Customer service was awesome. they detected fraud on my card and shut it down. I spoke to a lady named Amy in customer service and told her I'd call back after i spoke to my wife to see if she recognized the charge. Amy called me back when she noticed another member had the same charge on their account and called me back right away. great people, great bank.

Josie Tucker is a god send!! She worked her butt off to help us with a vehicle loan and wouldn't stop until she could get it figured out. Thank you just isn't enough words for how thankful my husband and I are that we got this auto loan! We will definitely work with Josie in the future and recommend her to others as well. Such an amazing lady to work with!

I've had nothing but great experiences at the east branch. Tellers are super friendly and I've never had to wait more than a few minutes. I banked with USAA for 15+ years. I made more in interest in the first few months at Meridian Trust than I did the whole time with USAA. I'm extremely satisfied with Meridian Trust. I should have made the switch years ago.

Great service, kind & compassionate people, and well managed! We are so glad we left our other credit union for this one. We had been customers at our old one for 20+ years and they were treating us horribly. Meridian feels like family.

My grandparents had warren FCU (now blue) for a while but switched over to meridian when they moved back to Cheyenne and have loved the service they provide. I just joined this past year and I can say that the app is extremely user friendly, I have never had to spend over a minute of my time inside and the tellers are very helpful. They are efficient and I have always been greeted immediately when I go inside :) will always recommend meridian
