This is a great option any time of day, and they are open late. Their creativity in creating delicious cinnamon buns is phenomenal. It was hard to choose toppings as they have so many great options. They also have a good selection of coffee to choose from. They were welcoming and friendly and it was packaged well for take out. I look forward to trying other flavour combinations in the future.

Amazing little find. All vegan place!! We aren't do much into cinnamon buns so we ask the server to prepare us vegan brownie + orange cream + nuts and it was mind blowingly delicious! Definitely will try to come again!

Amazing cinnamon roles. I’m going to cut straight to the point - I typically steer clear of vegan and gluten free desserts, so I didn’t know going in the cinnamon roles were vegan. Wow, they tasted incredible. To be honest, I didn’t know until my wife told me. Probably the best cinnamon role I’ve ever had. I had the original and my wife had the apple pie. For those that don’t have a sweet tooth, you might not like it. I will admit that it’s a bit heavy and probably needs to be eaten over a few sessions lol. My advice is to go for the original frosting - it is a classic and keeps things simple. Highly recommend if you like cinnamon rolls.

Wow what a cool spot to get cinnamon rolls! They have so many flavors and you can make your own too! What I love about this spot is that it’s vegan and it’s not too sweet either! My favorite is the strawberry one but the fluffernutter was good too! Very friendly staff too! I’d come back.

I went in wondering if they had a vegan option and to my surprised they whole menu is vegan. Wow!!! They have large selection of toppings and icings. Everything looked delicious. Ended up ordering just a vanilla icing with raspberries and wow!! It was super tasty. The place looks very clean and the staff is friendly. I would definitely recommend this place. Best cinnamon rolls for sure!! (And not to mention vegan 😍)

Wow!!! I’m seriously not going to want a cinnamon roll from any other place now! Also seriously can’t believe these are vegan!! I tried the maple one which had pecans, caramel, and maple frosting, seriously out of this world delicious! Very soft, the perfect amount of gooey frosting, and tastes amazing fresh baked. There are so many customization options, I’ll have to come back and try more variations!

So close! I got a regular cinnamon bun with creme brûlée icing and it was pretty good. The bun was fresh out of the warmer, icing melty, gooey, and abundant, and the flavor was pretty on par. My one complaint is the texture of the bun itself. The outside looked dry and crusty, where I am looking for a brioche-like consistency in cinnamon buns. It could’ve dried out in the warmer, but that’s just my opinion. It was delicious, don’t get me wrong.

Friendly staff and very very sweet cinnamon rolls! Love that they are vegan - we got the we nutter butter, which had a peanut butter frosting with fudge and marshmallows. I only wish the cinnamon bun itself was a bit warm/gooey. Also got a chocolate chip cookie which was nice as soft!

This place is really great! The cinnamon rolls are outrageous and everything is vegan. The only thing I will say is that the frosting is pretty sweet. Could’ve probably just had the cinnamon roll alone and been perfectly content!

Traveled 25 miles only to find out they were sold out of the items I selected. No call...and the cashier who was working just substituted my order but was not going to mention it to me. When I arrived I purchased a hot chocolate but was charged for extra items as I looked at them. They were refunded but it was ackword.

I drove from Tacoma to visit this place and was unimpressed. The location is dirty and I didn't want to be in there any longer than I needed. I was also unimpressed with the cinnamon roll itself, it tasted very weird. I won't visit again.

I can't believe it's vegan! Seriously, my wife only told me this when we were halfway through eating. Buttery, rich rolls with a variety and customizable toppings. The more you pour on, the more it'll cost, but they are very good and rich. Service is fast and friendly. College area with more niche shops and eateries.

Pretty good cinnamon rolls! As everyone has said, there are so many choices, so I’d be down to come back and try something else. My choices ended up being just ok - pecans and banana cream. The banana cream tasted like warm banana yogurt, which is fine, but something just wasn’t working for me when it combined with the cinnamon roll. Maybe I’m just a fan of a classic roll. My partner ordered the omg roll with cookie dough and oreos - he enjoyed that. We also got a tub of cookie dough to take home, but we didn’t like it at all. Lastly, service was a bit slow - took a bit for our order to come out.

