Reviews of La Parisienne French Bakery
This place is awesome! Fresh delicious pastry. We enjoy their lunch combo. Sandwiches and onion soup are yummy. A bit crowded for a small space but very cozy. They do offer tables outside. Just freaking cold to be sitting outside now. If you park around that area be careful. I had seen so many people almost hit our car, even saw a guy back in and hit a parked car.
Coffee is a pretty good and nice presentation. I m a bit disappointed with the presentation on my green tea latte.
Reasonable price and friendly staff.
Nice little French bakery conveniently located and pretty crowded. I went for breakfast on a Saturday and the outdoor seating was closed due to rain but was lucky to get a cozy spot for two. The bakery items looked really good and we tried the chocolate and almonds croissant which was very good and I would recommend trying. We also tried the Madeleine and another chocolate baked good whose name I forgot but is right by the Madeleine in the photos I posted. That one was also very good with subtle undertones. Their French onion soup is a must try. The sandwiches were nice. My wife took the salmon quiche which was not that great. We also took cappuccino which tasted okay but looked bad. Maybe due to the rush the barista made it in a hurry but it looked like a first draft to be honest. The service otherwise was great and the staff was very friendly. All in all I really liked the place and would go again to try some more of the baked goods and definitely the onion soup.
Hands down, the best croissant I’ve had this side of Paris, and I’ve tried a lot. I rarely do anything besides black coffee. Today I had a cappuccino and WOW! Perfect with my croissant. It was pleasant sitting at the sidewalk tables on a late May Thursday at noon on a street sided with beautiful trees. I’ll be back tomorrow morning before my flight home to Florida.
Excellent! I am French, born and raised. This is one of the best bakeries I have been to. Perfect pastries. Loved the innovative touches with the jam croissant, praline pain au chocolat…Fresh pressed orange juice and coffee were delicious. Brioche was wonderful. It felt very high quality and perfectly orchestrated. Staff spoke French, and we were well-served. It was so delicious and I highly recommend!
This place is amazing! The ambience is great, the food is delicious, and the location is convenient. We ordered the turkey sandwich, flan, French onion soup, and lattes. The sandwich was alright, but the flan and French onion soup were superb. The food is well priced, and the portions are good. Highly recommended place!
Absolutely gorgeous pastries. I adore their baked meringue. Perfect anytime of year in the Emerald city, but I think it's something magical about a visit in Autumn. As if you'll be transported to Paris the moment you step on the storefront itself.
This place is a good option if you’re in Bell Town / Downtown looking for authentic Parisian sandwiches or baked goods. The coffee is nice too. The interior is a little dingy. Personally, I think there’s a better Parisian themed cafe in Bellevue that’s worth driving to, but I can see why people would come here.
Get here quick. This place is popular and will run out of what you want right in front of you. Happens 1 of 3 or 4 times I go. The other 3 of 4, they still have what I want. Parking can be annoying also.
I love coming here for lunch or even after work for a yummy dessert. Shoot I even come for breakfast as their sandwiches are priced well compared to others in the area. Meet and veggie options for each meal they offer. Just look at the photos.
I've never ordered a coffee nor one of their fresh pressed juices, but I do have my eye getting their juice soon. Coffee, not in a rush since coffee is everywhere, but I am still curious how good it is.
Also, their workers aren't exactly the nicest or bubbly like some shops, but that's fine, they aren't exactly mean. Just doing their job.
The inside is somewhat small and can fill up quick when the rush hits. If you time it right you might make it when there are zero people in pine or inside, which does happen from time to time also. They do have enjoyable outdoor seating as well.
You really gotta check this place out for yourself. There isn't another spot like it in all of Seattle. Not that I can think of.
Compared to other French bakeries in the area this one takes the win! We loved all of the pastries we tried the fruit tart was a show stopper!! We also brought he a loaf of the multigrain rosemary bread, and it was delicious as well. Our whole family loved it and we will definitely come back for more in the future. The line can get long and extend out the door, it seems like they don’t have very many people who work the counter, but I would happily wait in their line to get to eat the incredible baked goods they turn out.
Fresh, and delicious pastries! We stopped here on a visit to Seattle because of the reviews and it did not diss appoint. We enjoyed these pastries under the space needle and they were good treats.
Cute little French bakery! Pastries and drinks were great! I got a 6 oz hot chocolate (already sweetened) and a berries tart. Friend got an espresso.
There’s restrooms available towards the back of the bakery/kitchen area through the door on the right side. There’s 2 stalls in the woman’s restroom.
Such an impressive little
Place , my husband I have had a blast enjoying the breakfasts here . They have lovely choices and especially the baguette with Jam and butter 😋. We enjoyed the lattes too . I’ll definitely be missing the yummy treats . …
At around mid-morning, lines and some items already sold out.
My favorite (Kouign Amann), unfortunately, all gone.
We got a sampling of different items to enjoy back at the hotel.
Loved all of them specially, they were not overly sweet.
Would love to go back and have some more of their goodies.
Cute little cafe in a nice neighborhood we passed by walking around Seattle. We needed a place to rest so we checked it out.
Service and staff are great. Lattes and food we ordered are blunt. We have been in better French bakeries around town. You can barely taste the chai in the chai latte. Cafe latte is as expected. Cheesecake is over a graham cracker you cannot eat with the cheesecake as it separates and is to hard to slice with the cake. Flan is blunt and hard.
The place is packed though when we arrived and some items are already sold out. They have really great reviews from Yelp and Google so hopefully we just ordered the wrong items. 3 stars for the food and 5 stars for the service = 4 star review.
Visited around lunch and the case of pastries was working on being empty. They were out of French Onion Soup, and the quiche was cooked a bit more done than I would have liked. They heated the quiche up, but not through, so the center was still cold. The cheesecake was good, but the crust was equivalent to a stale graham cracker. It was all in all on ok effort, but I don’t think I’d return
I wanna give this place 1 star so that people stay away and they never run out of chocolate almond croissants. One of my favorite places in Seattle and the coffee is so tasty. Too bad it gets super crowded during weekends. Go on a weekday if you can!!
La Parisienne French Bakery has the best coffee I have had in Seattle. When coupled with an Almond Croissant.. my workday ends up being a great one.
There is often a bit of a line out the door but they work fast and the quality is worth the wait.
Really good pastries, standard Seattle pricing and the laminations are just incredible. Polite staff, if you have a yen for pastry, especially a croissant? This is where you need to go.
If you're looking for a genuine and delicious French bakery in Seattle, look no further! La Parisienne made all of my wedding desserts, from macarons to petits fours and verrines. We wanted a macaron tower that would amaze our guests and it amazed both our guests and us! They were very easy to work with and went above and beyond our expectations. Thanks again!
Wow. The berry danish. The croissants. The raspberry tarts. Amazing. However the cirtus tart and creme Brule were disappointing. They are both too eggy in flavour and I struggled to find citrus flavor in the tart. They also offer delicious breakfast switches, quiche and tasty lunch items. I definitely know why this place is always packed.
I love it! Looks and tastes just like a bakery you would see in Paris complete with the baguette sandwiches and croissants. Had the lemon tart which is my measuring bar for these types of stores in the states and I was not disappointed! Delicious!
Authentic French patisserie at the quiet residential neighborhood in Belltown. Fantastic repertoire of French cakes, croissants, pastries and sandwiches. Certainly my favorite patisserie! In the morning, they serve “un petit déjeuner” (French breakfast) for $6, which includes a coffee, a baguette with butter and confiture. Some sitting space outside. A bit slow to take orders, so get there early (or late?) to avoid the long line!
