I really enjoy this location the best for completing business services. The staff lets me know of products that may benefit me personally and professionally without the aggressive up sell. The staff, Deja and Sklar know I collect $2 dollar bills for holiday gifts and does not mind when I ask if any are available. All of the staff are friendly and let me know of events the bank is sponsoring and how I can help the community.

I have had very little bad experiences with them. I have been ding with OD fees before, but that was my fault not their fault. As for staffing there, it has gotten better, but the attitude of some folks that bank there needs to get better. The tellers on the floor or limited to what they can do, just be patient with them, and they will do their job to the best of their ability or get a co-worker to help.
