*I haven't been inside the bakery I am reviewing the the cupcake ATM. We went around 9pm and there was still a good selection of cupcakes available. We tried the different red velvet flavors (gluten free, sugar free and regular) we tried an AMAZING peach pie cupcake and a sprinkles. My daughter's had blast just being able to buy a dessert from an ATM!

Pretty tasty, cake is nice and moist. I wouldn't say they're the best I've had but they were still yummy :) The chocolate and vanilla were my favorite, I love the sprinkles on the sprinkle cake but the flavor wasn't quite what I was expecting.

I had the best experience at Sprinkles today! I got two cupcakes (Circus Animal and Salty Caramel) and they tasted so fresh and delicious. I was having trouble with the kiosk and the nice gentleman came to help me. I think his name was Jonah or John? I overheard from the lady behind the counter talking to him. But he was so sweet! The kiosk said the order would take 5-15 minutes but the gentleman had them ready instantly. Truly a great experience!

I love Sprinkles cupcakes - the red velvet (even the gluten-free one) is SO delicious. It's a good place to get a yummy celebration cake or cupcake arrangement! You can go on their website to see the different ways you can get a special order - even with some customization. They offer curbside pick-up for any order, as well!

This is a very cute cupcake place. It is located in Hyde Park Village. It has a lot of different flavors. The most unique thing about this place is that it has Cupcake ATM outside. That's a cool thing, you have to try it once you are there. I was not sure if ATM works after the store closed but yes, it does! My boyfriend and I tried to buy a cupcake at 11 pm. They had only one type of cupcake left. But even tho, it was cool that you can go there after hours and still get the cupcake. The cupcakes look beautiful but the taste is okay. There is nothing special about them. You can buy the same cupcakes from any grocery store the difference is that it will look less fancy. It a nice place to try but it is a one-time thing. If you did not take a photo with ATM, then do it.

Very cute place! The cupcakes are well made and high quality. I will definitely be back to try different flavors. I tried the St. Patrick’s Day red velvet and it was amazing. Staff was also very friendly and helpful.

Wonderfully delicious cupcakes. My favorite is their yearly banana split cupcake. In my opinion, there is no comparison when it comes to cupcakes. Sprinkles has phenomenal flavor selection ranging from coconut, dark chocolate banana, to birthday and red velvet cake. If you’re in the Tampa Bay Area, and you’re craving a cupcake I would highly recommend Sprinkles cupcakes. Parking is easy and it is located in a innovative part of town. 10/10 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Cupcakes just melt in mouth. I’m sprinkles fan and tried almost in all locations and this is one of my most favorite locations. This store is very clean and staff very friendly. This location has cupcake ATM, ice cream, and cookies too. Must try if you’re around.

Great cupcakes but they gave me the wrong flavor. I found out it was the wrong flavor when I got home. By then it was too late to go back and exchange it. Plus it’s a 30 minute drive. I don’t mind paying the high price for a cupcake, especially when they are this amazing, but I wouldn’t pay the high price of one I don’t want. I was just really let down at that.

Great place for cupcakes. They tasted great. There is even a SPRINKLE ATM. If you dont want the full cupcake dont worry, they have a mini version of all the cupcakes.

Hopped over to sprinkles after dinner and bought some cupcakes to take home to my family and pups. The banana spilt and dark chocolate is by far my fav! My pups enjoyed their cute little pupcake. Love the convenience of the atm as well.

I did not use the “atm” this time but have in the past. Never had issues when using it. I prefer grabbing them from inside, which I did this time. The banana was amazing!! Some are just a little too sweet of icing for me, but they are always fresh and the cake is moist and not dry. Only giving 4 stars since the staff were not really friendly towards the customers.

There wasn’t any room to sit inside nor outside. The tables inside were too small for a party of four but we couldn’t eat outside because the tables were full of just people wanting to sit not necessarily customers. The staff was okay. The cupcakes were also just okay. It’s a really cute concept tho.

Cupcakes are good and I enjoy the red velvet! I think for the price the cupcakes are a tad bit small. I've had other local cupcakes in different states and there is a difference in cupcake quality and pricing for example. The cupcake itself is moist but not very dense. I think it's good to try at least once and splurge but for a $4+ cupcake I expect something more than something you can make yourself at home. It's easy to say that I love Sprinkles - use them all the time in Houston. I found that they were in Tampa and used the location at 717 S. Dakota Avenue. Easily ordered and forgot about. I received an email later in the day from the General Manager letting me know that my original order was delivered to the wrong address. He gave me 50% back on my order, made a new order and had it delivered ASAP that same day! Wonderful customer service and I didn't even need to ask or fuss! Thank you, Anthony Querido, for your amazing customer service - it made my day that my order was still taken care of :)

This place is the Supreme Cup Cake vendor location. The staff greets you immediately. They come from behind the desk to assist with online/delivery orders. It's clean and beautifully designed with burst of colors. You smell the greatness before you even take the first bite! Awesomeness followed up with variety makes Sprinkles cup cakes an AMAZING TREAT 👏

The store is small but cute inside. The staff were all very polite and helpful in explaining the different treats they sold. The maple bacon is delicious. Very sweet frosting, but that's ok with me. The coconut is really good also. About $4 and some change per cupcake, but I've been to other places that charge more or less the same, and wasn't impressed like I was here. These are a great treat.