Fantastic French bakery place. My Tarte de chocolat (?) was really good with dense and rich dark chocolate cream. The pie/Tart itself was very buttery and tasty as well. The hazelnut cream puff thing? To die for
I never leave the reviews, but I don’t know what is the other way to express my gratitude for this place. I am originally from Europe and live in Hawaii and it’s my second time in Seattle but it’s my 5th time at this place. Staff, food and atmosphere is my favorite here. I keep coming here, and today, on my birthday I couldn’t find a better place I want to be at. Anything you order will be the best food you’ve ever had. Thank you guys for making my time in Seattle so special, and making my bday even more special too. I’ll be back :)
French bakery in downtown that makes all sorts of pastries from viennoiserie to macarons to cakes and they look pretty good. Always a short line at this popular bakery...not worth it in my opinion.
The croissant is just ok, pretty soft and isn't very flaky. There are plenty better croissants in Seattle. You know they are really French when you order a breakfast sandwich and it comes in…baguette. It's miniscule though, almost like a breadstick.
There are seats both inside and outside the store.
All of the great reviews were spot on and we’ll deserved. Although very busy, they were very friendly. More importantly, the food was great. The raspberry croissant was very tasty with just the right amount of filling. I wish I lived in Seattle so I could have tried more! When in Seattle - support this fine bakery!
Great neighborhood bakery with a friendly owner.
They've become quite busy in the past year which is great to see. The pastries are top notch, and the drinks are very good. I've never had their sandwiches, but they certainly look great. One of my favorite cafes in the area.
By far the best meal I’ve had in Seattle so far. The cappuccino and mochas were delicious and the quiche and croissants were mouth watering. Can’t wait to go back and try more!
Delicious and well priced. Almond croissant was slightly soggy on the top (I prefer crisp) but flavour and filling were on point.
Great pastries!! Had a quiche and it came out a bit cold in the center but still tasted great. Their orange juice is the best I've had. It was uniquely sweet with much less acidity than I'm used to and was so uniquely pleasant. I wish I knew what they used to get it tasting the way it did!! Came at 8 in the morning and wasn't too busy. Staff was very kind and let me know I had left my jacket behind before I left! Pricy, but I definitely enjoyed what I had. Would recommend!
A most excellent French bakery. The owner is very friendly and the staff is attentive. The pastries and breads taste like we are in Paris with all of its sophistication and artistry. Amazing place. It is hard to see from the street so keep your eyes peeled for a line of hungry patrons.
Really good. Felt like I was in Paris. Even the service was “please order quick and leave” French style. The bread was delicious !!
We decided to stop by before flying out and looking for a nearby cafe with good croissants... It was definitely a success and we grabbed a few other things that didn't last but a few minutes. Everything was delicious.
There is a wait for La Parisienne, but for a good reason! Every single item in their pastry cases looked downright spectacular. From the raspberries delicately placed on the Tarte aux Fruits Rouges, to the hearty loaves of baguettes and Rosemary bread. I would highly recommend La Parisienne to anyone looking for an exceptional a latte and french treats.
The staff were incredibly friendly and courteous despite the line of customers. I felt like they gave each customer equal attention and service without hastily rushing to the next group. I did see some masks on staff, but not everyone.
Majority of the customers were not wearing masks or social distancing, which is an important factor to me when going out. I took my order to go, which the staff was completely accommodating to.
Stumbled across this bakery while walking around, and it was absolutely amazing. The almond chocolate croissant is my favorite, and their sandwiches are delicious as well. Everything was so good that I had to make another stop right before I flew out of town haha. Will be coming back the next time I'm in Seattle!
A cute little paris pastry in town. They have the best hot chocolate.
Some of the best bakery items I've tasted on the West Coast.
Delicious pastries and excellent coffee, great service a must try.
My husband and I started coming here back in 2014/2015 and it was amazing back then. The baguettes are as close to a Parisian baguette you can get and the pastries are delicious and well made. I'm happy to say that now that we've returned to Seattle after 3 years away it's still delicious and high quality (though much more popular). Hands down the bakery of choice in the area for us!
About a 10 min wait in the line on a Sun at 10 AM. Got the almond croissant and pain au chocolat. Heavenly !
Have a relaxing breakfast with handmade baguette +butter and coffee also to go with my favorite galette des rois - king pie(once a year ), I am so spoiled
The presentation and appearance of the pastry looks delicious, however the flavor and texture is just okay. The sweetness leave of the chocolate croissant is good, raspberry croissant is on the sweeter side. All the croissants are very dense, lack of flaky layers.
Great spot, great coffee, indoor seating, friendly staff, and a range of pastries, cakes, soups, sandwiches, and more. I would absolutely go out of my way to come here if you’re in town. It has been my go to morning stop every morning since I got to Seattle.
LOVE their food. DO NOT love the manager and a few of the employees, I was a regular there and I got some day old treats that were not up to their usual standard of quality (they were dry and texture was ruined from putting them in the fridge overnight) I asked for a replacement and it was a huge problem and then they told me I'm no longer allowed to call in to put orders in advance. said I have to order 2 days in advance online and pay there. I was really disappointed with how I was treated because I'm a very nice person even when things get messed up
I think the quality of the pastries has been on the decline for some time now. I understand how the price of the ingredients might make the bakery start cutting corners. I.e., my fave pastry used to be the Parisienne twist because of the flaky dough filled with chocolate chips. The few last times that I got it it had a smearing of something that resembled a chocolate paste and clearly lacked the chip portion. Other items have also been affected, and I'm not sure if they changed their pastry chef or something to that effect. The staff also seems very run down and pretty exhausted which may be from the owner's directive.
Really nice French bakery. Their latte was good too.
Absolutely amazing pastries and cakes! I always wait in line because it’s just so damn good. I highly recommend all the croissant variations and the mille-feuille. Whatever caramel/chocolate layer they have in that cake is phenomenal.
Some of the best pastries in Seattle. Definitely worth the approx 15min queue
This place is badabing badaboong! Perfect coffee, perfect spot by the sidewalk, and great service by the staff. Thank you!
Very beautiful place! Coffee and pastry just like Paris. Can't wait to come back for the croissants and the ambiance. Haven't tasted better pastry since Paris... Yummm
Delicious food, friendly staff, if I lived closer I would go here every day.
good bread, nice people. only complaint is that they leave a lot of room when you order a $5 orange juice
La Parisienne offers authentic, amazingly delicious pastries, breads, desserts, sandwhiches, and quiche. They are all made from scratch, in-house, daily. This visit we ordered a berry tarte, chocolate hazelnut mouse, chocolate croissant, a Mille feuille, and coffee. There were so many appealing options, it was difficult to choose. We spent about $16 a person. We will be back!!!
What a perfect place for freshly made French pastries, croissants, bugettes, sandwiches, coffee, desert and more. All experiences for breakfast/coffee or lunch were enjoyable with perfect taste and quantity of food. Freshly baked breads and pastries kept replacing emptied racks bringing wonderful aroma through the bakery. Friendly, efficient and great service as well.
Another breakfast meeting with a perfect almond croissant and low-fat latte today. Great place for a light breakfast or lunch. Breakfast time is pretty busy here, however, generally there is plenty of space to sit down and engage in conversations amongst the aroma of coffee drinks and baked goods.
Best French bakery in Seattle! They are even better than some bakeries I visited in France! The Tarte au Chocolat is absolutely amazing!
; Best French bakery I've ever been to. Most authentic I've ever had besides the bakeries in France. We were visiting from Minnesota. Flew into Seattle, luckily found this gem, drove to Vancouver and before our flight back home we stopped here one more time.
A fantastic selection of quality pastries and beverages. Top-tier food and great value, with a fun setting. Highly recommended!
