Some of the best donuts you can find! Krispy Kreme donuts are unique. They are the best when warm and fresh. They only last about 24 hours before they are no longer worth eating. For that reason, your best option is going in to a store that makes them fresh on the spot, like this location here. The staff are polite and friendly. Prices have gone up considerably however, which is unfortunate given the extremely low cost of making their donuts.

Krispy Kreme stay on Krisp. I always enjoy going to Krispy Kreme and I have to say out of all the ones I've been to, the Wichita location is the cleanest and friendliest one Ive been to. The staff are on point and I can honestly say that people from Wichita are way more friendly than they are where I'm from. I highly recommend their Reeses creme filled pastry and they have a large selection to choose from for any type of pallet. Definately satifies my tummy's G-spot. Any other donut from anywhere else is just an impostor or wannabe.Definately worth the trip if your coming from out of town or from up the street, make Krispy Kreme your favorite treats.Bet your mustache.

The staff was awesome! Quick to meet our needs and inform us of the differences in menu options (there were a LOT of donut varieties, and our visit was late at night) and deals, etc. The kind attendant helping us was smiley and welcoming. Was a great experience. A clean place, cool to see the process of making our delicious treats behind the counter. we picked a smorgasbord of donut options and were quite pleased with each one!

Just as good as when they opened. Wonderful coffee, variety of donuts, free warm sample while waiting. This visit evidently had new register help, only two, and plenty of customers (inside). I believe I will try drive-thru next.

I think everybody knows that nothing quite beats an original Krispy Kreme donut. They are a classic and will always be great. Their other food and drink items are just there for filler in my opinion, dunkin has better coffee, but nobody comes here for coffee. Delicious glazed donuts priced cheaply.

Krispy Kreme is my all-time favorite donut except for a new donut shop that's locally owned that opened up in my own neighborhood. I don't know what that shop is called. Go to Krispy Kreme if you can't find my shop in Wichita I think it's called Jack's North High donuts and ramen and coffee. It's in a place where a hamburger shop was for many decades.

Only online orders could be picked up inside or drive through only (how ridiculous). So hats off to Wichita.

They are usually pretty great but the last few times I have been there they were out of their feature donut and they weren't even halfway through the day. Today I went for the cinnamon bun one 5hours before close and they are out because it was their last day they said. I have been disappointed in their ability to provide the feature donuts. I miss going inside the store, thats where the best service always takes place. The employee's were always friendly and quick to do their jobs satisfactory. And the hot donut off the line was a real treat. And I'm so glad that now, even during a pandemic they are still offering their services. However, one small down side, the last couple times I have ordered a filled type donut, the first time there was nothing at all in it, the second, only a teaspoon at the entry hole. I used to be a baker, filling donuts and such as well so I know that when the filling is extra cold it can be hard to distribute but please go back and check them before putting them out for serving just to make sure they have sufficient filling. Other than that , Keep up the good work Krispy employee's! We appreciate you!

Amazing donuts and lattes. Sometimes you can get the donuts fresh, and windows allow you to see the equipment while donuts are being made. Super fun. That being said, this location has a bad habit of advertising deals, specials, etc. That they do not intend to honor. Don't expect any coupons to be honored, even if they have this location's exact address on them and are not expired. Do not expect their chocolate glazed donuts any Friday either. They keep changing the date of the 'selected friday'.

Great place for donuts. I always get excited to see the "Hot Now" sign lit up. That means the fresh donuts are being made and rolling down the conveyor. Those fresh made Krispy Kreme donuts seem to just melt in your mouth. The staff at this location are exceptionally friendly and helpful.

Love this place! Fantastic donut selections, and it smells great just being near the building. They have an app where you can earn rewards, doesn't take long to earn a free donut. Staff is quick and friendly. I've only had one bad experience where we had a rude staff member who drove us away with her attitude. Our experiences since then have been awesome. They were even welcoming to us after we came in from doing a 5k color run!

