I love the toasted mallow! My kids love it here and beg to go in all the time! It's so yummy and my littlest loves to watch the staff char up the marshmallows! Plus they have the best drinks as well. Super fancy and super yummy!

Staff is very friendly and explained how everything worked as it was my first visit. It is very clean and welcoming and the vanilla mocha frozen drink I ordered was quite delicious. These drinks will cool you off on a hot day! Would recommend to anyone with little ones as I watched their process in making their sweet treats, it's pretty cool!

Ordered a dozen cupcakes as a gift for same-day pickup on a Friday. They were super friendly and helpful both on the phone and in the store. I think the price is pretty reasonable, and definitely worth it to see the reaction of someone opening a box of 12 different specialty cupcakes. I just hope they offer me one…

Me, my husband and my daughter decided to visit this place for the first time yesterday. It was amazing! The strawberry cheesecake shake was my favorite! My daughter got the pretty unicorn toasted lightly and she absolutely loved it. The staff were so friendly and helpful with anything you needed. Right when you walk in they ask if you've been there before, so if you haven't they give you a run down. Really cool place for some great tasting marshmallows! Will be back again!

We finally were able to stop and try this place out . I have followed them on Instagram for over a year or more. I will say I was not disappointed!!! We will definitely be back for more . They have a huge selection of goodies .I have a son who can't have dairy and they also had a ton of options for him . Milk shakes , coffee shakes, cookies, cupcakes, iced drinks , marshmallows just to name a few goodies 😋😁

If you haven’t been here you need to go! What a fun place. I had the frozen chai with whipped marshmallow which was amazing. The whipped marshmallow topping didn’t melt like whipped cream. The packaged flavors of marshmallows are a fun gift. I bought the S’mores flavor for my friend’s kids. They have cupcakes, ice cream, & coffee drinks as well. Chase was super friendly and personable. I love that they have wipes on the table for sticky hands!

came here before but took photos this time of the menu! i got the cookie monster milkshake and it is amazing as always! it’s blue so it does stain your mouth a bit but if your okay with that than it’s 100% okay!:) they take a while to make them but it’s worth it!

The attention to detail, flavors and consistency of their marshmallows is unreal! I ordered from out of state. I received my order super fast and everything looked perfect. So far, my favorite marshmallows are the circus cookie ones. The flavor is on point. They even have little crushed cookie pieces in the mallow itself. Perfection! If you’re wanting some gourmet marshmallows don’t look any further. Toasted Mallow is the real deal!

A unique dessert spot, they serve s'mores bowls (and a couple variations on that idea) plus shakes. They make their marshmallows in house with a lot of unique flavors and you can also buy just marshmallows to go. Today I got the s'mores bowl with Samoa marshmallows and a scoop of cake better ice cream on top and I would highly recommend that combination to anyone!

Stopped by and loved everything about it. If you have a moment, treat yourself with a yummy marshmallow concoction at Toasted Mallow. Believe it or not, we ended up making three transactions in one visit! We tried one of the toasted marshmallow treats in their homemade graham cracker bowls, a marshmallow fluff cookie sandwich, a cupcake from their sister company (Sweet Daddy Cupcakes), fruity pebble rice crispy treats, and we bought a ton of marshmallows to take home for hot chocolate. The reviews ait lying folks!! Not only was the product FANTASTIC but the staff was AMAZING! They were happy to explain things on the menue and show true kindness. It was refreshing. As we were enjoying our treats, we met the owner and got to hear more about the creation of the sweet shop and the story behind the ooey, gooey, and yummy fluff. Loved it here and will be back whenever I’m in the area!

Adorable cupcakes that are really well-made. I had a frozen coffee drink that had a nice large pouf on top of marshmallow cream. The cupcake I got was a caramel latte. It even had a little straw on top. Several groupings of seats around tables. Well decorated.

We’ve had Toasted Mallow so many times but I had to write a review for our experience tonight! We had family in from out of town who had been dying to try Toasted Mallow. They leave tomorrow…we were out to dinner when we realized they close at 8…it was 7:40. We FLEW from NE Mesa to Gilbert to get there before they closed. We felt like such jerks walking in at 7:55 with a gaggle of 11 people but our Mallow Baristas were so kind and patient! They were excited to hear so many people had come from out of town to try Toasted Mallow. You can tell they really care about the business. Thank you all SO MUCH for being so generous with your time and being so incredibly wonderful. Our family cannot stop talking about the next time they’ll get to have Toasted Mallow!

Really cool place; a nice change of pace from the typical ice cream shops. Variety was way beyond what I would've expected from a s'mores shop. We tried 3 different dishes and all were excellent. I really enjoyed the option for how toasted you want your marshmallow, as we all 3 picked a different amount that suited our tastes. We'll definitely be back!

