(한국인분들 여기 케이크 아주 괜찮아요! 추천해요!!)
This cake is so nice. I reserved strawberry cake with extra strawberry. I actually didn't expect that much, but it was amazing. When I asked to the owner of this shop about the taste and the fullness of strawberry before ordering, she answered I will satisfy with proud. She was confident, and I now understand why she said like that. It is most nice cake for me in Seattle, definitely satisfying. It is not that sweety, and cream is soft and creamy. Strawberry quality was fresh with sweetness. I definitely visit this shop again. Thank you for my birthday cake! (One thing I request this shop is cake handling is hard. How about make a plastic bag for handling cake? It will make great response.)

Excellent bakery! The items they have are unique, both sweet and savory. To top it off they also have a very good barista. Highly recommend a stop at Fuji Bakery!

Tiny corner bakery has lovely selection of pastries; croissants, malasada, tiny doughnuts and cheese bread, among other things. Well made great price, good quality and friendly service.
Vivian K
I love the pastries here! The pear croissant was to die for and I've definitely had dreams about it... The shokupan from Fuji bakery is really good and their sandos look good- though I haven't had one (yet!).

Only take away available. I went there around 9ish on weekday and the queue had already started.
Tried ube & matcha malasada and I wished the fillings would have been a bit stronger in flavors but that’s just my personal preference. Together with matcha latte, wonderful as they are not too sweet.
The cashier lady was friendly and chatty :)

Visited this place for the first time yesterday!
Couldn’t decide what to try cause everything looked so amazing 🤩
I tried the Japanese milk stick and I can’t recommend it enough!!!
The Peach Croissant was delicious and tasted fresh 💕
The matcha malasada wasn’t a great pick for me, but I can’t wait to try the regular one and so many others from here again! ❤️❤️❤️❤️

A small bakery in ID that offers a small selection of Japanese and French pastries: some croissants and donuts with interesting cream fillings. There was a short line when I visited on a weekday around 10:30am and I was told that I got the last croissant (really? Maybe it's the last one of the batch). To be honest, I wasn't super impressed, it's a little too soft for me, not as flaky and crunchy as I wished. Service was friendly though.

Decent local bakery in Chinatown. Tried their ube malasada, the cream is delicious and textured well. Price is a little higher than expected for place with no seats but I understand since it's a small local business.

Great food, great people, great place. First pumpkin pastry I’ve every had! 🎃 + 🥐, I salute you! …

I need to eat everything from Fuji Bakery! It’s a few figurative steps away from Japan’s local goodies, but it’s truly delicious for being local. There is always a line, which tells you that 1. It is that good 2. Worth the wait! I wish to return and try all the sando’s as well as the malasadas; I had the lilikoy malasada and it wasn’t greasy at all while still tender and chewy; delicious filling with strong lilikoy flavor. I recommend this spot to all my friends and strangers! It’s not considered cheap, but it is well priced for the work it takes to bake all the goodies.

Probably my favorite bakery in the city so far! The ube, matcha, and passion fruit malasadas are very good! I would say that ube and passion fruit are my favorites. They also have japanese milk bread, which you can also get in some japanese stores in the area. The prices are kind of high, but it’s a nice treat. I would definitely recommend!
Sam S
Matcha cruffin, soft, fluffy, sweet and you can taste the green tea.
David Groh
First timer, checked the reviews as I waited for them to open, discussed options with a repeat customer, the Curry Beef ball is a must have, loved the lilikoi malasada. Oishi, Ono and tres Magnifique all mean, YUMMY!
Ember Chow
Have you ever wondered what it'd be like to merge Japanese and French baking? Well that's Fuji Bakery. So I haven't managed to try all their items yet and will update my review as I go along.
That brings us to the malasada. Think a boston creme doughnut minus the icing. So my biggest issue with American sweets in general is the copious amounts of sugar. There's nothing else there and it's lacking... balance.
Not so here. The filling in Fuji Bakery's malasadas, while sweet, aren't overwhelming so. The Ube malasada has a nice creamy texture being made from a tuber called and "Ube". Though I prefer the passion fruit flavored one (I forget what the exact name is). The tart creamy center really balances the sweetness and richness of a doughnut. Overall a nice place if you want something sweet with actual restraint.
Bianca Ritorto
Had the Crispy Creme Malasada. It was good! Glad to have some crunch in it!
Jeff Dunaway
I give the food 5 stars on most days, except the Beef Curry. Seems like a new guy is working there, and he's not cool at all. I'd give 5 star overall if it wasn't for this new guy AND the constant homeless and random people asking you for coffee or something. EVERYTIME I go up there. It's a Seattle issue, but it's concentrated in that area.
Let ME Explore That For YOU
Delicious bakery 🥯👍
You can get some good buns and croissants for breakfast. Also they sell the coffee and Matcha 🍵 drinks. Good to stop by in the morning. But sometimes there is line in the morning. …
eiko fujikawa
I like their Matcha latte, not too sweet.
Most of pastries are great so far. ( I haven't tried macaroons yet) but their cakes are very sweet and too rich for me especially buttercream cake.
Cole
I had the maple bacon cruffin and my wife had a cheese croissant, both were very fresh and tasty. Highly recommend!

