polite, courteous and punctual with appointments. I could not be happier with the service I have received from this credit union. If you are not a member you can sign up by "donating" $10! Well worth it!

Their service is night and day from big banks. Are they perfect? No, but they really do work hard for their members and have virtually never been charged ANY fees. You can’t say that at the Big Banks.

Very happy with this credit union. Financed my car, and have been friendly when I've called for assistance. I havent had to go in for anything yet, which I think is a great sign that nothing has been messed up on my account.

Staff at the downtown location is rude and snotty. Hate to even go in there, and detest having to call. They are even more rude on the phone. Staff at the Evans/Illif location is very friendly. My biggest pet peeves though are that there are no drive-in locations except the one way up north in Thornton and the new "improved" online banking system is cumbersome and not intuitive from a phone.

I went in to open an account and spoke with Rena. She was unable to meet one of my specific banking needs, but instead of pushing me out the door she recommended a bank and even googled the address for me. Excellent customer service!

Credit Union of Colorado...everyone here at the 13th and Logan location have been so great in guiding me in the steps of rebuilding my credit and being patient with my questions. Most of the time I call I'm on hold for an hour to two hours at a time, and most of the time they awnser to only to put you back on hold, online wise they are bad but coming into their actual buildings they have nice service that timely helps you.
