People who work here are very nice and they try to help as best they can! I went to get an auto loan, but what's disappointing is they only provide loans with the dealers who they have in their list. Anyway don't ever get an car loans from big banks, always go for Credit Unions. But what I really appreciate is that they gave me a cash back credit card for a CL of 1500 even though I didn't have any credit history 7, 8 months ago. That helped me a build up credit. I now have a CL of $4500.

I love Bank of America but i don't understand being denied a cash back card. I don't understand why you must be approved for a certain amount. I thought it was about how you pay for things with your card. That's why it's called cash back. I use my card for paying everything. I assumed that's what it's all about. I guess i was wrong

Some of bank tellers there can be a bit shady with your checks. For an example, one lady there instead of putting the check in right away she put it in as pending. We still go there , and we still got out money, but maybe they should stick to one routine. Other than that it a good place .

Got my first credit card here. The customer service are very good. They will explain thing patiently to you, and give you all the freedom to make choice.
