Definitely not a scam like so many reviews are say. Just make sure you understand what you’re signing up for before you finalize any agreement. I’ve been working with them for years and haven’t had any issues. Just takes some common sense.

They illegally took money from my account, without authorization and told me 5-7 business days to get it back, call taker refused to let me speak to a supervisor. Update: Once I was able to speak with supervisors and management they were all understanding and helpful. They made commitments and resolved my issue. Thank you! For the hard work.

Overall, the woman I worked with was very kind. Don’t want to mention her name because I don’t want her to get in trouble. She was efficient at getting the process moving forward, but did not make the steps of the process clear. And rarely got my name right in any correspondence (email, phone call, etc). So that’s extremely frustrating. This survey invite was even sent to me using the incorrect name she would call me.

I'll re-rate in the future Update: I forgot to do this sooner everything got straightened out had nothing to do with this company I have payed my bills on time and had no problems they have owned up to theirs paying for the transmission I am very pleased with Time Payment at Thank Them Very Much for their cooperation and professionalism. I give them an A++++++ I also Recommend Them!!! Everything went well on the other end with shipment which time payment had nothing to do with they were just the lender sew together overall I give them both a A+++... paid all my bills on time paying my last one off now and I own the transmission. Recommend definitely!!!

We had our new cameras installed yesterday. So far we are pretty happy. The only complaint I have is that the camera outside needs to be a 360 degree view instead of a 180 and the resolution on the outside camera could be a little clearer. For example, a car was outside our shop last night and we couldn't make out the customer dropping off their car nor was the license plate clear.

Talked with time payment yesterday to arrange the purchase of a handicapped scooter. The only thing I had an issue with is, when he gave me choices of payment amounts, he didn’t disclose that whatever payment I chose, the amount was BEFORE all the fees they add. I’m happy that I didn’t go with a larger payment and then find out that it was before the fees. They need to disclose the TOTAL payment amount, instead of what you pay before the fees. Other than that, it was a good interaction with the guy I talked with.

Great 12 month lease program for small business. Very quick process, everyone we talked to was helpful and friendly. Easy process, just complete application online, sign agreement online and Email them your supporting documents. Very quick turnaround. Be sure to read and understand this is not a loan. You cannot pay off the balance early. This was our second lease thru them in 4 years. Good for short term equipment lease with buyout at the end. Their rates for a long term lease are high, you will end up paying approx twice the cost of your equipment, so be smart and do the math before signing. You must have a business to lease thru them. They do not offer consumer loans.

I have to tell you that Customer Service Rep Keira did a stellar job today. It wasn't a big thing she did, but her small gesture sets her apart in the customer service industry and I have managed contact centers and been a rep myself for several years. I needed some documentation and she was able to send that to me via email. No big deal, right? Except she waited on the line to confirm I received that email and that the documents were what I needed. It's a shame that more companies don't do this because there's nothing worse than being promised that something would be sent and having to go through a phone tree gauntlet for a second time to start the process all over again with a new rep when the first one didn't get the job done. We have executed multiple business leases with Time Payment over the past 12 years and while their product may be a little more expensive than other vendors, they worked with us when we were new and no one else would. Now in our 13th year of business in the restaurant industry and we own the equipment that we have leased, generally for a $1 buyout. Customer service has been excellent for us. I have had as many as 4 different leases with Time Payment at one time and have always been able to call and get the status of the various leases with ease. It is what it is, but if it wasn't for Time Payment we would not have been able to grow our business when we needed it most. No BS here, just writing about our actual experience.

Ok experience except would have needed me to sign an agreement to get half down for the job. The agreement said we were title owners of the vehicle/equipment and liable for the job when the customer is the one asking for the loan. They tried to say thats not true, just responsible for the parts but that is not what the agreement said (need custom agreements for each situation instead of a blanket agreement and it should be for the customer and not the shop as the shop is not the one asking for the money, its the customer). Our shop ended up paying for parts out of pocket so we didn't end up in any sort of political/legal problem and just got final payment at the end of the job so we didn't have to sign any agreement.

our old mobility access seat that lifts our special needs son into the van went kaput.a new one was $10,000 that we didn't have.Timepayment financed it for us and saved a bad situation.he had to crawl in and out of the van for almost a week before we got the new one.one thing you want to do if possible is pay it off early.that $10,000 chair will cost you $24,000 if you pay it out all the way.

Originally, I was a very dissatisfied with TimePayment's customer service. Luckily I was able to work with Kerrie Shaw after experiencing below par customer service from her team. Thankfully, Kerrie was able to pinpoint where communication had lapsed with respect to the transfer of financing for our particular account. Not only was Kerrie the ultimate professional, she worked with a quickness to find a solution. Although I was not thrilled with the TimePayment's practices due to lack of transparency, Kerrie made the process smooth and effective and answered any/ every question that I had. My advice would be to anyone transferring into an account with TimePayment - ask questions about past activity.