How excited I was to learn there was a sprinkles in Tampa after leaving California and moving to Florida a few years back! The first time I ate at this sprinkles I had a lovely experience. The workers were friendly, sweet, and made the time there extremely pleasant and enjoyable. This was back in 2019 prior to the pandemic. Cupcakes were spectacular per the sprinkles standard 😉 Since moving down to south Florida I had been patiently waiting for the time I’d get back to Tampa and visit sprinkles with my new pup! This was a staple back in cali. You never visited sprinkles without your dog! Now that I found my furever buddy I was so excited to give him the sprinkles experience! They used to greet the pups with soooo much love and a free pup cake. Unfortunately, Tampa’s location did not greet my lil fur friend, nor my friend and I….So we ordered on their digital screen, waited till they were ready and left. Although, the cupcakes were as delicious as I remember….. sadly the cute and fun sprinkles experience has definitely vanished post pandemic. Prices have skyrocketed and they even charge for cupcake boxes. I don’t remember this ever being the case…It’s kinda sad. Bottom line if you’re looking for uniquely delicious cupcakes order ahead and hopefully they’ll bring out the order to you because parking is a nightmare! Be prepared to shell out $35 for 1/2 dozen cupcakes. And $3 for 1 pup cake for your little furry friend. Would love to see some pep back in this place because it’s one of the only sprinkles in Florida… and although this experience wasn’t the most pleasant we’re hoping next time will be!

The cupcakes were Off the Charts Awesome! Staff was very friendly and if you want to avoid the lines on a busy night try using their CupCake ATM out front. Yup, you heard it, Cupcake ATM! This is a must stop in the Hyde Park area. My only wish is that they served Coffee as well!

Never saw something like it before. Its so simple and addicting! The only problem is the parking, sometimes it’l is hard to find a spot. The flavors change everyday but vanilla is usually available everyday. The cupcakes are about 4.50 plus tax and are appropriately sized and moist!

My family is the pickiest of cupcake eaters but absolutely love these my personal favorite is the strawberry cupcake. Today is my puppy bernies 12th birthday we visited drove all the way from Clearwater just for the dog cupcake because this is the only one he will eat he absolutely won’t touch other dog bakery treats but destroys this cupcake. Thankyou for giving him the best birthday :)

A cupcake ATM? Of course I had to try it!! Fortunately, there was a long line inside the store so we decided to try the ATM. It's such a novel idea. I was worried using the ATM would have limited choices but that wasn't the case. Using the touch screen ordering, there were at least a dozen cupcakes to choose as well as two types of cookies and a fudge brownie. Everyone in my party chose cupcakes. The cupcakes were moist and delicious. The cupcakes were $4.25 each so I doubt I would do it again. Cute idea but a little pricey.

I don’t go very often but that’ll definitely change! I’m vegan and the one cupcake that they have do have is worth the drive. They only take card & I wish I knew ahead of time but overall great experience!

I sample cupcakes all over as I travel. This shop is clean and cute. The cupcakes are nicely presented and they look very attractive. The cake part of the cupcake was was very fresh but it was a little chewy to me with a lot of open air pockets. The cake wasn't overly sweet which I like but the texture was a little off to me. I had the white cake. The icing was a tad bit sweet for my liking but the amount of icing was good to me. The sprinkles were a nice size and texture. The cost of the cupcake was a little steep overall compared to other ones I have had. They were a little smaller and a single was in a bag not a box. Simple bakeries offer a similar size cupcake for half the price and can taste just as good. The presentation of Sprinkles cupcakes would most likely be better.

Great dessert place! Employees are very friendly, even when the place is packed. Waited an hour on opening night, but it was worth it. Still very busy and the line can move slowly at times. Love that it's open late for sugar cravings after dinner :) not a huge cupcake person in general, but their cupcakes are really delicious!

These cupcakes are ridiculously good , but here's the secret : you've got to get the vegan red velvet cupcakes! I am not vegan myself , but I tried my fiancee's and it was WAY better than the regular ones (which I still love) . They're SUPER moist on the inside and the frosting is phenomenal . The 24/7 cupcake ATM is very cool too.

