Nothing but SATISFIED!! At any bakery the pastries are always what you come in for…..but they have the BEST FRESH SQUEEZED OJ!!! What brought us in was breakfast. Basically the BEST breakfast sandwich you will EVER have. ORDER THE SWEET BREAD. I don’t eat many carbs and certainly NOT BREAD…but OMG this is like to die for delicious. Please don’t ever go out of business. It would be too heartbreaking. Super nice staff and always friendly. It doesn’t help I live nearby. The breakfast sandwiches are larger than you realize. I usually eat half of one and the other half the next day. Even if you just get it without the sandwich, it’s still delicious…:just get the sweet bread on the side. 😋 Sadly I have never even had a pastry yet!! All I want is the SWEET BREAD!! they do look delicious though.

Where can I start. My first time here. I tried multiple items from quesitos, to the cubano and alcapurrias. No need to go to PR. The food is as good or better than most places in the Island. Try the alcapurrias; amongst the best. Will come back every time I visit Tampa.

Waoooooo!!! Is all can say, the food was great the service quick and cordial, the pastries taste just like they do in Puerto Rico and their Sandwiches were so good. I had the pastrami and my wife had the tripleta and they really reminded me the sandwich shops back in Puerto Rico. Finally!! Real Pan Sobao baked to perfection! Loved the taste and texture. We tried their pan Sobao with cheese and....O.M.G.....so good!!!! The sandwiches are on point! We had a Cuban (part of it pictured), a Pavochon with added salad which is roasted turkey and roasted pork with cheese and a Palomino which is their pastrami sandwich. Their desserts are made fresh daily and sooo good!!! We've tried their Pastelillos de Guayaba, Quesitos and stuffed donuts! Needless to say, I highly recommend this place!!

Really good and real autentic Puertorrican food and specially the pastry. The sandwiches are an own particularly original creation, but it does have that seasoning taste on the meat that is particularly in puertorrican food. They have the OG quesitos and Guava pastry recipes that are unique and only found in the island, and its worth the trip. The only thing is that their menu is not online and they are about to add more items to the menu. But this is what they got at the moment.

This place is a hidden gem. The workers tell me it's only about 2 years old. The food is excellent, my wife and I went here after my son's music class and we were very pleasantly surprised. Sandwiches are well seasoned and made to order. Nice variety of sandwiches and breakfast options. Bread is fresh and really good. Desserts are numerous, they have the most stuffed guava and cheese pastelito I have ever eaten. The Cafe Con leche is very good as well. I must try if you're passing by, even if you're not hungry. We have already been here twice.

So I found this place next to my new apt. From the first day I knew this place was special. Somebody asked me if I had been there before and I told him I hadn’. he ran and got two different types of their bread for me to try. It was excellent I’ve since been back several times. I’ve had at least a dozen things on their menu and everything has been on point. Staff is wonderful, pricing is fair, and the food is fantastic. I highly recommend. Order ahead if you plan to go during a busy time like lunch.

I live in spring Hill but when I go to Tampa, definitely would stop there again, pastries were awesome and I order their oven roasted turkey sandwich and that was delicious... Definitely would be back again. Great staff, amazing food, hopefully they can open another LA Creacion bakery location closer to my house, but for now I'll be back.... All boxes checked in my book. Great service, awesome food, and lots of options in the menu ( for a bakery). They truly differentiate from other bakeries. The bread recipe is almost impossible to find anywhere else, specially for the “Sobao” bread. My order got confused and I got the wrong thing for takeout when I call and let them know that the order was not what I ordered, with no hesitation they wanted to make it right and they actually deliver to my house and brought the right order. Haven’t found another Puerto Rican bakery in Tampa (not even Orlando area) that can equal or surpass La Creación Bakery. I love places that care for their service and quality. I happened upon this place quite by accident. I didn't try any of the pastries because I had my heart set on an alcapurria. It was delicious! The sandwiches on the menu looked and sounded fabulous, as did the pastries. They also have traditional breads - de agua and sobao. They also had sancocho. I will definitely come back to try more items, but for this first time, I was pleased.

Evidently, they do not know one of the most important rules of handling food: "Do not re-use product that has been handled by customers". The place was empty and they couldn't get our order right. When I send back my sandwich to get corrected, they returned the exact same bread that's been bitten into. Not only is that in bad taste, it is a health code violation. If I have to teach you that, then I'm not sure I want to try anything else that comes out of your kitchen/ovens. *UPDATE* 3 Dec 19 - I went back to La Creacion over the weekend and everything was great, the service was excellent. I only bought bread and some of the pastries, so no issues like the ones in my previous visit, but based on this experience, I am willing to go back and try a sandwich again.