Fuji Bakery is a must visit in the ID for sweet and savory pastries. I visited around 9am on a quiet weekday. The person taking my order was really bubbly and thankfully patient as I tried wrapping my head around all of the options. After deliberating for a minute or so I chose the beef curry bun, fraise tart, and the malasada. The malasada was lightly sweet and airy and the fraise tart was good as well with the crispy pastry and the custard filling with the delicately sliced strawberry on top. The highlight though was the beef curry bun. I love Japanese curry so the addition of it to an fried Asian-style bun is a revelation. I believe the bun was fried and the outer texture was reminiscent of katsu breading. The curry was sweet, savory, and spicy like a typical Japanese curry as well. It is one of the best buns I remember eating. I will be back for the beef curry buns as well as for the other pastries I didn’t get a chance to try.

Awesome bakery!
Beef curry croquet were perfectly made, little chewy , slight crunch on the out side and filling were savory and enjoyable.
Sweet Mochi have a nice chewy and spongy good texture!
Tamella H
This place is awesome in many ways. They have the most friendly and nice staff, fresh, delicious and fresh baked goods. No need to say Crunchy cream is the most famous but try other stuff, everything is so good! Since it is so good and famous i expected the prices will more higher that they actually are. Highly recommended but keep in mind that they very limited sitting area.

TLDR Review:
With the blend of Japanese and French influences, the place does a great job delivering memorable pastries with good service and good prices. However, it is slightly more expensive than other bakeries nearby (i.e. Piece of Cake, Cake House). Usually around 2-4 dollars per pastry. Cakes may be different (forgot prices)

-Recommendations: Curry Bun, Crunchy and Creamy Bun.