The cupcakes are way to expensive. Almost $5.00 for just one cupcake?! It's not even all that. The cake part of it is semi-dry, the texture was really off and the flavors are too artificial for me. The atmosphere of the shop was very uncomfortable, I did not feel welcomed in the shop at all. The ladies kept staring at us while we were eating too, which is not very comfortable to eat with. I would at least like a smile from the worker when you walk in or a welcome, but no, absolutely nothing. They looked miserable as well. I wouldn't go again. I've had way better for way less.

My first Sprinkles experience was in Dallas and that location was consistently phenomenal, but this one isn’t quite as nice of an experience. They left one of my cupcakes out of the bag, so I had to go back. The cupcakes weren’t bad, but they weren’t as good as what I’ve had in Dallas. This location has me thinking I have to agree with some of the other reviews, that I don’t understand the hype anymore. It’s a real bummer that it’s not what I remember.

The actual cupcake was moist and delicious!! But the frosting was way too sweet. It gave me a headache afterwards and my sister did not even eat hers. Super cute store though and staff was very helpful and friendly but there actually wasn’t any staff so never mind I guess. It was kinda dirty and the seating was sparse and my cousin just said the tables are always dirty. But my dog just whispered in my ear that the doggie cupcake was super good!! 😇

Love this place! I have been to the location and Nashville and prefer this location over Nashville. Customer service is great and they are usually not too busy. They are also open late which is a plus. Only downfall is that every time I come in, the tables inside seem a little dirty.

Just like the location at Disney springs! The cupcakes here are always amazing. It’s not easy to find a place that offers sugar free desserts, but they do it right! Sprinkles has a variety of different cupcakes for different dietary needs. They have vegan, gluten free and “leaven “pup cakes” for the dog! The cupcakes are a bit pricy, but worth it for a treat yo’ self outing in Downtown Tampa. They also have ice cream to pair with your cupcakes, if you want to make it a full dessert! This location also features their famous cupcake ATM. You walk up to the ATM, order your cupcake and pay right there (great for introverts)! The cupcake comes boxed on the conniver belt, ready to enjoy. This location has a nice spot to sit outside and take in the local atmosphere! Sprinkles is always worth a trip!

This was my first time trying their cupcakes and I don't think I'll buy from them again. I got a strawberry cupcake and was expecting the cupcake to have real strawberries or strawberry preseves in them, but there weren't. Their cupcakes are VERY dry; I was so thirsty after one taste! They taste like cardboard and I think they are overpriced for the taste and quality of the cupcake. The only reason why I am giving them 3 stars is because I really enjoyed their Snickerdoodle! It had the right amount of cinnamon sugar and sweetness to it

Very good cupcake shop. I'm glad it's made its way to Florida and Tampa of all places. Tastes just as good as the New York ones I used to have. I like the size of their cupcakes as they're not huge, overwhelming "mugcakes". Bigger isn't always better. They're have such a huge variety of flavors and combinations. You'll always find something new or have several favorites. In the beginning the store was very popular because it's so new. And even when the store is closed, you always have the option for a late night cupcake with their Cupcake ATM.

I wish people would research the brand better before writing negative comments. Sprinkles uses no preservatives which might be why some think they are dry or not heavy like typical bakery cupcakes. Personally, I think they are amazing! Why not have something a bit healthier that is sweet and yummy? I guess those trans fats are super important to the people writing bad reviews. More cupcakes for the rest of us!

I absolutely love Sprinkles! We seriously order it almost every other week! Unfortunately, this time around, it seems that the cupcakes are more dry and have shrunk about 50% from their original size whilst keeping the same price. Not sure if this was a one time thing or if this is a new, permanent change. Disappointing either way.

I ordered a custom cupcake order for my sons birthday. One of the letters to spell out HBD was put as HBB. I emailed to let them know I was disappointed in the mistake. Within an hour the general manager emailed me and had someone deliver a dozen cupcakes to make up for the error. The customer service is outstanding on top of the cupcakes being amazing !

The vegan red velvet cupcake is great!!! Only thing is, it would be nice if you guys offered a non-dairy milk (like almond milk, soy milk, coconut milk, or Ripple pea protein milk) for lactose-intolerant individuals like me to be able to wash down their cupcake with. According to various surveys, half of the US population enjoys drinking non-dairy milk (although not exclusively) and over half of every non-white race in America is lactose intolerant. Testing out the profitability of offering a non-dairy milk option would be worth a shot, to say the least.

First off the staff is amazing always ready to greet you with a smile and friendly face. The service has been outstanding and they will build even the most outlandish Sundae even if it means ice cream and gummy bears just to see you light up. In all honesty the lattes aRE great and the ice cream on point especially for a hot weekend afternoon, but the Red Velvet is where my heart lies. At this point i've tried everyone of the cupcakes and haven't met one my tongue didn't want a second serving of. Can't wait to go back for another one and one more after that.
