So the team was super professional and friendly. I felt like I was walking into a prestigious bank!!! They were very precise with my money orders and helped me with faxing over copies. I had an amazing experience, might I add David had exceptional customer service skills.

The teller and manager were amazing. I was in a bind and other places were unable to help me. Went in there not expecting much. They were so kind, professional, and efficient. I was so frazzled I didn't catch their names. If corporate reads this the manger was working today around noon. They also managed to help dozens of customers with a smile while helping me. Thanks for saving my life!

Since I started using this specific pls location I have been treated as a valued customer. I was recommended to apply for the xpectations card and after reviewing the policy I decided to get one. I am always greeted with a warm welcome and a smile and this goes for every single employee I encounter. I genuinely appreciate and look forward to payday now, not just because I get paid but because I get to interact with people who always seem to be in a good mood. They are always professional and ask me how I am, and usually a conversation ensues. This shows they do more than just go through the motions, or are following protocol. The level of service and it's expediency are also surprisingly good considering most check cashing places tend to not care about the quality of service nor dispensing it in a timely manner. The people at pls understand that some people may be in a rush and others may just want to be in and out. They never make me feel rushed but are so proficient that I never have to wait long in line (regardless of the length), nor do I spend too much time at the window. Everytime I have a question I am given a sufficient answer. I really have no complaints about this location and have nothing but positive things to say about it and the people who work there.