Customizable cinnamon roll spot that’s open late. Came here around 10pm after dinner to satisfy my sweet tooth. There is indoor seating available as well as takeout. Credit cards are accepted. You pay first and then they’ll call out your name once your order is ready. You can customize your cinnamon roll or get a pre-made option. I got the cream cheese frosting and cookie dough on mine (it’s 75 cents per topping option). The cream cheese frosting was a little thin but there was a generous amount spread over the roll. There was also a good amount of chocolate chip cookie dough. The cinnamon roll tasted better the next day (microwaved for 30 seconds). You could also easily share one cinnamon roll between 2-3 people. They have drinks available. There’s one single occupant restroom available but it was out of order when we were there. Overall, it’s a good option to get something sweet before going out in Capitol Hill.

Goodness. I'm not too sure what I can say about this little dessert place. But one thing should make it clear if you're wondering what to expect here. Cookie dough on cinnamon buns. Yup. If you're a sweet fiend who can't just have one, but two types of desserts then this place is for you. Not only do they have many types of this cinnamon bun monstrosity, the cream they use tastes just like heavenly sweet butter. It can't be good... But then again, if you're interested in coming here, I'm sure being good isn't on your list. Don't like the Frankensteins cinnamon bun and prefer the simple life? Well, they got you. The cookie dough and cinnamon buns by themselves are also a god send. Wanna try and actually bake the dough? They got you covered with simple to go packages. Overall, if you're feeling adventurous and wanna try something ridiculously fun, then Cinnaholic is the place you've been looking for.

This place is one of my favorite spots for a sweet treat in Seattle! The rolls are made fresh when ordered with all sorts of different icing flavors and toppings. Even better, the entire thing is tasty, so you're not just waiting to get to the center like other shops. Definitely worth a visit for anyone with a sweet tooth.

I've been here twice now, the first time was pretty good - I ordered a classic roll (Cinnamon Roll with Vanilla Icing) - the breading was soft the cinnamon sugar was gooey, but the icing was excessive. This recent trip I ordered a Cinnamon Roll with Cream Cheese icing and the Cookie Monster. It was quite underwhelming this time. Not sure what happened, but the breading was tough on both rolls. The Cream Cheese was good, not too different from the classic Vanilla, but again excessice icing. The Cookie Monster was overly sweet and it's one of those things you kinda hate yourself for eating. Both were pretty mediocre. The staff is pleasant and polite, so that's a plus. The interior is simple, but effective. Decent desert spot despite this recent disappointing visit.

This is a good place to satisfy your sweet tooth! Just be prepared for the sugar coma that follows. We split the Cookie Monster roll and it was so good! Not sure why it took the world so long to put cookie dough on a cinnamon roll, but it’s a brilliant idea. Perfect for a late-night treat.

Do you like gooey goodness? Large soft warm rolls covered in cinnamon? Coffee? Decent seating? Quarky toppings on your cinnamon rolls? Then you should probably come here. Wait was not long at all and the food was exactly what I thought it would be. They have different types of frosting and toppings, but call me old fashion but I got classic frosting. Gooey, warm, cinnamon roll with cream cheese frosting on top.

WOW that was tasty! And goodness there are options!!! I like to start simple and get fancy later, so I tried the plain vanilla cinnamon roll and it was lovely. Different base than any I've had before, it's not as heavy/dense like some but still has plenty of substance. Can't quite place it but I think it makes for a great roll. Also, they're baking small batches all day & night so you get hot and fresh rolls even right before close!