Detailed Review:
This review is based off of 4 categories. Food, Service, Atmosphere, and Cleanliness. The stars are divided among these categories and weighed more heavily on FOOD. This will hopefully help people understand why the place is good at and why I rate the # of stars.
Food is rated out of 4 main grades with the total .
Unacceptable (0 stars) , Not Good (.5) , Fair (1) , Great (2 stars-Max given))
The other categories are graded by 3 levels. Max 1 star for each category.
Unacceptable (0 stars) , Fair/Good (.5), Great (1 stars-Max given))
FOOD (1.75 out of 2 stars)
-For the style of the pastries and appearance, they are expected to be priced higher than other bakeries around the area. For example, $3 for Curry bun (popular).
-The custard for some of the buns are much more softer with a different and distinct taste than the ones I tried at places like Cake House and Piece of Cake.
-A lot more western pastries like croissants and such than the surrounding bakeries
ATMOSPHERE (1 out of 1 stars)
-For the size of the bakery (literally the corner of the block), it does well in creating a cozy atmosphere. Good if you go by yourself/date. Not so good if you bring 4 or more people while people are inside.
SERVICE (.5 out of 1 star)
-Polite and quick
-Not as personal experience as I have had with other bakeries. (not a bad thing
CLEANLINESS: (1 out of 1 star)
-Very clean (when I visted)
-Patrons are expected to clean after themselves (please do. don't be rude. There is not waiter waiting for you to leave your seat)
vino chandrakumar
One word. Phenomenal! The donuts are unique in flavor and just the right doughy to creamy texture
Paola Albanesi
Amazing croissants and bomboloni (malasadas)espresso can be improved. Worth a trip.
Johnathan Goodwin
Delicious baked goods that taste amazing and of high-quality. Pictured are the curry-pan, azuki malasada, and their signature "Milk Stick!" I will definitely be returning!
Stephanie Nam
I love this place! Everything I've gotten over the years has been amazing. They have longer hours now! They used to always be closed when I was in the area. This was the ube malasada which was so good. Donuts are my favorite dessert, and this hit the spot. The filling was delicious and so was the pastry and the ratio was perfect. They also usually have pastries with matcha cream. I had one once that was a flaky croissant dough and matcha cream that I still dream of although I haven't seen it there recently.
Roong C
My husband and I really enjoyed the donuts we ordered today. We got a matcha donut and an ube donut. They both were so delicious. We’ll definitely be back!
Huong Le
If you're in the area this is definitely a must. Their pastries are yummy and fresh and they also serve coffee and certain sandwiches. Definitely try their malasada if you haven't but I also enjoy their bread and other pastries as well. They have a bigger location in the Elliot bay area but this is still pretty good
Jose R Magana
Charming Asian desserts. The place is small and selection is limited but for the size it's perfect. Coffee was good, prices were right and they open early on Sundays. The pastries were delicious. I'll definitely come back soon.
Sarah Villarreal
Malasadas are the bomb but the savory pastries are not very filling. But best malasadas I’ve had in Seattle
Jay Bob
Big fan of the Fuji bakery. Never been to this location before, but really liked it. As always, incredible baked goods. The drinks were excellent! And the staff was awesome!
Jason Lee
The crunchy cream is my favorite sweet pastry in the neighborhood. I love coming here on Sunday mornings for a delicious treat.
Adria McMichael
Only ordered a slice of cheesecake, it was heaven. Absolutely recommend!
Buggy
Delicious baked goods! Friendly staff! Awkward location, parking is very difficult. You order at the front and they give you the baked goods. The selection is minimal unfortunately, but really worth trying. Just have to go a few times to make sure you try all the things they have :)
Elena
My favorite bakery in Seattle. I have never managed to walk away with just one pastry. I end up pointing at half a dozen things and then wondering how I'll eat all that goodness. Strangely, eating is never a problem.
Some of my favorites are: beef curry, crunchy cream doughnut, milk stick. Fuji bakery: dangerous for the wallet, good for the soul.
Update: they now do cruffins. And if I wasn't a fan already, I would surely be one now! Maple cruffin - try it out!!
Juliana Avila
I went later in the day and still was capable of get fresh pastry and the last crisp and cream donut. Lucky me, coz it was delicious. They have diferente locations around the city but this one was the closest from my hotel.
Selina H
Everyone is so nice and the coffee is amazing!!!😍 shout out for Emma🥳 …
ティリー(ティリー)
WAY TOO SWEET.
Ube Whole cake: beautiful decor, light cream huge blueberry but not much flavor. Overall is ok
Macaroon: they are larger than I thought! But unfortunately they are really sweet so you can’t really tell what flavors you bought since the sweetness covers all other flavors.
Ube Malasada: they are ok but not the best.
Spencer King
Yum! Beef curry buns are a hit with my kids. More expensive than I'd like, but quality is excellent.
Adrienne L
Lovely, cozy bakery with very friendly staff and a large selection of good looking pastries and cakes. The curry beef bun and cannele are my favorites!
Isaias
Great stuff memebers and delicious pastries!!! The only reason I gave 4 stars is because they don’t post the amount of calories of each pastry, which makes it difficult to know how much a person is consuming.
Management: would you please post the amount of calories for each pastry?
Lisa Hansen
Ube malasada was good! Love the dough, very light and airy
Robin Bennett
The ube donuts will not disappoint! We've had a few others as well and they're all excellent. The customer service is top notch, too! Once you try it, you'll be back. But get there early cause they go fast.
Jennifer Sissell
A mango coconut croissant was a first for me. So yummy! And my latte hit the spot on a brisk, sunny day.
Steve Nakaki
Fuji bakery is a small bakery with service at a door to order, due to Covid-19, but they offer delicious baked goods and coffees. The croissants 🥐 are flaky and delicious. I haven’t tried everything yet, but all has been excellent so far. Fresh and just right! I would definitely recommend Fuji bakery if you are walking around Chinatown / international district.
Branden Conley
Delicious and friendly!
We dropped in for a 6-pack of malasada, which are basically a filled croissant/donut. These are awesome, and decadent and you must try.
I also bought a sando (sandwich) made from their specialty bread. It was very light, not great for a meal but quite a good snack. This was very delicious. The bread was perfect, the filling was delicious, and in a way that emphasized the bread.
Definitely coming here again!
Jonathan Huang
I enjoyed the raspberry lemon curd croissant. I also got the Ube malasada and pear croissant. I liked the pear croissant
Youngjoo Park
Great pastry place. Hope store would start accepting walk-in soon.
iris silan
cute, small corner bakery with some damn tasty pastries & baked goods! their sandwiches & savory goods are pretty good too. i always get the ube malasada, sugar donuts, & smores croissant
Bailey Keeler
Amazing almond croissant and really good cappuccino!!! With a cute park next door, it’s the perfect bakery/coffee shop!
