I have been a WSB customer since they were Wyoming State Bank. I have had some issues recently with a certain small business in MD that was lacking in communication and was slow to send out my order, so I had gotten Western States Bank involved. They did step up to the plate and helped me out in making sure that I had gotten what I had paid for.

The best bank in all of Wyoming. Customer service and friendly staff make all the difference. They go out of their way to assist customers. And they are constantly trying to improve themselves. This is one of the things I look for with any company I work with. WSB does its research. If there is something they cannot do or do not know how to do, they will look into it and get back to you. I have never encountered better service at a bank before. Tom Michelena, the bank's CFO, is very helpful and a great all around guy. I really appreciate all the help he has given me and his communication is fantastic! I highly recommend WSB for any banking need you have. Whether for business or personal, they can handle it.