Ahhhh so the Classic debate here in Washington…. Do you get Cinnaholic or go for a Cinnabon? Well they both offer a different experience in my opinion. But today we are discussing Cinnaholic. Recently, marked their anniversary and they offered a amazing promo for $1 Classic rolls. You can always count on their Cinnamon rolls to be packages fresh and still have icing dripping off the bun. The roll is light and fluffy, and the cream is almost like a melted cream cheese texture with a hint of butter…but wooooooh they go together well. The beautiful thing about Cinnaholic is you can customize your Classic cinnamon roll how ever you want. They have many toppings to choose from and you could pretty much try something new everything. A good comparison is like the Cold stone ice cream of cinnamon rolls. Not feeling so creative? Well They offer a wide selection of Pre designed customer rolls ( see my picture) if you want to try something new without making al the hard decisions. Every-time I’ve visited Cinnaholic the customer service team is nice and very timely with my orders. This is something I really thank them for, many locations in Seattle have felt so slow recently. As a side note, if you visit Cinnaholic in Capital Hill it’s perfectly located to go to after you hit all the bars or clubs in a weekend night. ( If things are open, covid has been off and off). Overall I would recommend you to try this place! - Colter

I love this place. Everything is plant based and delicious. It has the best brownie I had in my life. I'm super addicted to it now. It's open until late in the night. I usually stop by to get a treat after a bar. It's also the best place to get some last minute food for a party. I ordered 2 dozen mini cinnamon rolls and they were able to prepare everything in less than 2 hours.

Fun little place to grab a treat — I customized my roll and even with a tip, it was around $9, which is a steal for Seattle standards! My morning was made by John, who promptly greeted me, asked if it was my first time (it was), walked me through things (and even gave tips on what’s most popular), and didn’t rush me. He was kind and helpful and even asked me before I left how I enjoyed my breakfast. John, your customer service was excellent!

Delicious vegan cinnamon rolls are hard to come by. I’ve heard of Cinnaholic for a while and really wanted a Seattle location to open. The cinnamon roll gods answered my prayers, and these treats sent me over the moon! This is a warm, gooey, melt-in-your-mouth cinnamon roll. One bite, and I was immersed in cinnamon-y goodness. My favorite part is getting to that warm, creamy center. Divine! If you haven’t tried their banana bread yet, it’s also worth having. It’s dusted with cinnamon sugar with chocolate chips baked inside.

I was so excited to order these for my sons birthday but they weren’t ready at the selected time and then they were frosted hot so I’m left with this mess. I would have been use to pick up later but no one contacted me to let me know that the time selected wouldn’t work. I won’t be spending money and time to visit this business again. EDIT TO ADD: I reached out to Cinnaholic and they were quick to respond to my mishap today and have worked with me to help fix the situation. Thank you! OMG I love cinnaholic!!!! Is one of the best Cinnamon rolls I've had! And they have so many different flavors to choose from, even if you get the original, believe me: IT'S SOOOO WORTH IT!!!!! and the attention is always amazing, I come back over and over again, no complains ever.

You can't tell that the cinnamon rolls and frosting are vegan. Their recipe is clearly on point. The staff are exceptional. However, the frostings are super sweet and they all taste the same regardless of whatever flavor you choose. They also put way too much frosting on top, taking away from any other added toppings. The cinnamon rolls and cookies I had weren't particularly fresh, tasting as if they were made 6+ hours earlier. So definitely check it out if you have a sweet tooth, but it wasn't for me.

A truly unique sweet snack experience. I had a strawberry shortcake and a blueberry blitz (without marshmallows), and both were incredible. Definitely enough cinnamon roll for one person in one sitting, and mine both last for two.

First time here after living in the area for 3 years. I’m not vegan but I am lactose intolerant. The staff was super friendly. I had a lot of questions and the manager answered all of them with the utmost care and positivity. They don’t blatantly say they’re vegan which was confusing. I had a cinnamon roll with strawberry frosting and fresh strawberries. It was pretty good. I was surprised by how good the roll was itself. It was hot and chewy and sweet. I then went back and got a…. Believe it or not, Pizza roll. Get the extra cheese. It’s worth it. I highly recommend coming here at least once, if not once a month for a date night. I will be back to try something else on the menu.

Delicious....delicious...delicious! I got the brownie beast cinnamon roll and it was amazing. I have a sweet tooth, and I wasn't sure what to expect, but it definitely hit the spot. In addition to custom cinnamon rolls, they also have hot/cold coffee drinks and other baked goods (my daughter also loved the chocolate chip cookies)! I will definitely be back again soon :).