Andrea Wu
Came here after lunch and got an ube and passion fruit malasada. They didn't have any more of their matcha pastries anymore. In any case, the malasadas were okay; the ube didn't taste like ube but the passion fruit tasted like passion fruit when eating a big bite of the cream - slightly tart and sour, good flavor. The donut bread was soft and chewy, but there was too much sugar around it, too sweet. Also quite pricey at $3.25 post-tax each.
Joseph Gray
Asked for our ham and cheese croissant to be heated up, then they said they burned it and gave us a cold one without offering to heat that one. When I asked if they could at least cut it in half, as I was sharing it with my daughter as a quick snack,? they said no. We thought it was pretty good but would have been better warm on a cold day.
Daniel Bascom
Walk-up outside counter. Good spot for a quick bite.
Robin Wilder
Fabulous pastries in a nice window display. They are doing window service during the pandemic. My almond croissant was perfect. The drip coffee is a DARK roast.
Herakles Li
One of my favorite bakeries in the area! Some of my favorite items include the croissant, beef curry, and crunchy cream. My favorites hands down has to be the ube malasada. Creamy, soft, not too sweet and just an overall except texture. This place has a line every time I've gone so be prepared to wait a bit as it can take a while to be served.
JP2 Athletic Development
I love this place!! Milk sticks, Maladadas, Japanese beef curry buns are super yummy!!! Tried it out during the pandemic based on recommendations from a support the ID group. Now it's a weekly staple for sure! They have great options, everything is high quality and really tasty. Their staff are incredibly helpful, friendly, and welcoming. It's definitely a hot spot so items sell out quickly, but they generally restock after the AM rush, so there's always the option to grab later. Their online ordering is easy to use, so you can pre-order/pickup, and they have curbside pickup options.
Amanda Lin
Soo good! I can't believe I've gone so long without coming here. Our top tier favorites are the curry buns, the crunchy cream donut and the ube malasada. Today we tried their macarons, and they are also delicious. Passion fruit and matcha were my favorite, we also got the pistachio and salted caramel which were also yummy. I've gotten their katsu sando and it was pretty good, but I think their strengths are clearly in their pastry. They do sell out over the course of the day so I recommend placing an order online early. Excited to try the rest of their treats!
Sharn Kung
What a great bakery! The staff is super friendly and they have good coffee. We got their 2 top sellers the Crunchy Cream and Beef Curry. The Crunchy Cream has a wonderful crunch to it, topped with some corn flakes? Inside is a rich custard that's not too sweet. The Beef Curry had a wonderful bite to the bread and the inside filling was fill of flavor. I highly recommend both!
alexandra Pardo
Great corner bakery! Took our treats across the park to Hing Hay Park
Yuchen Zhang
Can't say enough good things about Fuji Bakery. Still my favorite bakery in Seattle. I highly recommend trying whatever calls out to you but MY favorites are hands down the Almond Croissant and the Ube Malasada. This is the ONLY place I trust to make an excellent almond croissant - it's crispy on the outside and stuffed with such delicious marzipan on the inside. Omg, it's just so damn good. They do not skimp on anything!! The Ube, same thing - delicious creamy Ube cream on the inside and soft and sugary coating on the outside.
Be careful, they sell out FAST. Get their early do you don't get disappointed!! You can also pre-order online.
Dan Wilson
I have lived one block away for the last 2 years and have had time to really sink my teeth into everything in this place! Everything is fantastic, and worth a try. I fell so hard for all of the custard desserts as well. I could go on and on, seriously impressed with all baked goods. Not only is their coffee some of the best in Seattle but the staff treats you like family and is very helpful. I would give them 6 stars if able.
Daniele Franklin
Always delicious, fresh Japanese pastries and treats, and friendly staff. Definitely my favorite bakery in Seattle!
Catherine
Fantastic pick-up service! Get a good deal If you order a day ahead. If they’re out of something you wanted, try asking for it when you pick up; I had success with this, today. We all know by now that their pastry is second to none, but let me just extol the virtues of the little cream cheese Danish: Holy MOLY 🤤 If you’re like me, and think there’s never enough cheese in a cheese Danish, this will cure what ails you, friend. Everything else was par excellence as expected. Bon appetit!
Ricandel
One of the best chocolate cakes I've had.
Everything I've tried so far was amazing though. But this chocolate cake is mind blowing.
emily
Decent pastries and friendly staff. Azuki bun and crunchy malasada were a little too sweet and had too much sugar on the sides. Really enjoyed the canelé.
손준표
The ube malasadas were nothing short of amazing. They were super soft and fluffy from the donut to the ube cream, which was very rich in flavor. Also, I liked that the ube cream was only slightly sweet and most of the sweetness came from the sugar that was sprinkled on the outside.
Christy Nguyen
The malasadas are SOOOO good. I tried the matcha, ube, and passion fruit one and all of them are 10/10
Kari Jacobson
Best coffee in the ID hands down, and the pastries are delicious. They have plenty of sweet and savory options and usually they have one or two gluten free desserts (not pastries). Atmosphere is cozy too, it small though so not great to hang out in with a large group.
Maril S.
This is my favorite spot for coffee, challenged mainly by another great local place called Storyville coffee, in my opinion. This bakery makes a wonderful selection of both sweet and savory items, plus a couple items are vegan (the olive stick, which is excellent with their coffee, and the shoku-pan - a special loaf of fluffy square bread). I wish they offered more vegan items but I will keep coming back for the excellent coffee and very sweet, friendly people who work here.
Ean McCrystal
I wish I could get one of everything here. I have never had such delicious pastries...beef curry donut, red azuki bean donut, corflake custard donut, mushroom cheese croissant, fraise croissant, almond croissant, smoked salmon brioche...we shared these amongst 4 ppl so we could try as many as possible. I need to go back and try all the others. This place will leave your gustatory senses satisfied. Also, the pastries are aestheticly pleasing, they are truly beautiful creations. And the staff are so kind and friendly. What more could you ask for to start your day.
Joey Kolber
This is my go to coffee shop. The coffee is always good, the staff are nice, and the pastries are delicious. The pear and blueberry-lemon pastries are great, as are their matcha treats. One of Seattle's little gems.
Erik Finley
Great spot for fresh pastries and lattes. The place is spotless and they have a good variety of baked goods to try. I walked by the place several times before I ventured in; now it's my go-to when I'm in the mood for a snack. If you're looking for something unique to bring to your next office meeting, you'll find it here. Highly recommend it.