Just happened to walk by while hunting for breakfast, and found this casual and friendly gem. Enjoyed a lovely baguette and almond croissant, kids had a giant macaron and even monster meringue. Will be back!
Arrived around 10:50 AM and most items were already taken. Its a nice store with clean decor. Brioche was excellent and fluffy. Flan pastry was underwhelming.
!!Looking back at my receipt, I was charged a “Non cash fee” of 3.5%. Although only a small amount, Wish I was made aware of this practice as I would’ve gladly switched to cash. I’m not sure if there was a sign showing this extra fee.
🇲🇫 The Best of the best things to See, Taste, Hear, Smell and Touch are located at

"La Parisienne French Bakery". 🇲🇫 …
The almond croissant 🤌 also love the sandwiches! The lemon tart is superb. …
This is my favorite French bakery in Seattle, they really do remind me of being in Paris, owned and operated by French bakers.
They really do some proper 🥐 and other layered doughs but everything I’ve tried were quite delicious! I would also highly recommend their daily special breads! …
Great little bakery to grab a pastry or a baguette! We had the yogurt parfait, a raspberry croissant and a baguette and they were all excellent! Coffee was okay, but it's Seattle so you can find a hundred excellent coffee shops to enjoy with your food if that's important to you :)
The catering service was quite nice and the delivery was on time🥳 everyone loves the small bites on the wedding 💓 …
Extremely friendly and fast service for how busy they get!
They have such a large selection of French pastries & desserts--worth the 15 or so minute walk from Pike!! Since it's slightly off the beaten path, prices are slightly lower than other cafes around the area, a plus!
Great place for eating breakfast - good coffee as well. Would definitely come back again :)
Wonderful patisserie, authentic desserts. Not very expensive given the portion sizes.
What good is a place if it has poor customer service? For the experience I had, the old French lady is to be blamed for the reduction in stars.
Other reviews lead me to believe they have shared the same experience.
Food is otherwise satisfactory.
I ordered a flan and a chai latte. I forgot to tell them to make the latte cold but they didn't ask either. The flan tasted great but the latte was wayyyyyy too sweet. Like I was drinking sugary water. I hope they had an option to not include any sugar in it. Lots of people on a nice Saturday.
The food is great. The service needs work. The wait can get really long because there are stretches where no one is being served. They could really benefit from more front end staff. Personally the food is often worth the wait, but I have seen enough people leave the line in frustration to know that is not the case for everyone. Definitely worth trying.
Came for breakfast while on vacation... So don't expect a "breakfast menu". It's a French bakery. The yogurt with granola was fantastic and the Latte was just as good. We wanted to try every pastry...but decided against going in to a sugar induced coma this early in the day. I've never seen merengues as big as a small football (see pic) Obviously this place is well known because a continuous flow of locals were streaming in while the coffee shop directly across the street was empty.
Amazing French bakery! We got a Eclair (Chocolate), Chocolate & hazelnut croissant, and a Macchiato. There are plenty of other options that I’d like to come back and try. The staff was attentive. There is a little bit of out door seating available. Perfect place to stop by after visiting Space Needle.
Although I am not a fan of French bakeries, we went here 2x during our 5 day stay and I must admit, I now want to go back. I have been converted! (Lol) There is a croissant-looking thing that has chocolate and almonds on it that is stunning to look at and heavenly to taste. While I'm not a macaroon fan, I am told the raspberry and chocolate macaroons were "OMG... So good!" But seriously, that chocolate almond thing was AWESOME. 👌
Don't come here expecting to get anything other than pastries. Half the sandwiches weren't available and the quiches we got were cold in the middle. The Kouign-Amann and iced mocha I got were pretty good though.
Wow! I was walking around the block hoping to stumble upon something interesting, but instead, I fell nose first into, and quickly in love with La Parisienne!
Amid the warm and unpretentious cafe/ bakery vibe, and the bustle of other nine to fivers, La Parisienne makes a wonderful croque monsieur and a delicious, chunky tomato soup. Plus, the cheerful French woman behind the counter is both attentive and welcoming.
Sit down and enjoy!
Both the website and in house menu boards indicated items and dishes they did not have available. For example sandwich choices were half what they list. What items they did have were of high quality.
The croissant has very good flaky and butter flavor. It is not burnt at all. The inside is tender. I really enjoyed my croissant from here.
The quiche had great butter and cheese flavor. The texture was not dry nor soggy. It was a nice size too!
I would come back here.
Wide selection of pastry and real crunchy croissants! Very cute interior and a real nice spot for some caffeine and breakfast in the mornings!
Overall, the customer service was good. The apple croissant thing was really good. I also got a cheesecake raspberry dessert type thing and it was delicious(Especially since I don’t like cheesecake). They kind of ran out of macaroons, they only had like a few left, but the one that I tried was decent. It is quite expensive, but I’ll definitely return and try different things.
I got a Paris Breast and a La Noissetine for the Christmas. Both of them are well-made, a bit too sweet for me though.
I love a place that has too many good choices to try..amazing! Tasty food and a great lattee
If you want to have the French experience, be prepared to shell out a pretty penny. We tried this little dessert for $12. Nothing special about it.
Absolutely beautiful, hasn't changed a bit post-pandemic. Everything is still lovely, made to perfection.
I pretty much went to Seattle to eat here. This is the best French bakery I've ever been to. I was very impressed the first time I ate there about 3 years ago. So I went there again and the food was still as good as it was the last time. And the lady who owns the place is so nice and her voice sounds so calming that I could just sit there all day and eat!
We ordered a chocolate praline roll, an apple-filled pastry and a third dessert (almond chocolate something?). The desserts were wonderful, flaky and fresh but this place loses a star for organization and service. We waited a long time to be served in an ever-growing line. A couple walked in, ignored the line and got the attention of a person behind the counter to get served first. They were so busy the counter people were highly stressed out and not friendly. They need to hire more help it seems. Also I'm sure this is the kind of place where they run out of things quickly so get there early and bring a book!
Excellent pastries and good coffee. It's a cozy place to sit and chat or do some homework.
Busy busy! However the line went fast and we had our to go order of chocolate cookies and a few croissants pretty quickly. Everything was quite good.
Fresh goodies every day.. Feels like im in Paris 😍😍i love love love this bakery... …
Fantastic croissant with the perfect crunch and flaky layers along with an on-point cappuccino! This bakery takes me back to cafes in 9th Arrondissement.
Unlike the crazy one star review below from the anti-masker, my family appreciates the consistency that La Parisienne offers to keep the public safe.
Lovely little shop in Belltown with consistently great food and customer service. The ambiance is perfect. I enjoy stopping in for a meringue. Absolutely love this place!
Wonderful service! Wonderful pastries! The chocolate torte was not my thing, but if you are a chocolate lover, this is for you!!! They also have a mega giant macaron that was great! Highly recommend this place!
I absolutely LOVE this French Bakery!!! I couldn't pick a favorite item since literally EVERYTHING is just about to die for!
This spot has all I want from a hometown French Bakery... Carbs & Sugar!!!
Lol ... The chefs know what they are doing. The Establishment is attentively clean.Their presentation is classic.
And they do not disappoint whatsoever with smiling and helpful employees anxious to greet and get your taste buds feeling tastefully content.
My Man Alex behind the counter is Always Happy To See Me and our short conversations are always positive, personal and honest which insures that I'll always feel welcome.
Don't pass this spot up!
They deserve your business...
You deserve their treats!
Enjoy!
(Don't be afraid to say hi if we bump into each other, lol)
An amazing bakery. I went there for a breakfast, and I couldn't decide since it was all tempting. The staff and facilities were top notch, with more pasteries coming in during the day. Highly recommend for pastry. lovers
Delicious baked goods and friendly service, what else could you want?