They say Krispy Kreme donuts aren't very good for you, but is that really why you buy them??? Not me, I buy them because they are soft, warm and absolutely mouthwateringly delicious! I love how they give you one fresh off the line for free if you go inside. That free donut is usually all I really want. I generally buy an apple fritter and maybe a specialty donut or two for later as well. I would feel guilty just taking the free one. It's great marketing, more companies should be so smart. If you don't want more donuts they also have coffee, juice and novelty items available. Better yet, buy a dozen or so and take them to share with your coworkers. You can start the day off right for everybody! 🙂😎

I went through the drive through and it was busy. The guy on the other side of the speaker asked me what I specifically wanted in my assorted dozen and we went through what I wanted. I got tot he window and the lady asked me if I had a half dozen glazed. I said no I had a dozen assorted. She asked just an assorted? I said yes. I didn't mention that we specified what donuts. I got a random dozen rather than the ones I asked for at the speaker. Your drive through needs to keep better track of where they are on the orders and if they are going to ask me what I specifically want then make sure I get them.

The customer service and politeness of the employees at this Krispy Kreme location was outstanding, but unfortunately the donuts I received were stale. I have ordered here previously and the donuts and service was very good, this wasn’t a good experience due to the quality of the donuts. I would still recommend this Krispy Kreme, this may be just an isolated incident.

Krispy Kreme is really good and by that I have to keep it 3 stars minimum. However, with my experience at this location, I'm disappointed. A coworker and I went through the drive thru and ordered an assorted half dozen and a cappuccino. The employee confirmed the order prior to pulling forward, but they got two of the donuts incorrect and we had to remind the employee to add the cappuccino to the order because she initially gave an incorrect order. I recommend Krispy Kreme, but I'm not too keen on this location.

James (the manager) and Friendly staff were overwhelmed with business in Valentines Day and went the extra mile to ensure I was able to pick up the 10 dozen order I’d placed two weeks early. The line was out the door and cars around the building and into the parking lot of Dillons when I first went to pickup (too early) at 7:30am. My order wasn’t due till 9 I found out after l leaving and calling in, in order to speak with a person. I was assured my order would be ready at 9. Tried to pre-pay, was told they could not take cc over phone. I showed up at 9:30 after preparing my marketing materials to reflect the gifting of these special heart shaped “conversation starters”. I was told they were out of them. After speaking to the manager (nicely and understandingly) I got a new result. James saves the day by jumping into action and getting all 10 dozen completed. I waited and got an extra discount for my time. Many appreciated my gifts of these doughnuts that day. My marketing idea & efforts were not squashed. Many ppl I shared with also appreciated the efforts (whether knowingly or not) of James, and the other employees who helped make marking Thursday that fell on Valentine’s Day this year a success. One gal at the register even offered me coffee while I waited. I think it was a real stand up move to not just tell me sorry, we are out. Kudos, team!

I was immediately impressed by this store and the second we pulled in, we could smell fresh donuts being made and when we went inside and stood in line this super friendly staff guy gave everybody a fresh glazed donut to try and I was hooked and so was me and husband's unborn child and our baby loved it too cause I ended up ordering a dozen of them and then a dozen of the variety donuts. It was a very clean store and it's cool how you can actually watch how the donuts are being made hot and fresh. I've never had Krispy Keme donuts before and my husband and I were craving sweets so we spied Krispy Kreme and the rest was a done dadda. I highly recommend this place to everybody and their families and housecats cause Krispy Kreme can definitely fulfill any sweet tooth craving. Best donuts ever and these are the only donuts I'll ever Dunk again when we're in Wichita. I wish Emporia, Kansas had a Krispy Kreme. Definitely buying 6 dozens next time we go there.

I hope this place never shuts down because if it did close its doors like the one on the west side I will have to move out of town to someplace that has a krispey kremes and even that one may not be as good! The customer service here is excellent! The original glazed doughnuts are fantastic. I recently tried the iced coffee and it was outstanding. Not too overly sweet but not too bitter and gross. It was the perfect cup of coffee. Even though I live across town I will regularly drive over here just for a dozen doughnuts and some amazing coffee!!