Taralynn Carter
Tiny take-out bakery that hits all the right notes: classic Japanese pastry and desserts, classic French pastry like pain au chocolat and macrons, delicious hybrids like cruffins and custard crunch donuts, and pitch-perfect espresso. Charming staff and beautiful pastry displays round out the A+ experience at Fuji Bakery. They are open and have excellent social-distancing practices as of 5-21-2020.
Chiaki and Matt Weatherford
Everything here is made with love and precision, and is as tasty as it is artistic. Corner location with Glass on two sides and Ample use of display allows you browse from the outside sidewalk!
Annette de Soto
A variety of tasty sweets if you still have room after eating in the ID. Try their milk stick.. a narrow brioche like hot dog bun filled with a sweet milk cream. They also have an interesting variety of croissants from the traditional plain and chocolate to those that incorporate matcha and green tea.
Darnell Kebo
Went in to satisfy a sweet tooth (a rare occurrence for me) and ended up buying 5 pieces because I couldn't decide!
Service was prompt and friendly. Bourbon vanilla custard?!!! Yes please! Apple tart? Uh huh! Malasadas....OK not like Hawaii but good enough.
Kimberly Schaub
I stopped into Fuji Bakery just an hour before closing, and the staff was perky and friendly as though they'd just opened. I bought the last chocolate brioche, and I was so pleased with my choice. There were cheese and chocolate croissants, too, but most of the items had been bought up. The brioche was sweet, eggy, tender, puffy, and just chewy enough. It was so good that I didn't remember that I had planned on only eating half and saving the remainder for a coffee break later. I guess I'll have to return soon. I definitely recommend it for someone who wants a high quality pastry.
S Ortiz
My favorite bakery in the whole Pacific Northwest! Everyone is friendly, have yet to encounter a grumpy face among employees or patrons! They keep everyone happy with awesome selections! Am not telling my favorite pastry for fear y'all go buy it and then by the time I show up it'll be sold out!
S. P.
You should visit here they provide drinks and delicious bread with good quality and reasonable price!! Even they open the shop from 8 AM. you can enjoy bread and pie with hot coffee in the early morning. I was happy with green tea and chocolate croissants and melon pan.
Jeannie Chang
Not super efficient. One poor employee to do everything. Have someone handle beverages and payments whereas someone to grab bakery yummy. Still adore the malasadas, they have lilikoi now. Omg so good
Lynn Lin
Love the latte art! Highly recommend their matcha latte!
Sally Tucker
A delightful little gem of a cafe with a great selection of Japanese and European style pastries. I had a delicious matcha latte here as well. The staff was helpful and enthusiastic.
Risa K
The beef curry bread was expensive(about $5) but tasty. You cannot eat inside the store because this place is tiny.
Brenda Eve Ladin
Fuji bakery is one of the best bakeries in Seattle, located down King street, in the International District. The offerings include sweet and savory pastries, hand made with care, and attention to detail. This is a great way to explore the ID, walking distance from buses and the light rail.
Chotaro Shizu
The customer service was outstanding. She even gave us a sample taste!! The Crunchy Cream and Chocolate Croissant are heavenly! Can't wait to try more!!
Celeste Liberty
Fuji represents the classic patisserie one would find in Japan. Delicious pastries, what some might consider on the small side but IMO, are perfect for an afternoon snack (Let's call them "delicate").
The best Hojicha Lattes that I've encountered in Seattle so far. Seating is limited, though, so I usually grab and go.
justin duffey
Loved the cow on a cloud and curry pan here! Tastes just like the bakeries I remember in Japan, I have no idea how they nailed that unique taste. Staff is great too!
Ed Chavez
I tiny bake shop loaded with evil pastries! What started out as an experiment (1st timer), ended up with a box of evil things to take home :)
It's small - a small counter and a few tables, so think of it as a grab and go, instead of a sit down and relax cafe. Serves coffee as well (drip and more), it's Seattle :)
Having said that, parking could be a challenge (downtown) so that means paid street parking, or lot, depending on length of stay.
I'd say it's moderately priced - perhaps on the high side of moderate. But it's worth it!
Ayako SATO
Green tea latte is super yummy. Love their dairy-free breads too, my lactose intolerant child can still enjoy Japanese style bread. 🙂 …
Vctoria Sifuentes
Ordered the Katsu Sandwich and it was so good almost wanted to order another! The Russian tea cakes were also really great.
Kim Lan
This place has really good pastries, drinks and nice staff.
Sam M.
Delicious! Loved the beef curry bun and milk stick! Was a really nice late lunch and I'm glad I visited on the way getting groceries!
Rueben Otero
The most tasty bakery in Seattle! The donuts are always fresh and they're always trying out new ideas, it's delicious!
Thuong Nguyen
The bread and pastries are yummy ... Oh get some good coffee to go with them. The service was great too (though it could be slow when there's a lot of people ordering the drinks)
Mehmet Vurkaç
I went there for the croissants I came to crave at Stumptown (on 12thno longer there), and discovered the "milk stick" and the bacon--cheese bread. ... speechless
David Cuevas
I came to Seattle just for work over the weekend. Walked by here and decided to stop in and get breakfast. The curry bun was the best I've had outside of Japan, so I came back and got a few more for lunch.
amantastic
Delish coffee and baked goods!
Donna
The green tea latte and crunchy cream malasada were delicious! It hit the spot this morning! Can’t wait to go back!
Sen Toren (Senster)
Awesome bakery, still open and doing business. Crunch cremes are absolutely decadent! And a bacon cheese bread is great breakfast.
Emilio Garza
Fuji is an ID classic and can't miss. Traditional bakery with a very appropriate cultural flair. Get the curry ball, you'll thank me later.
Alice
The donuts are good, but too munch sugar outside
Moose
Tiny corner bakery that has nice options. Love the ube filled and matcha filled donuts
Cody Malcom
Only wish they wouldn't sell out of things so fast! I special ordered a dozen of their cruffins because they are seriously addicting. You've been warned 😋 …
Hadrian D'Souza
Awesome bakery for breakfast or a snack. Coffee is delicious. Michelle was a wonderful person to talk to and gave me recommendations in the city.
Joy N
I just stopped by on my walk and got the Ube Malasada and WOW it was amazing. The malasada inside wasn’t too sweet or anything and the donut itself was super fluffy! I’m going to go back and try their other items for sure.
aizou lee
great coffee place if you want better coffee than Starbucks. Pastry is very delicious. It's a gem in chinatown for non asian style breakfast
JAON LEE
Very good (Macha cruffin👍🏻) …
Ileana Martinez
Out of this world brioche buns! Highly recommend the brioche stuffed with passion fruit custard. Truly mouth watering 😍 …
Sagar Ramachandra
I work nearby and wonder why anyone would want to go to Starbucks when Fuji Bakery exists. The matcha latte and curry bun are amazing.