Everything looked and tasted delicious! The milkshakes were so fancy and the smore's in a graham cracker bowl were everything!!!! The homemade marshmallows are so fluffy and not too sweet, definitely made with love.

For being our first time in this weekend, it was well worth the drive! I live in far West Phoenix and i had been craving the Toasted Mallow for over a year now. I had The Elvis S'more. All smores come in your choice of cookie or graham cracker bowl. I got a bowl with peanut butter stuffed marshmallow, chocolate syrup, peanut butter, bananas and more chocolate ganache and peanut butter. I also topped it with almonds. My boyfriend had the German Chocolate S'more. He picked a bowl as well and this is chocolate marshmallow with chocolate syrup, brownie chunks, pecans, more chocolate ganache and caramel. ABSOLUTELY HEAVENLY! They also have a punch card if you plan to visit often as well as other take-home treats and cold drinks😉 go try em out!

Cute little place to help you get over your sweet tooth. They had so many cool options to eat marshmallows. We got the banana split. It was really good. Pick a drink or bring water, because it's so much sugar. I think ice cream would be a great topping to counter act the overload of sweetness.

Visited a couple of months ago for the first time and they did not disappoint. Surprisingly, the toasted marshmallow wasn't overly sweet but I loved that they have the right amount sweetness considering it was sandwiched between two cookies. Will definitely be back.

I never thought I would eat just marshmallow as a dessert but it is actually pretty good the way they do it here. The mix that I got was a little off cause it didn't taste that good together but my other picked a better mix of things that tasted good together. We also got a to go treat that was good.

A fun and delicious experience. Toasted Mallow is like a create your own S'mores bar. They have several ideas on the menu, but the most fun is making your mix and match creation. Lots of flavors give your fluffy canvas an unlimited number of choices. Go nuts! Or don't....your choice. They also serve cold brew and frozen coffee drinks. My favorite is the Lava Flow (no coffee). It's frozen lemonade and frozen strawberry mixed with strawberry puree and topped with marshmallow fluff. Located I a small strip mall off Gilbert, between Baseline & Guadalupe. Make the trip for a unique dessert experience.

Fun store, awesome customer service, way above and beyond the normal when it came to customer service. Great tasting marshmallows that come in every imaginable flavor, and every possible way to have a marshmallow, from fluff to coated. Toasted into smores if you like and you can even get some great tasting frappuccinos with their marshmallow fluff instead of whip cream. Was really fun to visit.

I had been following this business online for YEARS! I live in NY, and quite literally had no idea when I’d ever be in AZ. I’d been meaning to order from them for a long time but you know how life gets in the way? Well, after seeing a story about how other businesses were getting more attention than theirs I finally ordered some products!!! I got 3 different mallow pies and the cookie dough mallow whip. HEAVENLY is an understatement!!! If these treats are this good shipped (no problems with that by the way! came super fast and rest fresh) I can only imagine how good they are in store, and what other wide variety of goodies they sell! If you have the opportunity to order from them or go there, do it!!

Our server, Luke, was super nice, the decor is cute and sweet and the food was SO good! We got the Nutty Professor and the Samosa both were tastes and toasted to order. I highly recommend this place for any sugar cravings. They also had a gluten free option.

Cannot recommend enough. I am leaving five stars because it will not allow me to leave six or seven stars. I have been ordering from Toasted Mallow for years and visit at least annually when I am in Phoenix. They have perfected the marshmallow. I have not found a gourmet marshmallow that even comes close to the texture and taste. Every product (the individual marshmallows, the whip, cereal treats, mallow pies and the marshmallow bar in person) is so well-crafted. The staff is always so pleasant when you are in-store and the product is very-well packaged for online orders and the weather.

Ordered the grasshopper. It's a mint chocolate s'more. The graham cracker bowl was not very tasty, but the marshmallow was for sure! If you like marshmallows and s'mores, I would recommend trying it for sure. Their marshmallows that they sell separate are a little pricey, but they are good.

10 stars for the friendly employees!! We had our first experience here last night, and it was quite fun! When you walk in, you are hit with the smell of toasted marshmallows (duh) which immediately sparked the nostalgia of summer campfires and 4th of July s’mores while growing up. The employees seemed to really enjoy their jobs. They were friendly, upbeat, and helpful. My husband ordered a chocolate chip cookie sandwich with marshmallow whip and chocolate ganache in the middle. I got the “Bam Bam” fruity pebbles shake. I honestly do not enjoy rich, sickeningly sweet desserts, but I thought the shake was a little bland. From the looks of it, I expected it to be a sugar overload, but there wasn’t a ton of flavor and it was very icy - more like a slushee than a milkshake. So that was a little disappointing. But, I still loved the fruity pebbles and the “end of the bowl milk” flavor! My husband loved his cookie sandwich and said it was SO rich, which he enjoys! I think this would be a great place to bring friends or visitors from out of town, because the novelty and crazy combinations are very fun!