I wish I had taken pictures but I really enjoyed my cinnamon roll from Cinnaholic. The drink I got felt a tad overpriced for the size since it's $4 at coffee shops nearby for the same size. The customization option is nice and they have a list of recommendations for topping combos. It's surprisingly not as sweet as I thought it would be and as someone who doesn't like sweets I really enjoyed my cinnamon roll. I definitely want to swing by again and try the pizza rolls they have.

Omg what an amazing cinnamon roll place on cap hill. Freshly made cinnamon rolls with amazing toppings. I got the german chocolate cinnamon roll and loved it devoured it. I could not even wait until we got home to eat this delicious roll. Highly recommend and I will be back soon for more. Customer service was amazing staff was friendly polite. They are open until 10 or 11pm so thats another plus point to satisfy ines late night cinnamon roll cravings. Highly recommend!

Cinnaholic is so tasty. The cinnamon rolls are massive, too. When I was in there today, there was an anti-masker. The employees, especially Ari, so clearly cared about the safety of their coworkers and customers. They kept their cool, dealt with the aggressive customer clearly and confidently, and still served other customers with friendliness. Good job! Will definitely keep coming back.

What a great treat for vegans! There are so many frosting flavors and toppings to choose from if you wanna get wild. They also have vegan cookie dough and other indulgent vegan baked goods, plus a pizza roll that I haven’t tried but it all looks amazing and great to know it’s all vegan.

This is a cool place to try at least once. The cinnamon rolls are fresh and really soft. The icing is very buttery, which is an acquired taste. I had a plain cinnamon roll and that was very sweet so I imagine any of the ones with toppings would be even more so. I'm giving it 4 stars because we had to wait a very long time (roughly 45mins)

This place is a must if you like cinnimon rolls. If there is a line it is worth the wait! I have bought 2 now. One with almond frosting and cookie dough and another with marshmallow frosting and cookie dough. They both were fantastic! I want to try marshmallow frosting with bananas. I love it on my group so why not try it on a cinnamon roll. I saved my first one for the next morning and it was just as good. I made sure to refrigerate it. They have a lot of vegan options if you are into that. I recommend checking this place out! I know I'm addicted!

I moved from out of state earlier this year and been looking for a good cinnamon roll spot since Cinnabon isn’t in Seattle. I just tried the Banana Cream and it is SOOOO good. Good price for $7 for what you’re getting and the rolls are a good size. Mine was super moist, too. It is a bit sweet so if you can’t handle too much sweets, I recommend getting a classic. I will be back to try more flavors for sure!

I found this place first in San Diego and when they opened one in Seattle, I was emotional!! The best cinnamon rolls in the world and I love that they don’t even advertise anywhere that they are plant based. Any time I am in town I order a few. Today I am exceptionally proud, I ordered 3 rolls online, one being a toasted coconut pie. They called and said they didn’t have the ingredients to make it (probably due to limited supply bc of covid) and they made something else instead, and oh my gosh, whatever it is, it was SO GOOD. I love this place more than anything!!

Cinnaholic Seattle has amazing cinnamon buns...melt in your mouth, delicious, perfectly gooey, and the perfect amount of cinnamon spice. They have very creative flavor combinations, something for everyone. OH, and the cookie dough tubs, yum! Great customer service too.

I was parked outside in my school bus and decided to go check out this new place that has opened up in the Capitol Hill area of Seattle! The cinnamon roll was so yummy when my husband and I shared this! We warmed it up and it was ooey and gooey and my first mistake was not eating it before I got home so I didn’t have to share with him because it was so good! We just got the regular cinnamon roll with vanilla frosting! Hubby and I will be back!!

After ordering I discovered that these cinnamon rolls are vegan. While I'm normally extremely suspicious of veganites, as one should be, I must say these rolls taste quite good and had I not known, I don't think I would have been able to tell that they are vegan. Most astoundingly I couldn't tell with the frosting and cookie dough either. I'd probably have to do a side by side test with real cinnamon rolls before I gave these my official seal of approval but for now I'm giving these 4 stars (lost one star due to high pricing of $6 for a cinnamon roll, pshaw). Vegans, you may have won this battle, but the war isn't over.

