I really enjoy going into this branch. They always greet you with a smile along with speaking. Even if they are not assisting you with your transaction. It is the same when you are leaving the branch. They greet me by my name. Always willing to help with anything. I remember when I was buying my home and I needed some documents. They was very patience in helping me with the inquiries that I needed along with guiding me through.

My membership at this branch is phenomenal, there is never a day that I go into the branch and someone is not there ready to help me and if they don’t have the answer they will find someone who will help. I referred my son to become a member and he did. Not to mention when no one else wanted to help him with lowering his vehicle payment this branch stepped right in and help to achieve a lower payment. My family is happy to be a member.

I have been a member of Baptist Credit Union since 1992. I have always gotten terrific service from every one there. They took the time to learn my name so when I walked.in they would address me by name. They have always been super helpful with anything I needed. I would not even consider banking any where else.

PHCU has been invaluable to me. After losing my job in 2009, I went to Midlands Tech where I earned a degree in Respiratory Therapy. I was employed upon graduation at Baptist . PHCU Taylor St location is so convenient for those who work at Baptist The loan officers as well as the tellers are friendly & professional. The car loans & personal loans I've had were completed with minimal stress. The Taylor St location is handy for anyone working downtown. I recommend it.

I have been with PHCU for about 15 years. I started an account when I was an employee at Baptist. I have lived in another state for the past 10 years and have had the best support with applications, money transfers, ect. My only complaint is that they should really consider docusign or some other electronic system to sign documents. Since I am unable to physically visit a branch that would be more convenient than printing, signing, then scanning documents.

I have been a Palmetto Health credit union member for 43 years. They have seen me through most of my life’s finances. From home equity loans, loans for car purchases, boat purchases, camper purchases, and an extended warranty purchase for my car. Even a line of credit for my life’s unexpected emergencies. One of the loan officers at the Columbia branch knows more about my finances than my family. I had a breech of my account. My Palmetto Health credit union was on it immediately and saved me from being without funds. I wouldn’t bank with anyone else.

Rochese was amazing with helping me get a personal loan at a great interest rate!! I used that loan and paid off my high interest credit cards. Thank you Rochese for all of your help and I suggest this route for anyone paying on high interest credit cards. It is the only way you will escape those credit card payments.
