Flourish made our wedding cake and simply put it was perfect! Our entire process from initial email to our wedding day was so smooth. Diane was great and so helpful. She even coordinated with our venue and did a site visit before our wedding which I really felt was going above and beyond. The only hard part of our process was picking a flavor because they were all so good but we loved the tasting jars. My husband, who is not vegan, loved every flavor. Our cake came out better than we could have imagined. It was both beautiful and delicious. We got tons of compliments on how much our guests loved it. We definitely recommend Flourish. You will be in good hands with Diane

Thank you, Diane and Flourish Baking Company for kindly baking the most delicious gluten-free, vegan, and dairy-free cake for my wedding! This cake was supplemental to our main wedding cake so that guests with allergies could indulge too. I'm gluten-free and can personally confirm this was one of the best GF cakes I've had. Can't wait to eat another piece at for our 1-year anniversary!

Ordered some desserts from Diane that were vegan and gluten free which is tough to find! They were delicious and beautiful. Highly recommend checking out her site and her desserts! Non-vegan crowd loved them!

I have been looking for a vegan/nut-free bakery for a while now and couldn't be more impressed with Flourish! Both of my children have egg and nut allergies, so finding a bakery that was free from both is difficult to come by. Diane was wonderful to work with and so quick and responsive. The naked chocolate layer cake was amazing! It was light, moist, and not dense like other vegan cakes. Couldn't recommend this bakery more! We'll be back.

I ordered a large, gluten free Vanilla Celebration Cake and it was delicious! Extremely moist cake, not overly sweet. Exactly what I was hoping/looking for! Would definitely order cakes/dessert from here again and absolutely recommend to anyone looking for a vegan/gluten free cake!

Great customer service! The absolute best carrot cake in westchester, actually the best carrot cake EVER! Their vanilla and chocolate cupcakes are the absolute best I’ve ever had as well! Me nor my family are vegan but flourish bakery only pumps out perfection! Dealing with with Diane was an absolute pleasure, I’m an introvert so that’s saying a lot!

As soon as I got engaged it wasn’t even a question who we wanted to make our wedding cake because flourish bakery carrot cake is already our favorite cake by far! It was a 3 tier topsy turvy cake. Her carrot cake is the most delicious freaking cake you will ever put in your mouth. I usually don’t like cake but her carrot cake is absolute heaven! She also made the cupcakes for my bridal shower and they are the best cupcakes I’ve ever had! You won’t regret getting anything from flourish bakery! I highly recommend to everyone and anyone!

We ordered a number of apple pies from Flourish to give to some of our vegan clients as holiday gifts and all the feedback was amazing! They were packaged so nicely and no one could believe how flaky and rich the crust tasted. If we have the opportunity we will order from them again in a heartbeat.

amazing coffee cake (not just for vegans!) and based on that i am betting everything else is just as good - just seems like a place that puts a lot of care into what they are making. was easy to order online and pick up at the front door - at the moment its just Friday's but hopefully more days soon!