Clean and tasty French baked goods, with a range of breakfast and lunch options, and the coffee is good as well!
This bakery rates 10 stars, not just 5. Don't miss it if you like excellent pastries
Loved this place it's cute and has some great pastries.. not a fan of sandwich as its too dry..
Try out their pastries!!
La Parisienne French Bakery is really awesome 👍🏻👍🏼👍🏽👍🏾👍🏿
The ladies are really nice and elegant, beautiful and clean place with yummy food 🥖 ☕️ 🥗 …
Friendly place with a good selection of pastries and breads. Still on the quest for the perfect baguette though...
I mostly rate coffee shops and bakeries by how cozy they are. For this place, I wouldn’t say the place is super cozy, it’s also not not cozy. Sometimes it gets packed with not many places to sit in. They got good selection of french pastry, although the good ones are usually gone before long before the morning is over.
Authentic and exquisite. We simply tried a few macarons and a couple different croissants and they were all phenomenal. There's a clean, simple atmosphere that feels like you've stepped into a patisserie in France.
This place was mostly fantastic. We ate here 3 mornings in a row and enjoyed their breakfast sandwich and espresso. However, when we were joined by our family, they never got a hot coffee, always cool, and the last day the baguettes were burned. Overall would highly recommend. Very busy place, so imperfections must occur because of lines out the door.
*Updated Review:
I'm addicted to this place. I am trying to go at least once a week and get something different every time. The loaf breads are amazing! The French Loaf, Walnut Bread, Baguettes are a few I have tried so far. They are great for eating with as sandwiches, with stews and butter of course! I think I am a few weeks away from trying most of the pastries which never disappoint. The Salmon Sandwich is so fresh and crisp made on bread that is so soft and moist. Simply the best bakery that is just around the corner from me. See ya soon :)
*Original Review:
Came here on a walk to Pikes Place Market from home. First impression was welcoming as I was greeted by the counter person in a courteous manner. Ended up getting the baguette and a twist-like bread that was studded with some Kalamata Olives. Both were very fresh and delicious with a nice moist interior and perfect crust on the outside! I don't often go this way but will make sure to come back again if I do. Cheers!
This place is good, like really good. Nothing better than a warm toasted stuffed homemade bread with a delicious cup of coffee! Also- the staff is incredibly friendly!
You'll find a line out the door from early in the morning. There's a reason for that, a great selection of pastries and baked goods. We didn't have one bad thing
This is my favorite French bakery. Delicious pastries, sandwiches, and other goods. The only thing I wished they changed is their chai tea latte recipe, which I think uses that awful diabetes-inducing Oregon Chai mix.
Delish!! Awesome variety of pastries done in a traditional French method! Highly recommend!
Outstanding cafe! The food and drinks are on point and the pastries, of which we tasted many in our short 3 day trip to Seattle, were delicious. Paris is my favorite city in the world. This is the first cafe I’ve been to state side that actually lives up to its name. We thought we had been transported abroad as we stepped inside. The staff were friendly, calm, cool and collected as a line wound through the entrance and around the outside. We are very impressed. We miss Paris. Thanks for bringing this taste of our favorite place to us!
Best french bakery I've been to in a while. They do really nice work. Croissants were on point. 👌 …
Fantastic, authentic little bakery in Belltown, just a few minutes walk from the Belltown Inn. Croissants, great coffee, lovely ambience, this is the real deal and worth a trip from across town. Support local businesses before we become a nation of chains and franchises!
Wide selection. Beautiful delicacies offered at fair prices. Friendly, helpful staff. Thanks for a fantastic visit!
We arrived early yesterday and this was our first stop for a meal. Fantastic place with incredible options. Must visit when in Seattle
My wife loved this berries tart. She was bragging about eating it all the rest of the day. Kept bragging that she was glad she didn't share it with me because of how good it was and wants to go back and get more for herself.
Amazing french bakery. Crossaint are delicious and I love the Raspberry crossaint.
I went there after reading all the positive reviews but bit disappointed with the taste. Items were too sweet. But the staff was efficient and extremely pleasant.
Our favorite French bakery in Seattle. We always make a point of stopping here for fresh bread and croissants before heading home. Great place for lunch as well!
Such a cute place with lots of bakery items to choose from. It was pretty busy, so be prepared to wait in line. It's worth it, though!
Really amazing. I have a bucket lists of the world's best bakeries to go to in my lifetime and after trying their perfect croissant said I was surprised it wasn't already on there. My French friend brought me and let me know that they apparently have to bring French pastry chefs over because no one in the states has that kind of background to the same level. The coffee was great too. The canelé was so good I almost cried. Going to try the meringue next time. 6 stars.
Amazingly delicious French bakery - will 100% go back anytime we are in Seattle!
Little French bakery that feels like you’re in Paris. Most staffs could speak French!
The owner is very nice and I loved the moments I got to spend here before the pandemic. (I moved to a different part of Seattle) but will definitely stop by next time I am nearby- such good sandwiches and pastries!
Fantastic pastries! Fairly small space though so plan accordingly.
In the past, I have gone to Le Panier in Seattle to get pastries because they were the first I had ever tasted. The croissants and patisserie at La Parisienne compare favorably and are a bit more French in character. Macarons, délicieux ! The onion soup was rich and just right! Croissants are shattery and tender and perfect! I will be coming back to this little eatery in Belltown every time I get back to Seattle.
It’s more than likely the best bakery in the city 🇫🇷❤️ …
Quality and delicious cakes and pastries. I went ordered 3 cakes since October 2020. Elise was so helpful with my orders.
Adore this lovely bakery. I've never had anything that isn't delicious. Plus you can practice your French if you'd like.
Unapologetically authentic and worth the wait! Breakfast sandwich is great if you are on the run. Try any of the sweet and savory pastries and you will not be disappointed. Need coffee they have some tasty drinks to pair with your pastry. Outdoor seating makes it fun for a date.
Food is good but don’t get the petit dejeuner. They basically hand you a bag with all the ingredients, you have to make the sandwich yourself. They handed me a plastic knife to spread the cold butter. I’m from Paris and this is definitely not the French way. Very disappointed.
Their croissants alone are worth going! But they have the most beautiful pastries that taste as good as they look. It is truly an art and 100% worth making this your local bakery! Plus they’re always SO nice!
The Paris Washington, a good paris-brest just as yummy as you'd find in Paris. Other pastries are pretty good too, only downside is that the prices are steep
Great little patisserie. Small selection but everything is handmade and fresh. The sandwich selection is worth a return trip.
I'm not about writing reviews, but this place is worthy. The pastries are absolutely amazing, I'm a traveler and these are among the best I've had. I was lucky enough that my Airbnb was just around the corner. The owner is as sweet as they come! If you're in the area, do yourself a favor and have a taste. Your tastebuds will thank you!
Nice ambiance. The pastries were one of the best I’ve had - fresh and exquisitely made. The drip coffee was exceptionally fresh too. We also had bread which was delicious. Highly recommended!
Delicious chocolate pastries and the place is lovely! Really photographic!
Owner is the sweetest woman, offered my toddler a free pastry while we waited in line. Some employees don’t seem to happy to be here & some of the food came out Luke warm. Honestly, the French onion soup & fresh squeezed orange juice was delicious. Makes me wanna come back again.
What a lovely cafe. I always get the bread of the day to take home.
Amazing coffee and croissants 🤤 …
I came to this place on a quest to find the best croissants in town. I still have another favorite but this place was great and so friendly I would come again.
The croissants are better then others, coffee was good but it was a bit toasty in the building. A little to warm for a warm afternoon. I do like that they had colder bottle water waiting for you and I love the idea of them hosting a baking class, how fun!