I’ve been looking for a decent Puerto Rican place around Tampa for yearsss and this is the first one that I LOVE. If you want authentic style Puerto Rican food this is place in Tampa to get it. I live in Clearwater and I still plan on frequenting this place as often as I can! This panadería reminds me of home. The empanadas are incredible, the quesitos (cheese pastries) delicious and the pan sobado- to die for. I had the sancocho con arroz that they had special this past Saturday and let me tell you I haven’t had a meal that good since was a little girl! (follow them on Instagram to find out when they have sancocho, thank me later) The staff was friendly and welcoming and the food was fresh and incredible. Not to mention the place was super clean, and well taken care of despite how busy it gets! I guarantee I will be back and I will tell everyone I know about this place! Felicidades to the owner for their success and for bringing a little piece of the island to Tampa Bay. This is going to become one of Tampa’s little hidden gems that locals flock to just like lolis was. I hope this bakery continues to do well and stay busy! Represent Boriken! Demasiado Rico!! Wow!!! Amazing !!!! I had el Morro sandwich last time I was here and OMG !! It was huge and sooo delicious. I also got some true puertorican pastries and they were to die for!!! I must say if you are reading this plz ignore the 2-3 people rating this place less than a five. I've been going to this bakery no less than 3 times per week since I heard of them. This place is new and their quality is top notch although is still a diamond in the rough from an organization standpoint because of how small the bakery is. The owners didn't imagine in a million years that it would have the success that it has had in a matter of a few weeks. So if you have an issue because some of their pastries are sold out go earlier or call so they save you a fresh order of what you want. They make their pastries fresh every day and I prefer buying a pastry from a bakery in which things get sold out rather than buying something that has been sitting in a shelf for days like other bakeries in the area. Is like going to Panera in the late afternoon trying to get an Asiago Cheese Bagel (one of their top sellers) you most likely won't be able to buy one in the afternoon because they are sold out almost every day before noon. So a fresh product is always above anything else. In regards to their sandwiches... The guy who commented about how they are named needs to instruct himself. This is a Puertorican bakery and all the sandwiches are named after places in Puerto Rico or something that represents us Puertoricans. These sandwiches are exactly what you will get at a local bakery (Panadería) in Puerto Rico. I'm not saying Puertorican sandwiches are the best in the world but La Creacion sandwiches are by far the best in the entire area so if you think they are "trilili" go to Publix bc you might be just too "americanized" for a great island style sandwich. As far as the other negative review about nobody acknowledging you I find this extremely hard to believe the place is so small even if they wanted to ignore you on purpose it would be impossible because you go in and the display/register area where you order are right in front of you. Even though a small bakery I have never seen less than 2-3 employees in the front no matter the time I go. Ohh and this is without counting the kitchen employees. Stop with the negative comments without substance and give a new business the break to develop themselves in a successful way. I must say from the time they opened until now they have come a long way already but the quality and great service has been on point since day one. If you are in a rush call ahead and place your order as food is made to order always fresh and if is packed you obviously have to wait a bit but trust me the wait should be the least of your worries because it will be absolutely worth every second. If you go and see the line out the door don't get scared they are going quicker by the day and planning on expanding sometime in the future. Support a great local business and enjoy a little bit of the amazing desserts and sandwiches our wonderful Puertorican cuisine has to offer. Thanks for reading!

No one acknowledged us when we walked in. They were all very serious, we didn't feel welcomed at all. They really need customer service training, though customer service is not something that is taught, just treat someone like you want to be treated is the key! The woman at register wouldn't look up at us, she didn't thank me after I paid. The chicken empanadas were soggy and bland, no spices at all, not Caribbean empanadas, they taste store bought. I will leave one positive comment, the tornillo pastry was pretty good, flakey and fresh. Remember that Jesus Christ is Lord!! God bless!!

Fui este fin de semana, el ambiente laboral se veía cargado, muchos empleados allí metidos y al yo entrar no sabía si pedir o irme con las caras largas que tenían algunos de los empleados. Creo que la primera impresión al cliente es tan importante como el buen servicio. Pero en calidad de la comida y los dulces son los mejores.