A wide selection of combos from frostings to toppings and even cookies. This place has made me give other vegan options a try. My most recent 2 visits the cinnamon roll was barely warm and the frosting was cold when I ordered in person. I had to put it in the microwave. My previous experiences the roll was always much warmer even when delivered by a food delivery service. I love their rolls and am a huge fan so hopefully they will make some adjustments to their heating settings.

I ordered two rolls. The order was wrong so one roll ended up with all the flavour and one was pretty bland, but the flavourful one...oh my gosh. I can highly recommend making your bun a chai-maple with sliced banana on it. I can also advise against getting a plain 'ol cinnamon bun. Give it one shot. Do it right and spend the money to get the toppings you want.

Cinnamon rolls are ok, similar quality to cinnabon. The only plus is that you can customize one with different toppings and fillings. They are around $6-8 each but a pretty decent size roll. They also mini ones as well as other bakery items. I only wish the cinnamon rolls are warmer when they give it to us

I wasn't sure what to expect from a Vegan cinnamon roll. There were so many options there is really something for everyone! I went with cream cheese frosting & cookie dough. We also got the apple pie roll & my kids picked their own random toppings for their rolls. I thought they would be lacking something since Vegan but they aren't lacking in any way! They were warm, soft, gooey & sweet just like a cinnamon roll should be. My husband said it's actually the best roll he's ever had and perfect with a cup of coffee on these rainy Seattle days. I agree! Now how in the world did they make vegan cream cheese frosting?!?!? It was amazing!

I nearly screamed when I walked in and found out everything is vegan. Yes, you read that right -- vegan!!! And it's freaking fantastically scrumptious! I first had the "cookie monster" which was a special roll created by their staff and loved it. I went back another time and tried one called the "chocolate turtle" (I think) and loved that too. I highly recommend going there in person because I looked on the Uber Eats app and they don't list any of the special cinnamon rolls like the ones I named - it just lists all the individual topping choices. They also don't have these custom ones on their website either. I wish they would put the special ones online and on Uber Eats, but it's a really rich treat and I usually can't eat it all at once so it's good to just go now and then, also have somebody to help you eat it.

A really cool place to design your own cinnamon roll. I had the Cake Batter frosting with pecans and it was really really good. The frosting really makes the roll and they will give you a sample of their frostings which is good. Just make sure that after trying the flavored frosting and you decide to go with the original vanilla frosting, that you try that also as it does not taste as good as Cinnabon or even Pillsbury cinnamon roll frosting. We were a little disappointed with this frosting, but our bad as we should have tried it. Like I said the Cake Batter and pecans were off the chain!!! I would definitely go back and try other samples, especially the cookie dough. OMG, I bet it is good. Didn’t want to sit and try all the flavors at once. Haha.

Absolutely amazing! The cinnamon roll with cream cheese frosting was delicious. I ate the center right away and saved the rest for after my 5 hour car ride home and it was still delicious when I got home. The brownie was definitely my favorite part though. It came warm and delicious so I immediately took a bit and then stored the rest for my trip. I got cookie dough, "oreo", and pb cups to put on top of my brownie and they were kind enough to package them up for me so I could enjoy them later. Even a day later it was the best breakfast! I would definitely recommend Cinnaholic for all of your immediate snacking needs and as the best road trip snack ever.

This place is sweet, vegan and loaded with options. The staff is friendly which is always a good thing. You can order up one of the cinnamon rolls on the menu, or let loose and create your own. My only reason for not giving them 5 stars is that they weren't using compostable flatware when I visited and people were putting the plastic forks and knives in the recycle (recycle tip* plastic utensils are NOT RECYCLABLE, or at the very least they don't recycle them in our local facilities). Pretty please make the change to compostable forks and knives my friends is a much friendly alternative and most work just as good as plastic. Parking is not awesome, so plan ahead (not their fault, its become a Seattle thing). Try this place its truly awesome. Who doesn't want to create their own Cinnamon roll treat.