Lovely place to visit for a memorable breakfast when in Seattle .... close to the Space Needle
I was expecting so much more. It was not much better than supermarket french bakery items and a lot more expensive. Don't go out of your way for it. Instead go to touba's bakery in everett. Its a bit of a drive but so worth it.
It has good food and coffee as I’ve been seeing through my friends! Barista didn’t like me asking about vegan options lol! I guess I should expect that response for a traditional French bakery!
The staff is always so nice here, especially the owner. At this point I've probably tried everything on the menu and it's all delicious! I lived and worked in France for a time, and their french onion soup in particular brings back memories. I recommend this place every chance I get!
Great place for a breakfast, a light lunch, or an afternoon tea. Haven't tried anything that doesn't taste good yet
We went here a few times five years ago, and we still talk about how amazingly friendly the staff was.
Love this place! I live in Belltown and proximity to this bakery was literally a factor in my decision to renew my lease - and I did it! I've lived all over the world and the baguettes here are top notch (I'm a connoisseur). The owner is also super friendly, so that's a plus as well!
We happened to be on our way to the Space Needle when we came upon this cute bakery with a delicious line up of French baked goods. Since we already had a light breakfast, we only got a few items — financier and canele. Financier was delicious and moist, and the canele was dark and crunchy on the outside and moist on the inside — yum yum.
Every single thing I've gotten has been delicious! My Belgian craving for both great patisserie and European style sandwiches is fully satisfied and I'm a new loyal customer. Love the pains au chocolat, love the tuna on brioche, love everything!
Our first stop in Seattle and it did not disappoint. We actually went twice during our stay. The first time I ordered a chocolate croissant and my fiancé ordered an almond croissant. Both were yummy! The only reason I am giving a four star vs five is because the chocolate croissant had very few pieces of chocolate.
However, the second time my fiancé ordered the chocolate almond croissant and it had a lot of chocolate haha! The place is so cozy and the staff was friendly. All their pastries look devine!
This bakery was the closest to a Parisian bakery I've ever encountered outside of Paris itself. The experience reminded me of my trip to Paris a few years back. The food, the atmosphere, and the whole experience took me right back to the Champs Elysées!
Awesome options! Great place to go when visiting Seattle.
So good! Stopped by in the morning for something and was not disappointed. Good variety and my treat was very flaky and flavorful. I also got a croque monsieur and that wasn’t heated up all the way so that was a bummer but it was still tasty! Definitely going to stop by again next time I’m in town.
Are you in Seattle or France? You may never know while selecting from the wide assortment of fresh pastries and baked goods. Bring children and they might get a free treat too. This is by far our family’s favorite bakery.
This place has the most amazing croissants I have ever had and I have been to France. A lot of people compare it to Paris, I think it was better myself. Super popular though. Get here early.
This easily is a five star review. In fact, I don’t know if I’ve ever reviewed anything else, but this place made the decision a no-brainer. The staff were extremely kind to me, and served a few other customers next to me super fast. One guy literally came in, ordered something, and left within around 45 seconds. The food was top notch, too.
I love creme brûlée, and this restaurant has the best version of it I’ve ever had. It’s not even close.
Ç’est trés bon!!!! ❤️🇫🇷❤️
They have the best croissants at this local bakery! The owner is the sweetest person and personally comes out to greet everyone, and even take orders at the register. My favorite is the chocolate croissant, ham and cheese croissant, and latte, as well. It is so nice to have amazing customer service paired with authentic food! This truly makes for a great experience in a restaurant! Highly recommend!
Thoroughly enjoyed our visit. Authentic French pastries. We enjoyed the chocolate almond croissant more than the Kouign amann, which was unique from others I’ve had (more caramel notes, but still delightful).
Delicious pastries and customer service was awesome
Love this place. Bread and pastries are amazing
Very nice place!! I really like Eloise there, she is pleasant and professional. The pastries are fresh and delicious. I ordered some pastries for a birthday party and they did a very good job. I recommend it to everyone now. It's not in the best location in Seattle but it's worth to do take out.
Such an authentic French pastry reviews for their food is 5/5 for the service and the treatment of the loud French lady I would give 0 she was so rude kept yelling at us for no reason two of my friends left could not stand her french attitude. I order the almond Croissant and it was super good. I probably would NOT go back just because to me the service is not really good. I rather spend my money somewhere where I’m treated nicely. :)
Oh my what a great place. The coffee and pastries were amazing, and so much variety. Next time I'm in Seattle I'm coming back for a berry tart, talk about taste! Outside the shop there were so many dogs to look at, which really enhanced my experience. I love dogs almost as much as I love pastries.
This is one of the best bakeries I have tried in a long time. They have a great selection of both sweet and savory, plus they have some different options each day and it feels like a surprise every time you go! It became our go-to-place to have breakfast every day we were in Seattle. Staff is really friendly and polite. I totally recommend this place.
Great pastries and fast service! Try the paris brest
The chocolate tart is amazing and their drinks are super tasty. Definitely the perfect place for treating yourself.
I really hope they're doing well during the shutdown. They have a good set-up for avoiding interaction while getting delicious food.
Worth the wait!! I love European bread, and this is the closest thing I’ve tasted in the States
Perfect place for a baguette sandwich. Perfectly severe and no nonsense French woman manning the counter with very French service. Worth the expense. I don't even like meringue but theirs are delightful.
My wife and I were visiting Seattle and this was one of the places that we frequented. The atmosphere is great and the staff is very nice. The food is really great as well and I enjoyed the coffee. If we ever come back to Seattle I will make it a point to come into this place.
Updated review here ... Came back to Seattle again and absolutely had to go back. Went in this morning and was not disappointed. Had a Croque Monsieur, and it was awesome. The service is just amazing and very friendly. We will go back before we leave.
The food here is excellent. However, the line to get in is often long and slow. This morning I waited for 10 minutes and the line did not move, and there were five people ahead of me, so I had to go somewhere else on my short break from work.
Too good to go order
My wife and I was on a trip to Seattle. We both enjoy French pastries. My wife favorite is creme brûlée. Once you enter this establishment, you’re invited into a French culinary experience. We ordered the creme brûlée, Almond and chocolate croissant, and a ham and cheese croissant. My wife voted the creme brûlée the best she ever had. I must invite you, I promise you will not be disappointed.
Wow I want to try everything here!
I stopped by this morning to get some pastries and saw a small round pizza that looked delicious. I bought it and boy was that a good decision. One of the best I've ever had. It was perfect for breakfast and a mid morning snack. Five stars for that pizza. :0)
Fantastic French Patisserie, Les Croque Madame are awesome. I definitely recommend the Vanilla Flan, it is tres magnifique. I worked in the area a few years back and had lunch here many times. Now, every time I visit Belltown, it's a must-have destination! Friendly owner and staff as well.
I was told to come here for the best crescent outside of Paris and even though I've never had a crescent from Paris, I completely understand. These are absolutely the best crescents I've ever had! They are light and rich and magical! Everything we've tried is delicious!
My first time ordering ahead from here even though have been in many times. They offered 3 different Galettes Des Rois (traditional almond frangipane, apple, chocolate) and 1 type of Gateau Des Rois (briochee) which was fabulous. Previously only found traditional style at other bakeries. Very pleased with this order.
As usual in-person process was managed deftly by Madame. She resolved the problem with the person in front of me within the same amount of time I would have waited anyway - less than 2 minutes.
Regular items never disappoint, and I'm glad that the selection of savory items is extensive. Went away with fougasse, quiche, and (my everyday favorite) canelle to supplement my Gateau Des Rois.
Love this place!
We’ve been coming to this bakery since 2013 and we still make a point to stop here if we are in the area. It’s only gotten better with time.
