Amazing cookies! I've been a few times and the cookies are consistently soft and fresh. Be prepared, they are big cookies. Excellent service! If you haven't ordered in advance there can be a short wait time during peak times. You can either order at the counter or on one of the tablets on the wall. The cookies rotate weekly so you can always try something new. The Pink Velvet Cupcake cookie is phenomenal!

Amazing cookies! Love picking them up to share at work with my awesome team! My advice is to cut each cookie into 4 smaller pieces, maybe because it makes you feel less guilty eating in smaller portions. I love how they change the flavors every week too! Get to try something new which is again great for bringing to work !

Not to take anything away from other cookie places around town, but this is the best. The berry cobbler cookie is probably the best dessert I've ever had. The west side location needs to hurry and open before I use all of my gas going to the east side haha!

The Pecan Pie cookie has been my absolute favorite. The salted caramel has been a close second. All the cookies have been amazing except one, my husband did not care for the eggnog cookie. But they have all been wonderful, and the staff has been friendly. Need one closer to Hutchinson, KS.

First, yes the cookies are great but the customer service is lacking. Being a first time customer I had questions, but there is literally no counter help other than calling your name when your cookies are ready. We stood at the counter like the sign said as an option to order, but if you're not ordering from the touch screen the only interaction you get is your name called and a box of good but mildly over priced cookies.

Amazingly delicious cookies!very friendly staff and everyone was wearing a mask. I asked for 2 mini cookies for my twins and they told me that it was for catering only which was fine. After waiting for our order, one of the workers gave us 2 of the mini cookies they had extra of for free! Will definitely be back and will try the ice cream next time.

Great customer service and unique cookie options! A fun treat place to try with lots of flavor options. Cookies tasted great - only problem was that they were SO oily that I couldn't finish them. Like saturated/soaked the entire box oily. I'll definitely give it a second try, though.

Ordering on the app is definitely the way to go. I ordered in store last week and waited almost 45 minutes for my party box order. They were super busy and I think my order got lost. I’m glad I gave them another try because after ordering curbside through the app this time I got my order within 3 minutes of pulling up. Cookies were warm and delicious both times. Yum!

Cookies are always delicious. Employees always very polite and friendly, although the space seems too small and crowded for them to greet customers upon entering. Held back a star for general corporate contribution to unnecessary waste. Crumbl either needs to encourage customers to reuse the pink boxes multiple times (discount for bringing it back for refills maybe?) or start giving individual cookies out with just a napkin. It's so wasteful to dispense one baking good with a whole box! It's not even recyclable (no 🔺 symbol on the box). Put a napkin in the bottom, it can be reused multiple times. Frankly, for $4+ per cookie, Crumbl would get more profit if they used boxes only for larger orders and ditched the tiny boxes.

Omgoodness! Best cookies ever! They have so many new flavors and I honestly cannot decide which one is my favorite. A classic must that you have to try is there chocolate chip cookie. Other cookies are made homemade daily and are always so fresh. I honestly wish they sold candles that smelled the exact same as the inside of their stores do, because I would buy them. If you decide to try this place out this may be your new cookie addiction!

Step in and take a deep sniff, place smells so good. Their cookies are really good, I usually try to bring some home fory family when ever I visit. Order a head of time with the app and skip the line. It's way more practical, otherwise you'll probably have a bit of a wait.

First time going. Yep, all my friends had been and raved about it.. I was a little more skeptical, but on my way home from work, and decided to try once.. Pretty cool! I was able to place my order and get out so fast. They had about 7-8 people ahead of me and moved through them and the two curbside deliveries fast. I was probably in the store for ...maybe 5 minutes. Cookies were warm and the perfect treat to a Friday evening.

Cookies are delicious! I ordered on the app for curbside pick up. When I got there 2 of the flavors I had ordered were out. They asked if they could re-fulfill my order or if I would like to come back later to get fresh ones. I came back 4 hours later and they were out again. I waited again over 45 minutes for my order again to be completed. Cookies were 100% worth it but it did take a while.

Delicious, unique, and huge cookies. Ice cream is so-so (and they don't have spoons in the store anyway--weird). Skip it in favor of cookies that are worth every calorie. If this place was less expensive, it would be 5 stars and a regular stop for our family.

This is the second time we've been here and both times have been excessively long waits. The first time we had to go in to collect our cookies on a carryout the 2nd attempt we waiting 30 minutes after they said they were done "preparing" in the app. Cookies were great and staff was friendly. Look, this pains me to say this... the cookies are totally amazing, staff was not unfriendly BUT it was quite unclean in there. The trash was more than overflowing, tons of debris all over the floor, countertops were greasy, even where the cookies are not made. I know making cookies can be a messy process, but this filth is beyond that. It was gross and I'll probably not return until it cleans up. It has been this way the last several times.. And honestly, I'm not a real picky person about cleanliness, but it is was disappointing. I do like this place so I'm hoping this will change!

