Everything goes very well. The people who have helped me at different branches are friendly and knowledgeable. The services they offer are easy to use. Unlike the bank I left, I always get the feeling that this is my money they're holding for me, rather than their money they're letting me use--with effort.

I relocated to Houston and lost my debit card and requested a new one. The 1st man send me an ATM card that served bo purpose. I had to call back yesterday and a nice woman overnighted me a new debit card and I received it this morning! Never have had any problems with this bank. I love them!!!

Oh my goodness, I Love this bank!! From the minute I walked in,Jasmine greeted me and helped me immediately!! She went out of her way to fix my issues! I then moved to the teller line where Cheyenne was friendly, knowledgeable and super helpful!! What a FANTASTIC STAFF!

My experience with First Financial credit union is second to none. They have a friendly staff and great management. The facility looks great, every time I'm at the drive up they get me in and out fast so I don't have to wait. I have my house payment, car loans and credit cards through this credit union. Their online banking is easy and not complicated I see myself being a career member. Keep it up First Financial!!

Nice People..They greet me every time as soon as I enter. The drive thru is super fast also. I use it more often than walking inside. They talk to you and acknowledge you right away. I use to bank at a big bank and they changed my account to having me use the ATM for deposits even when it was cash.They would have a charge if I walked inside to use the teller. Replacing people for machines so I decided to switch all my banking where I had my auto loan even if it was paid off. They kept me as a member. Any improvements suggested:The internet banking should be more modern and easier to use specially on bill payThank you First Financial Credit Union. Take care of my money..I am headed to work..to find more to give you to keep protecting it and holding it for me.

The drive thru is very impersonal and unwelcoming. I would like to see the person inside that IAM dealing with. Instead, they have the blinds drawn so you can't see anyone.