Everything is high quality. Our favorites are: crossiants (almond in particular), croque monsiuer, and the quiches.
Nice service and desserts. You can also get breakfast sandwich and coffee for under around $10.
My favorite French bakery in Seattle. Food quality and service are the best! As a French southwesterner I’d love to see a Chocolatine 😉 …
The best and the only real French bakery in Seattle. Outstanding quality of European desserts, a real treat...love, love, love!
Best bakery I've yet been to in Seattle! The Lemon tart melted in my mouth - so crisp , light and lovely subtle flavours. Unfortunately didn't get to grab anything else that day, however will come back for some more very soon!! :)
I've been a loyal customer since the first time I visited Seattle and decided to move here (partly because of this place). Great selection, although less varied than other French patisseries I visited throughout the country. Sandwiches are great (recommend the pâté sandwich). Pastries are excellent (one of the best pain au chocolat I've had. They also make a perfect cannelé). The prices are a bit high but well worth it, especially given the location and atmosphere which reminds me a bit of home.
There's a reason they open to a line out the door. The flakiest, most buttery croissants and all the feels of a traditional Parisian bakery. 6/5, coming back asap.
This is the greatest bakery on the planet! Pastries are a work of art and always taste superb. Thank you La Parisienne for your hard work and for making your customers smile with joy.
I cannot rave enough about this place. We happened upon this bakery accidentally. We had intended to get coffee across the street, when my mom saw a French bakery. Wondering if they had her favorite (they did), we took a gander. Let me tell you: I have been spoiled, and French pastries will never come close from anywhere else. I am a French girl living in Atlanta, and I always find myself disappointed with any French restaurants or bakeries I try. They just don't amount to family/back home cooking. Christine and her team are magicians. They offer daily baguettes (of the proper taste and texture that I've only been able to find in France), wine, lunch street sandwiches, all the cookies and pastries, and French onion soup. I visited every day on my trip for coffee and kouign amann (if you like buttery pastries, do not miss this). My mom even smuggled some back to Florida on the plane with her. Bless this place, et merci encore Christine!
I love this place. Their quiche is always great, although you need to show up earlier in the day to get a sandwich, they tend to sell out! I cannot recommend the chocolate and almond croissant highly enough.
Small shop full of tasty French baked goods like berry tart and breakfast sandwiches. Definitely recommend for a quick bite in at one of their two tables, or to-go.
Pastries, hot & iced coffee = Delicious !!! Employee was extremely polite and helpful. I do recommend going out of your way to treat yourself.
Chocolate croissant was amazing. Bread is very soft and eats so well with chocolate inside
Peanuts kill me and this place is so french they don't have any peanuts. Perfect for me! They had great food and even better drinks.
Delightfully French! We enjoyed a Croque Monsieur, pain au chocolat, a selection of macarons, and a cream puff. It was like being in France for just a small moment in time. They also offer selections of wine, cider, and coffee as well. I highly recommend!!
This place ecoris tucked away in a corner and has a super cute decor. Very Pinterest like feels :)
Got almond chocolate croissant and vanilla custard cake. Love the croissant but the custard cake was just about ok.. you just get about two bites for the price.
Would probably stop by nice time to try chocolate eclair.. although I feel it's a bit pricy ( around $8 or so)
Amazing French bakery. Everything we tried was delicious.
Extensive menu of desserts, but their lunch items were lacking. Fairly clear that they're not ordered often, and arrived burnt. My companions all had a positive experience, else I'd be rating lower
Awesome bakery and truly inspired by France (would say Europe in general). For those that are used to more traditional bread, this is the place to go.
The inside is very cozy and cute, and is an atmosphere you would want to hang out in. The bakery is very delicious, and the crossiants are crumbly and buttery. It is usually busy, but doesn’t take too long to get your food. Drinks are great.
La Parisienne is my favorite French bakery in Seattle. It has a warm atmosphere and the owner, who everyone calls Madame, is very sweet and sociable. Of course, the food is delicious. I love how all the pastries are super flaky and buttery and rich. I always get a croissant, a latte and a palmier. The quiche is also really delicious. If you eat in, lots of people will come in. Many will order baguettes and sandwiches made from them. The place is small and the seating somewhat limited, but I always find a seat.
I want to give this place a 1 star for not hiring me for their recent opening for a bakers assistant, but that would be bias of me. This place is by far the BEST bakery in Seattle! Weekends there are 10-15 people in line in the AM, but the line does move quickly!
This place has a very authentic European feel to it. Its probably the accent of the cashier but I loved the food. The raspberry croissants are scrumptious . Perfect place for a coffee meeting with your favorite people :) great ambience as well.
Our first trip to Seattle, we stopped in here for lunch. Had quiche, Niçoise salad, an eclair, and raspberry cheesecake. Everything was amazing. Especially the desserts; the cheesecake was absolutely delicious. Hands down the some of the best cheesecake I've had. Definitely recommend eating here.
As far as the taste of their desserts...it's not worth the price. Average price for one dessert $9. If it would taste awesome, I wouldn't mind the price...but I can make way more delicious desserts at home. Sorry...taste was okay, but could be better especially at this price.
Beautifully made desserts, had the chance to have some croissants, they were very fresh, moist, fluffy, and very filling. The only thing that concerned me, were the prices, a bit too expensive for someone coming from Canada.
I had a really delightful mushroom quiche, and an iced coffee here the other morning. My coworkers had a brekkie session on Monday to welcome a new person to our department, and we all had something tasty. The pain au chocolat is very scrumptious, as are the wee little berry tarts. The service was friendly and prompt! I'm looking forward to returning!
Came here again after 2-3 years and while the ambiance was still nice, the pastries have become quite pricey for the taste and size. The pain au chocolat was nice, but the berry tart with pastry cream on a puff pastry base was quite dry. The coffee was okay. $9.50 for a chocolate éclair is pretty steep, especially when there are other bakeries in Seattle that serve delicious éclairs for half that price. Most of the other desserts and savory pastries were close to this price range.
They have amazing pastries and sandwiches! However, they need to find a better system of keeping up with customers orders especially made to order sandwiches. The last two times we came for lunch they forgot our order and the panini/soup sat on the counter until we asked about it. By the time we asked it was cold. I’m surprised the person never asked my name or any other customer’s name. We always have to approach someone back at the register to enquire our order.
Undoubtedly our happy place. As a family of 4, we come there weekly to satisfy our sweet tooth craving and make it a family tradition. Our all time favorites across us 4 are the giant macaron, flan, Paris Brest and lemon pie. The place can become crowded especially at morning peak but the friendly staff make everything possible to make your wait go by fast.
Cute and welcoming. I highly recommend the quiche. Prices are a bit high but the ambiance and service make up for it.
enjoyed this bakery! it was a cut above the hustle and bustle of pike place and an delightful reprieve. not only did i love their salad and the cafe atmosphere, i got pastries to share with friends and family. it made a lovely gift to share.
So lovely, get there early. Instead of a birthday cake, my daughter asked to have pastry from La Parisienne.
Good bakery, great macaroons
Baguettes and sweet items are really high quality and tasty, but quite pricy. We went here several times for the baguettes, which are reasonably proced. The owner is super cheerful and pleasant.
Awesome baked goods! Bread was so good and the pastries were amazing, I enjoyed every last bite. Super friendly staff too (the heavy French accent of I'm guessing one of the owners was definitely a plus, then you know it's authentic haha)
Best croissants I've had in Seattle.
Delicious pastries.
Really delicious French pastries. They have the best croissant and chausson aux pommes in the greater Seattle area, hands down!! One recommendation I would have for the owners is to speed up the service. It shouldn't take so long to get a croissant and coffee to go.
