The addition of the beautiful K9 grass from Forever Lawn at K9U Chicago was so much more than just an upgrade to our facilities. It was a chance for us to uplift our community and the lives of so many dogs, many of which come from shelters and are still in shelters, that have only known concrete and asphalt play areas. Our company is in a growing part of Chicago that in the past has not seen much business investment. That is changing now and our community is attracting new businesses every day. We are proud to play a role in demonstrating how a business can inspire others to invest in their communities by improving their facilities. The vibrant green K9 grass is a wonderful way to reinforce this commitment to anyone that visits our facility. The addition of K9 grass, made possible by North Star Leasing Comapany financing, has absolutely turned our outdoor play areas into a "field of dreams" for both the dogs and humans who use it every day. Lucy Burke at North Star made the application process very simple. I got the impression that Lucy loves what she does and cares about the client. I have to mention the Forever Lawn team. I recently purchased my 3rd piece of maple syrup production equipment through mike wasko at Northstar. He makes the process so quick and easy, responds to emails on weekends and after hours, and always keeps you informed. Leasing Is much cheaper than a loan, keeps cash in the bank for emergency issues during the season and keeps the government out of your business by not applying for grants. I would not be where I am in the syrup business without mike!! Any maple producer looking at equipment should contact mike to see what he can offer. You will be pleasantly surprised. Cost effective, easy to do, and by far the best customer service!!! Keep your capital and lease.