Love Fuji! The beef curry doughnut in particular is amazing, but all of their pastries are inventive and delicious.
황은혜
Best bread is beef curry, crunchy cream
Holden Wilkinson
Very very delicious treats. I have liked all things that I've tried so far. Only have visited during the pandemic though so I haven't been inside

Very friendly and great service.
Paula Notpublished
Love the donuts, and the cheddar cheese braid bread. Long line at times but worth the wait.
David Christensen
Seattle has lots of delicious, independent bakeries, but this is one of my favorites. It includes lots of fussy French patisserie at reasonable prices.
David Muller (Dedebo)
Favorite place to go anytime I'm in town. Definitely a must have. Curry bun phenomenal!
Luke Johnson
The Malasadas remind me of family trips to Hawaii and the obligatory trip to Leonard's on Oahu. Nothing on the menu will disappoint (I've tried nearly everything🤤). …

This place is soooo good! The malasadas are fluffy and delicious, the cornflake crusted custard malasada is mind numbing, and the staff is delightful.
J. B.
They open at 7:30am. Get at the door 5min early to make sure you get what you want. Runs out fast. Ube malasada is grade A.
Anthony Castanza
Their custard is delicious, particularly in the "Crunchy Cream" donut - which is the best donut I've had anywhere.
Josey Knackstedt
Everything is amazing. It can take a little while to be served, but it's worth it. Get the crunchy cream.
Colin Williamson
Super legit Japanese style bakery and cafe. Everything I've had here is totally on point. Try the melon pan!
Dennis Traylor
What a great place for Coffee, wonderful dessert, and date time with the Love of my life for the last 33 years. Vacation stop for a memory that will last.
Michael Aigner
So many bakeries try to deliver classic French patisserie and fail. Fuji is one of the very few that actually get it right.
Mathew Kraemer
One bite of the Crunchy Cream and I'm hooked. Staff was super helpful and friendly too.

