After paying off 2 car loans with Mountain America Credit Union we decided to go into the Ustick branch to check on rates for our upcoming home improvements. We were greeted by JR and Darlene. I got loans through Mountain America over a year ago and was helped by Steve at the Ustick branch. He was very helpful and helped me to save a lot of money! Last week I called Mountain America needing help with purchasing a new car and paying off my existing loan. I got Jessica, from the Garden City location, on the phone and she was so amazing! I have never had an easier time getting a new loan!! She took care of everything with zero hassle to me. I would highly recommend her for all of your loan needs. Thank you so so much!

If there's a way to make something work for us, he will figure out the best solution! We do all of our banking here and will never switch. Good service is hard to find these days but not here!

I had recently worked with Steve on refinancing my car and he was absolutely phenomenal! He went above and beyond to get things all squared away no matter what it took to make it possible for me! Jess Marcum at the Gleenwood/Marigold branch is absolutely AMAZING! She is always so nice and professional. You can tell she really cares and is always willing to talk to us about our finances and how to improve our credit. Excellent service with a very personal & friendly approach. They walked me through each process and made it feel easy. One time I needed money sent to an old account in a different area of the U.S. and the guy made out a cashiers check and even mailed it out to my bank for me. I was looking to try the credit union route and Mountain America made me feel welcome.

We love this credit union! We were previously with Idaho Central and desperately needed a car loan this last week as one of our cars broke down. Idaho Central took a look at our credit and wooshed us out the door. Jen at mountain America was so helpful. She gave us tips on how to improve our credit and told us the process with the loan. Our credit is ALREADY better and we qualified for the loan! Lee took it from there and was SO helpful. He educated us on everything and took time to answer our questions and make sure we understood. He was easy to get a hold of and followed up with us the whole time. Mountain America should be proud of the team that they have and customer service that they give. We feel so lucky to have them and simply saying thank you does not seem like enough.

Went through drive through yesterday VERY close to closing (like 5:59 for a 6 PM close). I wanted to make a cash deposit so that I could use the "My Express" debit for some online items (more on My Express later). Pressed the call button - fully expecting that they would be closed. I was greeted cheerfully - and asked exactly what she needed for a deposit. She explained what and why. Confirmed where I wanted it - processed it and provided a receipt with balance. Felt valued and taken care of - especially considering it would have been easy for her to be annoyed by my late arrival. For those of you that don't know - My Express debit is a debit card that is linked to the checking account but is separate - so its great for online purchases because you can transfer the exact amount needed for that purchase without risking the entire checking balance and any other amounts in courtesy overdraft coverage. I know I feel better using it for ebay, paypal and other online stuff. The personal and thorough friendly service are what make credit unions so awesome and the innovative features like my express debit are what make them shine.

I love this credit union! They are always so sweet and helpful. I like that this CU participates in shared banking, meaning you can use many other credit unions around the world to both deposit money and withdraw for free. This is my favorite branch out of the ones I have been to because they are super friendly always!

I enjoy going to my local branch where every employee is very accommodating, friendly, and helpful. Also, I always grab a couple of small suckers that are placed upon the counter. I have asked for documents, wondered about investments, and asked for directions. I am quite impressed with the quality of service from each and every employee at Mountain America CU!

The location on ustick rd. Is my favorite .the tellers always are polite and professional. The management or loan official have Ansered my misunderstood situation so clearly . Shalynn was AWESOME! I have been banking with them for about a year now and popped in the other day to look after my account and had some minor descrepencies. Normally when you run into this with a teller at a lot of other banks, the response is to shrug their shoulders with the proverbial "oh well...sorry." Not Shalynn, she totally made me feel VALUED and because of it I am in the process of consolidating bank accounts into my accounts with Mountain America. Thanks guys!

The in-person service is fine, but the website and mobile app are bad. I've encountered features that don't work and there are no error messages nor does it let me ask for help or submit a ticket. A better website is an expectation for a multi billion dollar credit union.