The staff at Crumbl Cookies - Wichita was very friendly and filled my order quickly. The cookies are a great value for the size of cookie you get. It is nice to see the dough being made right in front of you. The revolving menu is fun and the flavors offered are unique - not something you can grab at the grocery store. The warm chocolate chip cookies are everything you expect from a high end cookie. Slightly crispy on the outside with a warm, chocolate chip studded center. They are a thick cookie but not doughy. I will be back to try all of the new flavors and these cookies will make great gifts or treats for a party. I am a Crumbl addict!

Incredible cookies. It’s tough to justify spending that much on a single cookie when comparing it to buying a dozen at Walmart. But once you try them you’ll get on board. If you are debating ice cream or a cookie after going out to dinner, I’d probably going to be less, it doesn’t melt and you can take what you can’t eat home with you. Highly recommend this place. The cookies are huge and definitely have that home made taste. They are baked a perfect soft-but-not-fall-apart consistency. The problem is they are nearly $4 per cookie and the store isn't really designed to enjoy your cookie there. It's rather small and cramped inside if it's crowded. If it were a little more kid-friendly and a little less expensive it would be a five star in my book.

Went there for the first time on Saturday, had a huge line so thought they must be great. Waited till the line died down, went in and made our order on their device. Our wait wasn't too long, but it also seemed rushed and messy. We ordered 4 of the 5 types available. I was surprised at how expensive they were, but they were large cookies. Honestly, I didnt think there was anything to special about the flavors or taste, but they weren't terrible. Favorites were Brownie, and Oatmeal Cho Chip. The Cookies and Cream had no flavor at all, it was less flavor then the frosting cookies from Walmart, so a little disappointed. I'm assuming because they're made in big batches, sometimes the flavor is off? Again, not terrible, but not fantastic for the wait or expense.

But all of that doesn't matter unless the taste is there. It's hard to put your heart and soul into cookies that are mass produced. The were super over priced for the mediocre flavor. Nothing special. There are many other great places to get better tasting cookies at a better price all over Wichita.

Wow! How can a cookie joint be so darn amazing? The staff here was on it! I was so fascinated I asked to learn more and met Brandy who was so friendly and excited about the new asset to Wichita. Staff was all excited and seemed to be so happy which you never see in a food service industry. They were cleaning non stop when I was there and all the product was as fresh as you can get it. It was so busy they ran out of cookies for free cookie day for maybe 5 minutes but everyone was so respectful and thankful and the staff kept all calm it appeared. I loved the churro and the chocolate chip. We will be back. Weekly!

The facility, itself, smells AMAZING! At this point, I've tried about a dozen of their cookie flavors. I would say 75% of them are not very sweet surprisingly. The base cookies tends to be rather bland and relies on whatever frosting or topping to give it flavor. The cookies themselves tend to taste pretty floury. However, the Dulce de Leche one is legit! 👍 I am eager to try the new iced oatmeal cookie today.

So I have gotten a little tired of writing reviews for a bunch of places, but I had to write a review for this shop after we've had their cookies. We went in around 9:00 p.m. on a Saturday evening and they were out of their regular chocolate chip and sugar cookies. We ended up getting four pretty novel cookies, but the peanut butter cookie and the waffle cookie really stood out. Hands down some of the best cookies I've ever had. Me and my wife split one cookie in each sitting because they're so rich. Can't wait to go back and try some of their more rotating flavors!

When you open the door they greet you well with a “Welcome to crumbl” BUT... Why say welcome to crumbl if they will treat you with actitud? Not treated with warm, friendly and kindly service. Actually, the girl who rang me up said excuse me, washed her hands and put gloves on and then completed her next task. It was so clean, all wore gloves and the most important, every cookie we had just simply a 10. This place is an asset to Wichita and the staff here was so fun to talk to while we waited. The owner Jesse let the kids watch and taught them the Crumbl way to crack eggs and my kids thought he was so cool and funny. What a great environment.

They need to modify the app to make it clear that there is peanuts or peanut ingredients in one's that have it. Wasn't a huge deal to me as I'm only slightly allergic and it was pb chips. I could see it being a huge issue in the future where they find themselves in legal trouble possibly. Just worried for those who may be deathly allergic. However I will be back, I'll just remember to be cautious of the ones that aren't specified that have peanuts