(Translation) There is always a line of people queuing up in a small shop with no sign on the corner, which shows how delicious it is!
Azuki donut red bean bread: The red bean filling is solid but less and then a bit dry. The donut dough on the outside is the taste of a Taiwanese donut
Blackberry Croissant: Highly recommended! The blackberry filling is sweet but not greasy. I don’t usually like croissants, but his croissant is very delicious, it doesn’t fall out and is not too greasy.
The azuki donut is a little bit dry in the inside, the outside texture is okay.
We like the blackberry croissant better! The blackberry jam is not too sweet, the croissant is moist but also crispy! Very well baked!
(Original)
在街角沒有招牌的小店,卻永遠有一條人龍在排隊,可見他多好吃!
Azuki donut紅豆麵包: 紅豆餡滿實在的但偏少然後有點乾,外面的donut麵皮就是台式甜甜圈的口感
Blackberry Croissant: 大推! 黑莓餡甜而不膩,我平常也不喜歡可頌類,但他的可頌非常好吃,沒有很會掉穴穴然後不會太膩。
The azuki donut is a little bit dry in the inside, the outside texture is okay.
We like the blackberry croissant better! The blackberry jam is not too sweet, the croissant is moist but also crispy! Very well baked!

(Translation) In the small shop on the corner, you can't enter the shop, you can only order outside. The almond croissant is super delicious! Very crispy and filling.

在轉角的小店,不能進店內,只能在外面點。杏仁可頌超好吃!非常酥脆,內餡也很飽滿。
