What a great location! Super team with outstanding customer service. Jeri was a super great help. She's incredibly empathetic. Veronica answered the phone,... was helpful! And incredible customer service. Truly. They both deserve raises because I've never been in an exchange that had a good culture .... let alone one who had me laughing and enjoy my visit.

The employees at this place are the best! They are super helpful, patient, and friendly. They even handed out candy to all of the customers on Halloween! Definitely a life saver when we need laundry quarters or a money order.

Neil I have a story to tell

I'm always treated with respect. I've been going there for years and there's a lady that's so nice and she's able to assist me every time that I go there. When I go there in the morning she is respectful very professional and she has a lot of experience she's been there over 30 years with the company and Been at the location and woodridge for years if I could give her 10 Stars I swear I would. I have great things to say about her and the location I remember when the old owners was there the place was dirty and this is before the new company came in now the place is clean it's in order I just love going there. I like it so much that I won't go to any other currency exchange and a few times I go it's a nice experience they have my business as long as the customer service is friendly great job!!!!

I never thought I would review a currency exchange as I find people who review these things to be self important babies and currency exchanges are a boring necessity but here I am. They are amazing. They've always treated me with respect and the person who I think is the owner goes above and beyond with everyone. She is patient and helpful even with customers I would have called the police on/screamed at. This is the best place to go if you're unsure about exactly what you need. They've helped me even when it meant advising me to my business somewhere else to save money. That's unbeatable. They are without a doubt the best currency exchange in the area.

So it was Memorial Day when I had gone into this location and there was only one lady present an African American lady working the place all by herself. She was courteous, respectful and on point. I had no problem at all cashing my check due to all of the other banks being closed on that day. I was not in the system so she put me into the system. My check was a third party check to were she had to do a verification the very first time(which is pretty cool that it was done) to were my next visit no verification will be needed. That lady was very well liked and appreciated not just because she cashed my check for me but because of her respectfulness, expertise and friendliness. I would truly go back to her and her location hands down because she treated me with respect unlike this one particular currency exchange that I have gone to recently that’s located in Willowbrook. That currency exchange LITERALLY SUCKS. Well let me rephrase that just one particular person at the Willowbrook currency exchange SUCKS and he is VERY rude, VERY unprofessional and VERY disrespectful in every way imaginable. So with that said I would definitely recommend going to the currency exchange on Janes Avenue at any given time. Thanks!

The person was great that I dealt with. I feel the fees charged for cashing a check were way too high. The amount of the check would have only been an $8.00 fee at Wal-Mart.

Seems to be crowded a lot and this location sold me card and then cancelled their contract with that company. This left me with the option of spending more money to reload the card or going somewhere else to reload it. However, the staff is friendly and knowledgeable!

Great Service! I was denied by several agencies which was frustrating but after coming here I presented all of the documentation and they had me in and out! I definitely recommend this spot, especially if you have a large amount to be cashed

I've always gotten quick pump service at this currency exchange and the fees to do transaction here all I'm believable I would recommend it to anyone keep up the good work new 75th and Janes currency exchange

The staff are friendly and very helpful, and the services are reasonably priced. Not to many currency exchanges left, but this is the reason they are still in business, i would definately recommend.
