Fantastic place. Their breakfast sandwiches are great. Got a ham egg and cheese on Cuban bread and another on a croissant. Also got a chocolate croissant and two cortaditos. Fresh food and fresh pastries with great coffee. Hard to beat it all. They have a delicious looking selection of pastries. Go check it out.

Atmosphere: 4/5 - small place, nicely decorated, but without sitting area and limited parking spots Service: 5/5 - staff was fast and friendly Food: 4/5 - the guava pastry, chicken empanadas and pan de bono were delicious! Their breakfast sandwich was decent, but somewhat dry in my opinion. Price: 5/5- prices were very fair. Most things are less than $7 and the breakfast sandwiches are a large portion size. Overall: this place is a 4.5/5. Definitely a place in Tampa to stop at and check out!

Good Cuban breakfast sandwich and baked goods. However, the small coffee really small.. Mostly "native" speaker customers. What I mean, they know all the items, I wish they post signs about baked goods. So I don't have to keep asking.

I love this place! I used to be a frequent customer before I moved away; now I'm back and the quality and service remains the same - delicious and delightful! If you see only a couple pandebono, ask, because they more than likely have more fresh and warm in the back. Their pandebono has a yummy flavor that tastes fresh, doesn't feel greasy or leave you feeling heavy after. They are a great size as well! I got arepa de choclo with quesito, (que rico!!) for when you get the craving. The guava and cheese pastry is for a little bit later today, but I've had it before and it's also amazing. Can't wait to eat this one. The ladies are always patient and pleasant with their warm smiles. There is a lot of construction around the building, and with a smaller parking lot, keep that in mind for morning rush hour. Drive slow when you get nearby, Google Maps is not accurate with the turn. If you're coming from the west then you'll need to pass it and u turn. There's no tables inside, so it's a order and to go. Buen provecho!

Customer service was great. Prices for empandas were great however lacked flavor. Could use a little more seasoning. Red velvet doesn't taste like red velvet. Its red vanilla cake. It was good. But not red velvet. Not overly sweet.

I've been to a ton of bakeries and this is, by far, the best I've been to. Got 6-7 types of sweet and savory bread as well as some hot food. Everything had perfect texture, seasoning, and richness. Will be back to stock up on breads before heading back on our road trip

3rd visit here. Today i decided to get out to see inside and food cases vs sending my husband in. Cute place, super clean, very friendly, no wait. 1st visit was on a Sunday for breakfast, unfortunately i forgot to snap pics that day. My son said his breakfast sandwich was the best he's ever had!!! My husband loves the potato balls because they are more like a mofongo ball. I had cafe con leche all 3 times which was actually the reason for our stop yesterday. I was dying for some cafe con leche. I will say not impressed by their pastries (tried 3) so far dulce, strawberry and guava crm cheese... None of which id get again unfortunately. Pressed cuban with butter/ cheese was good. Coffee is good but you definitely have to ask for extra sugar if you like your coffee sweet because they typically sweeten with 1 or 2 spoons of sugar only. I wanted like 5 spoons lol Sunday obviously was a bit of a wait as expected. I would be interested to try my son's breakfast sandwich in the future as i am sure he would like to go back to have again.

I usually don't leave reviews unless they are good but my wife had a bad experience with one of your employees, everyone is so nice over there but the girl with glasses, she was so rude, my wife asked for an extra sauce and she denied it with a bad attitude. I don't think that is the way to do business.

Omg, what can I say but go here immediately..lol. EVERYTHING looks delicious and taste delicious. We bought 2 boxes of mini guava/cheese pastries and my family loved them. The breads are super-yummy too. The staff was soo polite and the line moves fast.

Cabinets were all empty, so it felt like their selection was limited. The hot food also took a long time to prep. No seating inside felt weird too, like the place is waiting on a furniture shipment but they've been open for 5 years so that didn't make sense. Will have to try again.

