Joseph FresquezI banked for many years with big banks, and to them, I was only a number. They got so much money from me over the years on service charges alone! That killed me! I could have 0 in my account, causing hundreds in fees. I even had my mortgage with them. Long story I lost my job and couldn't pay, and they didn't want to work with me, so I lost the home I had been paying for ten years.
