My son and I went there about a month ago. We wanted to get some supplies. We didn't realize the Yonkers store was a supplier. Not like the Manhattan store. But, the manager was so nice. He explained they are the supplier and you could order and pick up. Since I work nearby, this is great, since I wouldn't have to go to Manhattan. He also allowed us to purchase some items. We also made friends with Chunky the cat, who's very friendly. I absolutely love this business.

They couldn't be nicer at the Yonkers Warehouse. I've been coming here for several years and have never had a problem with my orders. Extremely convenient for those who cannot get to the store in NYC! (You can place your order by phone as well as online, so that's an added plus.)

I just started shopping here this week and I am so impressed with this place! I did not know there was a baking supply store in Yonkers but now that I know, I definitely will be paying many visits here, as I am starting a small out of home dessert business. I met a gentleman when I went and he was super kind. I look forward to buying more supplies here, especially since it's so close to home.

I usually go to the store in the city, but since they’re temporarily closed, I had to order online to pick up at their Yonkers location for a rush order. First, I got there at 4p, their closing time, however, nobody even noticed or cared or tried to rush me out. Pick up is so simple, not an annoying process to confirm identity or wait for someone to bring it down, everything’s right there. I also forgot to add items to my order before I got there, which wasn’t a problem at all. I just told the guy what I wanted, and he came back with it. I didn’t have to swipe my card or anything. He simply let me walk out with it right away and they take care of charging it to your order after. (He was handsome AF too lol). Ive always loved NY Cake, but I hate ordering online but after stopping by their warehouse, I won’t be so hesitant to order online and even have them ship to me without worrying because their customer service great and they have the best supplies I’ve yet to find in the N.Y./NJ area.

This is one of New York's undiscovered "gems." If you bake, make candy or chocolates, run, don't walk to NY Cake. The variety of products is staggering. The staff is very friendly. You can order on line and pick up in Yonkers or, visit their store in NYC. This is now my "go to" store for supplies. Can't wait to make chocolate filled truffles.

Love this place ! Baking heaven! Akon assuming he’s the manager is amazing ! Very friendly, and helpful. I’ve been coming to this place for more then a year and never had an issue . The once or twice that something was forgotten they had no issue resolving ASAP .... it’s always a pleasure doing business with them !

Staff ( I think the owner) was very helpful. Found everything I needed for my baking project. Only downer is their closed weekends and before 5 during the week.