This bakery is a standalone next to a strip by the Hidden Treasure Thrift Store, however they do not share the same parking lot as there are concrete squares that separate the lots, I'm unsure why. Once we entered, it was a very nice and ambient place. The selection at 5:30pm was very limited so I can't speak on when they first open up but we got sugar donuts at $1 each, which was okay. It was very clean and the lady behind the bakery counter was very friendly. She gave us the donuts in a styrofoam container and I would've been okay with just some wax paper and a napkin. They also have drinks, snacks, chocolate but we decided to pass on that, maybe next time!

I went here over the weekend to order Sandwiches and while the service was amazing I must be honest and say I was disappointed with my order. I order a pastrami sandwich(shaved pastrami)and what I got was 2 thin slices of pastrami it just ruined my experience...No offense but even subway give you more meat then that...My review is not to hurt the business but to provide feed back...Like I stated earlier the service was great but I would definitely like to receive what I paid for

Good, new find in this area. Baked goods are freshly made and delicious. Breakfast arepa was tasty and generously portioned. Outside seating but there is no relief from the sun. Very clean inside with nice decor, rustic modern. Chocolate chip muffin was excellent. Fresh squeeze orange juice was great. Cafe con Leche was good. Green tea was good, as well. Cakes, tamales, and many other offerings like looked very appealing and fresh.

Anytime I have friends and family visit from out of town, Ricopan rises to the top of the list for places I take them. The staff are welcoming and their service is quick. Whether you stroll in on a Saturday morning for a sweet treat or swing by after work to pick up a fresh loaf of bread, you won't be disappointed.

For such a great bakery it's location seems a bit out of place. We stopped by late Sunday afternoon and had the medianoche and some beef and chicken empanadas. The sauce for the empanadas was outstanding. It's close to I-75 so if your in the area or passing through you will not be disappointed.

If you're looking for fresh baked breads and pastries I'd recommend checking Ricopan out. Seriously one of the best chocolate chip cookies, I went back to get more so I could bring them home to make ice cream sandwiches. You must try the Pandebono, an amazing bread especially when warm.

I can’t believe Rico Pan doesn’t have a FIVE star average. Their bread is the best in town and the ladies who work there are great. I drive 30 minutes to get the Pan Bono ( cheese bread), which by the way, is GLUTEN FREE (I’m not gluten sensitive, but just want to make people aware that might want a delicious option). Take a look at some of the poor ratings on the restaurant and you’ll quickly see the problem isn’t Rico Pan...

Wow this place is amazing. My wife and I went together are first time and I was hooked got a whole boat ton of Empanadas and Arepas to go. The pastries are world class literally. I really can't say anything bad about this place it's my new favorite and will be stopping in on the regular for all of it. First time there and I loved it. It is a very cute bakery that you can sit and have your coffee in. Good baked desserts and breads! There is a sign by the road but NOT on the building so I passed it and had to make a pretty difficult u-turn because it is in a high traffic area (after all, you don't expect there to be a bakery in one of the old drive-through beverage castle buildings). The people were friendly, the inside looked fresh and clean. I hope they get a building sign soon so more people can enjoy it!

The food is awesome and the place is clean. The attendants very polite and nice. The only bad thing is that they take too long to get your things ready. I called at 7:30 in the morning and put an order for empanadas to be ready at 8:30. I arrived at 8:37 and the empanadas we're not ready. I was late to work having to wait for them even though I called an hour in advance to order them.

Haven't found many good bakeries around the Tampa area. This is one of the better. Pastries are well made and tasty. The sandwiches are excellent. Most on pressed Cuban bread. The cafe con leche is also a good change from the national places.

I had no idea what is the Columbian bread, but I gave it try since this place seemed busy every time I pass by and I'm glad I tried!! The lady who took care of me was so helpful and friendly, clean atmosphere, and all the items I purchased were soooooooooo tasty! Our very favorite was a big cheese bread. The price range is like 2/3 to half-ish of Panera. I'd definitely come back and try some more. The cheese ball is my favorite ;-)

Always an excellent experience. Delicious, fresh, quality colombian breads and goodies. They have expanded over the years and now offer lunch items. Great coffee, cafe con leche or expresso the way ot should be not what you get at overpriced Starbucks. Arepa de choclo with cheese was huge, and just delicious.