I wish I had the stomach space (and wallet) to try one of everything. I really enjoyed the La Parisienne pastry and creme brulee. So good!
This little bakery is fantastic. It is my go to for bread or baked goods with a fantastic balance of sugary and savory. If you want a glorious equivalent to a dozen donut holes, get their 10 croquettes. Their Americanos are also quite good.
An authentic French bakery in Belltown, reasonably close to the Space Needle. If nothing else, try the baguette - utterly amazing with a great crust and perfect interior. The pastries are pretty spectacular too. Various items can sell out during the day, so come earlier if you have your heart set on something in particular.
Authentic French pastries, as perfected by the Parisian owner. I go every day, then walk to work. The best croissants I've found in Seattle, very much like in France. A few seats inside make for an intimate breakfast or lunch.
The croissant balances well between savory and a hint of sweet. So well laminated it can nearly unwrap like a ribbon, the outer most layers being crisp and delicate.
I love La Parisienne and I've been coming for the last 4 years. However, with the COVID-19, they have some room to ensure customer safety: 1) The pastries should be individually wrapped in plastic. Please don't leave them out in the open because your glass shield is too low and does not cover the goods if someone squeezes or talks to you while ordering. 2) I saw a few customers not wearing a mask over the last 2 visits, go back to #1, consider stricter enforcement (also make your sign bigger) or kick them out 3) Make sure staff wear gloves when touching pastries, I caught your staff not wearing gloves today while getting the goods, but then decided to wear one when cashing me out! #SAFETYFIRST
Authentic experience! Try this rather than the one at Piker place.
I like their French style food and breakfasts, everything I've had in there is delicious, but what makes this place special is the staff, they're all super nice, it feels like visiting good friends. They always put a smile on my face 🙂 …
Best baguette in Seattle! Their croissants aren't bad, either! Espresso is strong and served with a friendly smile.
Come early for the cream puffs! They sell out quick.
A bit pricey , but totally worth it !
Hope next time I can arrive early for more choices !
The butter croissant is pretty good. Very average baguette and Paris Brest
Great food but gets insanely crowded on weekends. My only issue is that when I was last there, this Fall, they had a "Good" rating from the Health Department. Seems to me a place so popular should have an Excellent. Maybe they've improved since.
Their croissants are amazing and I love their gâteau opéra! Oh and I love their Paris-brest also! Customer service is top notch.
My son and I love this friendly, ex-pat French cafe with great food and very reasonable prices. Family run, cozy, and a good selection. This is our favorite bakery in Seattle.
My husband and I go here every time we visit Belltown. It's a very cute bakery. My husband is from Paris, and even he thinks it's pretty good. The staff here actually do speak French.
This is the best bakery in the area! Go there to get the authentic French experience. Everything is worth the trip, from the baguette to any pastries including their sweets to die for!
Wow, great desserts. Great sandwiches for lunch, we we try to find for breakfast. Now we know to get to it. Authentic.
Love the seats along the window, and the location is great for midmorning coffee. I had a cappuccino and split a flan with my friend. Perfect balance of sweet and cream, and the cappuccino was very smooth.
Having just come back from Paris a year ago and looking for an authentic boulangerie, stumbled upon this gem. They are the real thing, a family straight from decades of work in Paris. Their croissant line (all of them: normal, almond, etc) are the best in the city. Their country loaf is moist and wonderful and their tarts and quiches are very good. They import French butter and do it right. I highly recommend this place, its location is a great place to people watch, the interior is warm and inviting and the staff are kind and courteous. If you love and miss real Parisian boulangeries, come here!
I just love the pastries and the bread. If you like French and European food, you will love this place. I just love the croissants and the pain au chocolate!! The baguettes are also crispy and very good.
The almond chocolate croissant is my favorite. They used to have a dessert called Rainier, hope they bring it back soon
The food was outstanding. Some of the best pastries I have had in a long time. On top of that the owner and staff were extremely patient with my kids who were a little fussy.
This place is definitely worth the money and drive!!!
The girl who worked at the front (black hair) on Thursday, May 20th, was very rude to my friend and I. She didn’t greet us when we walked in, gave us dirty looks, had terrible customer service, and turned around to give me a mean look after she brought me my food. Will not be back.
Beautiful pastries, breads, etc. okay coffees. Overall okay. The coffee/expresso was better across the street. Kinda proxy for what you got, but it’s close to the tourist area (Space Needle) so kinda expected that.
The long queue is worth it.
Great place to pick up your loaf of local bread! And other pastries 🙂 …
We ordered a Buche de Noël and it was spectacular. Hazelnut flavor. Don’t hesitate to order pastries at La Parisienne.
Friendly staffs, good price. As a croissant lover, they have good croissant. I was a bit disappointed with the canele though. Next time I will try the tarts.
Every time I come here I am greeted with amazing quality and flavor. This cafe has great food pastries and breads and the people are always friendly and helpful.
The owner is French and full of life. We loved her! She made the best vanilla Latte I've ever had so I had 2!
A bakery like in France. Delicious
Great breads and sweets!
Delicious french sandwiches and organic coffee and free wifi.
The service used to be pretty horrible, but has gotten quite a bit better. Especially now that all the employees know that they provide an MS PRIME discount.
Almond croissant was excellent. Parisian sandwich was also very good.
La Parisienne takes me back to Paris. The staff is a family actually from Paris. Everything savory and sweet that I've had from here has been tasty. If you aren't sure, grab a croissant. If you really aren't sure, grab a chouqette (it's $0.75).
Best pastries in town and great coffee
Delicious food, authentically baked the French owners. And served by friendly staff... what more could you want?? Always a stop when I’m in town to people watch.
I got the two sandwiches of the day and they were delicious . I have no idea what they were because it was loud , but I'm going back tomorrow because I liked them so much haha
Great baked goods and decently priced for what you get. I'd definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a good bakery.
I looked forward to visiting this place before I arrived in Seattle. The items were amazing. Though, I'll make sure to photograph the goods after I buy. Apparently admiration of everything is frowned upon.
This place you have to try, the most delicious pastries and delights with the very best service. Thanks for making our stay in Seattle so memorable- we met great people here very friendly :)
The crème brûlé tasted just like the ones at the pâtisseries in the Paris streets in France. Amazing tasteful coffee as well. Thanks for the return to great memories.
The food and drink was delicious, the atmosphere was great, and the staff was friendly, but the bathrooms... they are nice and clean but....idk. The first door leads from the main room to an open area where you can see the kitchen, and about a yard or 2 away is a door that leads to a long hallway. That hallway has the doors are right up front and leaves a long wide hallway just...empty. And when you go in there, the first door won’t close, like the door the the different stalls and sinks. And when you go in a stall...they don’t fully close and can’t lock. Idk. Basically definitely go bc the food is amazing but don’t go to the bathroom if you feel awkward about having a possibility that someone will walk in on you.
Pastry was delicious. Has a quiche and the French onion soup which was not bad. Service was good. Really hot and stuffy in the seating area.
Super delicious coffee and OJ and breakfast. I had the breakfast sandwich with fresh OJ and a strong americano. Loved it!
Amazing fresh pastries! The raspberry macaroon was out of this world. Don’t sleep on the creme brûlée either.
Excellent bakery!!! Must try. Coffee was excellent chocolate croissant outstanding
The best croissants ever! Not too sweet, full of flavor. Wish to have such a bakery near me, in NJ
Friendly staff and high quality food
Hands down one of the best! You can’t go wrong with any selection. Been coming here for 8 years and it hasn’t ever disappointed.
We LOVE La Parisienne. Their breads and pastries are delicious and the service is great.
Incredible sandwiches, croissants, and there are frequently new types of pastries. It's owned by a charming French woman who works there herself.
