Twenty stars for the Jefferson Branch of First National 1870! Noel Valencia, the branch manager, is a model of excellence with the way that she manages operations and people. She has built a customer-driven and responsive team which is the best I've encountered in my over 50 years of banking experience. Her staff reflect the model she has set, going above and beyond to respond to customer needs, and ensure they have a banking experience that exceeds expectations. I took the time to email the CEO a year or so ago with a similar testimonial. When the new merged system brings banking leaders together, the group would collectively benefit from having Noel and others present their model, and what they are doing to create a culture of customer-driven excellence.
