Great little bakery with pastries, sandwiches hot and cold. Lovely outdoor seating area.
Breakfast Sammie with Thai sausage was solid, wish the lemongrass flavor was stronger. Smash burger was delicious. Cinnamon sugar bread was good, I think the slice should be a bit thicker, cause it's amazing bread.

been here about a half dozen times. baked items are tasty. don’t expect big portions. really a 4.5. burger pictured was a smash burger, and the meat was too low of a ratio, i’d say. mask policy just for ordering as all seating is outside.

Nice spot to grab breakfast or coffee. The baked goods are yummy and the coffee isn’t particularly good, but it’s not bad either. Staff is friendly. On the weekend there’s usually a small line, but it moves quickly. There’s some outdoor patio seating. It’s slightly off the beaten path, but worth visiting.

We went on a Saturday around 10 am. There was a small line to order and we found table on outdoor patio right away. Outdoor seating is has heaters that kept was cozy. I tried the fried egg sandwich, Avocado toast and mushroom galette and really enjoyed all of them. The Orange miso coffee cake was also delectable.

Amazing coffee and delicious bakery items. Outside seating in a covered area as well as open seating with uncovered area overlooking the water. They also have other light meal options. If you have children they also have highchairs, and their bathrooms are very clean! Visit this sweet little spot near the UWMC!

BEST BAKERY IN SEATTLE HANDS DOWN!!!!! We love them so much that they actually made the cake and desserts for our wedding as well! They did a perfect job and everything was beautiful as well as delicious. I have worked in the restaurant industry for a long time and it is easy to tell when a product is made by the hands of people who have many years of experience and this is one of those places. Randi, Michael, and Yasu are some of the most talented chefs/bakers/business owners in Seattle and it shows throughout their beautiful restaurant space and tasty menu. If you haven't tried this place out yet GO NOW. If you are visiting Seattle and want a recommendation GO HERE. If you got a hot lunch date TAKE THEM HERE. I love Saint Bread and cannot recommend it highly enough!

Saint Bread pleasantly surprised me. Have been wanting to come here for a while and finally came. I ordered a London Fog, a cardamom knot, and a breakfast sandwich (egg, avocado, and braised greens). All turned out to be extremely delicious. Especially the breakfast sandwich was out of this world. One of the best I’ve had in the city and very unique. The bun used for the sandwich was so airy and full of flavors. You can tell it’s truly crafted from scratch.
The outdoor sittings are open and airy. Lots of space and very relaxing during the early morning hours. My only struggle was not to buy EVERYTHING from their display case. It’s really really hard.
If you are a cardamom bun lover like me, this place is your must visit. I personally think it’s better than lots of the more famous Nordic bakeries in town. Quality can’t be beat.

Nice Unique menus. I had okonomiyaki style tortilla. It was delicious like omlet with okonomiyaki sauce and topping. I'd like to try other dishes next time. Outside seating area has heaters and is dog friendly. Hope I can bring my dogs sometime:)

Incredible flavors and loaded with great texture. Instantly became one of my favs.
We ordered a bunch to try. The egg salad sandwich was the first and very underwhelming.
But starting with the School Bun, everything blew me away!
Holy Moly. The school bun’s like the perfectly moist banana bread combined with a chewy delightful cream filled donut but starting with a touch of refreshing citrus for some reason.
Then the fried egg sandwich is a must. Add the greens please! You won’t regret it. Everything goes so well together.
The yuzu polenta was good, love the layers of textures. I don’t normally like orange anything, but the orange miso coffee cake was BOMB. Every ingredient in perfect harmony. Croissant was also incredible. Hubby loved the cookie.
Sure will be back! But bringing our own extra large coffee LOL

Charming bakery and cafe by the water with lots of outdoor tables (both roofed and open). The atmosphere is excellent.
On my first visits, I got their croissant and I dig the taste. It's not the flakiest and a bit soft to my taste but on boy it is delicious. It has a strong and rich salty flavor, you can almost see the butter shimmering through its surface. It's very satisfying.
I revisited with friends and we had breakfast here. I had an avocado toast with a fried egg, it is small but beautifully presented with a thick layer of za'atar seasoned smashed avocado in olive oil. I loved it. My friend enjoyed her breakfast sandwich as well.
Saint Bread is on the pricey side ($5+tax for a butter croissant, $8+tax for a small avo toast) but I think the price is well justified by the first-rate ingredients and excellent craft. I guess now my only complain is that their service was quite distant every time.