The food here doesn't just look good, but it tastes even better. Their creme brule was the best I've had in a while! Felt like a kid in a candy store.
Delicious espresso with lots of crema. The pastries are exquisite. I went in this morning for a couple to take to a friend's house, left with 8. I'll be back in the morning.
Nice bakery and good service.
So delicious. I love the chocolate croissant the most! Nice to have a local french bakery close to home.
Phenomenal pastries, and breakfast items.
The pastries are good but really confused why they have a menu board up yet don’t make those sandwiches anymore...wasted a trip.
Love this bakery! Fantastic service and sweet treats. Anything with chocolate is amazing and the flakey layers or the pastry are spot on.
The best French Onion Soup I’ve ever had! Such a cute spot with delicious food and drinks.
Loved the pastries that we got here! Very close to the space needle! Definitely a must visit if you're close by.
La Parisienne has wonderful bakery. All of the items looked great and the couple items that we had were wonderful.
Local French owned. Excellent almond chocolate croissant. Most other items I've tried were pretty standard. Very very slow service.
Amazing food and service even though the place is incredibly busy . The eclairs, tarts and pains au chocolat were fantastic. Best bakery in Seattle for sure.
Delicious Bakery, many varieties, staff are very nice and helpful.
FLAWLESS. Every bite is a work of art.
Everything was very good, Thank you. 🖤 …
No kidding...This place may be one of the top reasons why I would move to Seattle! I love everything about this place: all the amazing pastries, desserts and other food items, ambience, friendliness and service of the owner & staff, etc., etc. I'll certainly be back whenever I'm in Seattle!
The best breakfast place in downtown Seattle.
The owner is the nicest lady you'll ever meet, the pastries are perfect, the baguette sandwiches and paninis are glorious...went here 5 days in a row after finding it!
A friend told me about this little bake shop and Im so glad I found the time to check this place out. They have a great selection and they're not that pricey at all.
I love this place. A+ quality. It can get crowded, which causes the staff to get overwhelmed. But the food is worth it. Everything they serve is delicious and well made.
OMG the pastries here are amazing! The staff is fantastic and friendly, and at least a few of them are in fact French, so they truly know what they're doing.
Definitely my favorite croissant 🥐 😍 Delicious! Very beautiful place and super clean! 100% recommended ❤️💐🥐🥧 …
Fresh goodies and awesome coffee! Their breakfast sandwich (not pictured) was really good.
Great, authentic, pastries. Excellent coffee. Nice setup, although a little small. This place gets crowded pretty quickly.
We stopped on whim when smelling the bread from passing on the street. We picked up a cressant and WORTH IT! Super delicious and the perfect kind of flakey.
The pastries are real, authentic French pastries. We found great comfort in this lovely café after feeling homesick.
Great place! Good choice of sandwiches, pastries and desserts. I feel like I'm in France. Nice staff)))
Excellent service and love the Madeleine cookies :)
Little gem of a bakery. Super authentic French pastries and light lunch fare. The pan au chocolat is one of the best over had.
Bakery items really need to be served warm. even if you are closing in an hour. Great options, though.
Our Saturday breakfast run. They’re quiches and pastries are so buttery and delicate. LOVE the taste.
If you want the full Parisienne experience, this is it! Workers that speak French and fantastic croissants!
Wonderfully light breath of fresh air in heavy downtown Seattle. The proprietor and her staff are a lovely, bubbly start to mornings.
Outstanding pastries, amazing mocha, and a great place to sit outside for a quick breakfast!
Truly excellent menu selection, delicious coffee, and friendly service! A must stop when in the area - I can’t wait to go back.
Tasty sandwiches, bread, and sweets. The sweets are pricey but the sandwiches and bread are well priced.
The kids needed a snack and the host was polite and patient as they checked out the selections. Nothing left but crumbs. Enjoy!
Great coffee, amazing pastry and extremely kind and friendly staff. Would happily go back for another espresso and palmier.
They put the D in Delicious 😋 …
Sandwiches were amazing. I wish I would have gotten some sweets.
Has a variety of French pastries. Creme brulee and almond croissant are really great!
Great coffee and pastry.
Food is so good! Staff is so nice and humble and relaxed and everyone in here just seems to be having a good time. Good for sweet and savory people.

You can't go wrong, just get everything! So delicious. Bread is life. 🤓 …
I love going here. The food is good, the atmosphere is great, and the two French ladies are always so nice!
Great pastries, bad drinks
This is by far the best bakery in Seattle. Everything they have there is superb. Can’t get enough of it.
Lots of wonderful selections to pick from. The Creme Brulee is divine.
Simply the best bakery in Seattle. My first baguette didn't even make it home except for the crumbs in my car.
Awesome, very delicious desert's!!!
Great latte, great croissant, great quiche, offered by a pleasant staff in this cute little bakery. Made for a great morning. 😊👍 …
This wonderful French bakery does not disappoint. Catch me here every Saturday from now until forever.

truly awesome place. great breakfast and pastries....enjoyed a champagne breakfast with friends from on the same Round The World Race yacht!
Easy to get to location for super-delicious pastries, staff is very friendly and helpful.
Great service, food is delicious. The broccoli and cheddar soup is absolutely delicious.
I've had better crepes, especially for the price. However, the tart was delicious!
Great food! Even though they were slammed our family of six were able to sit, eat and enjoy with no real wait or discomfort.
It's amazing, the coffee is outstanding. If you're in Seattle you owe it to yourself to go at least once.
Lovely pastries. And great sandwiches during lunch. The bread is crusty and the toppings are delicious.
Fantastic baked goods, even in the late afternoon! Good coffee, friendly service. It can't be beat.
Really nice French style bakery opens early and close late. Tasty baked goods and fresh coffee.
The real deal. Great coffee, french pastries, sandwiches and salads. Recently remodeled, friendly staff.
Great croissants and sandwiches. Quick service
Beautiful and very good food. The person at the register was French and was speaking in French to the guests that were there eating, great ambiance.
Yummy, but slightly pricey. Large selection, great cafe au lait. Service is A++
I only wish they opened earlier, I'd probably eat here every day. It's probably my favorite pastry place in Seattle.
Best quality French food in Seattle! Love the space, people and freshness of the food
Best 🥐 …
So fantastic. It has become a morning ritual. I recommend the marionberry croissants, pan au Chocolat, or the $5 Petit dejeuner.
Best bakery in the area ! My favorite are the salmon tartine and the Paris Brest ! The owners are super nice !
Great variety. Croissant wasn't as delicate as I've had elsewhere.
Delicious and authentic French bakery, I had several pastries and they were just delicious!!
Grabbed the last salmon croissant this morning! Perfectly crispy outside and chewy inside.
Love this little cafe around the corner from my place. I meet my mentor here and we compare notes over a cappuccino and some pastries
Very aveage bakery. Not too good of a selection. The chocolate croissant didn't have a lot of chocolate. And some of the other deserts had textures that were way off.
🎈Happy birthday to me 🥰🎉 …
Great place! Wonderful pastries and baked goods
Good cakes and croissant.
Amazing french onion soup! They use real french butter which is noticable in every bite of their baked goods.
The coffee was one of the best I've had! And their food and pastries are delicious!
Food was great, but I sat for too long without it because the cashier forgot she was heating it up (How does that happen?).
So good. Pastries were so fluffy and flaky. Definitely a place to try.
Amazing place. Very friendly staff. Excellent pastries and coffee. Lovely atmosphere
Outstanding bakery with very little sugar and very French food. Just love you guys!
What else to say but tres tres bon! (Hazelnut Cake). I will be back for something savory and a proper coffee, you can count on that. :)