I’ve been following Toasted Mallow on Instagram for a while and finally decided to place an order (about a month ago).Everything has been amazing—the churro marshmallow and cotton candy spread are my two favorite items, but I haven’t tried one thing I didn’t like! I will definitely be placing another order soon. Also putting the churro marshmallow on hot chocolate or a s’mores is a game changer😂

Delicious, handcrafted marshmallows! I got the pretty unicorn and pumpkin pie. The pumpkin pie was bursting with flavor, the perfect accompaniment to Autumn! All their marshmallows are served in a graham cracker bowl, which can only be explained as an elegant take on s'mores.

Just received my first (won’t be my last) order and everything has been amazing! The cotton candy mallow pie is the first think I opened and it is fantastic! Everything is so fresh and packaged so nicely! And it was shipped to a pretty warm spot and nothing was melted or affected negatively at all because there was so much care put into the shipping materials. Very impressed with everything and highly recommend Toasted Mallow!

OMG......I'v died and gone to heaven. This place is amazing. We came here because my husband works for GoDaddy and they came to his work. First we had the flavored marshmallows. Than we took my daughter to the store for a treat. We got a ive cream marshmallow unicorn thing. She loves it. The 3rd time I got a delicious marshmallow drink. Everyone here is friendly and nice. What a brilliant idea! It's like a frozen yogurt or a sundae but with marshmallow fluff. I found this place when they had a small business week deal. They are tasty, but a little on the sweet side for me to eat all at once. Definitely a great place to take marshmallow fans and little kids though. Customer service was spot on. Everyone was helpful and friendly and well versed into explaining how it worked.

Highly impressed with the yummy desserts. Service was great and the place is super cute inside. It is in a nice area and easy to access. I really liked how we were asked if it was our first time and then showed us what they had and what they recommended for us. The restroom was super clean however there was no hand soap to wash hands, they had just opened when we arrived so maybe that was on their to do list for the day?? We absolutely loved the place and their desserts, the prices are reasonable too.

Adorable shop with great sweet treats! I tried the cupcakes for my first time as a quick pick that I knew I could eat while driving and that wouldn’t melt in my car in this crazy Arizona heat! Next time I’ll be visiting with more time to sit and enjoy a treat when I’m not rushing because everything looks so good! The associate behind the counter helped me decide between a cupcake when I couldn’t choose and was very friendly! You could tell just how busy everyone was but as people made eye contact with me I was still greeted with a smile including by the owner. Even just a smile goes a long way to make someone’s day! I love this unique and fun shop! I read about it in a Gilbert Travel Magazine and found the food to be simply great! I went with my Wife, and my 72 yr old Mom. My Mom got a marshmellow pie sandwiched between two oatmeal cookies. She was thrilled and I tried a bite too. I don't usually like Oatmeal cookies, but that was a very good treat. (Only $3.16). The wife had the Bam Bam Milkshake, she was worried about the presence of fruity pebbles, but she truly enjoyed the flavor profile and really everything about it. Though it was a little pricey, she wants to try this again. I ordered the Costa Rica Coffee with vanilla and cream and believe it is better than Starbucks, but at the same price point. The real highlight was the Toasted Mallow Marshmellow 4 packs; I purchased Smores and Vanilla Bean flavors. I like both of these, although the Smores are 100% perfect and the Vanilla Bean is just ok. I highly recommend the Smores and will be back to try different flavors. We did not sample the Cupcakes, but there is a mini pop up Cupcake shop too. My only suggestion for improvemeny is more seating inside the restaurant since the hightop chairs were too tall for my Mom. Overall, this is a fun and unique spot to visit in Gilbert.

Love at first bite!!! I've been following Toasted Mallow for a couple of months now and have been dying to try them. I made sure to tell my husband over and over again that I wanted some Rice Krispy Treats for my Birthday! This morning in bed my birthday wish came true. All I can say is that they are out of this world. They are huge, crunchy but yet soft to bite and have a good balance of flavor and sweetest! Love them and will definitely be ordering more because my daughter and husband are also obsessed :)

Delicious treats- And a woman owned business showing up for women’s right’s! The mocha with marshmallow fluff was dairy free and crazy delicious! And the cupcakes were so flavorful. It was wonderfully busy when I visited with my family to sign a petition for women’s rights they were kind enough to host and due to the spike in business they were experiencing the marshmallows were low in stock but we didn’t care just an excuse to come back. So pleased to have discovered this business and I can’t wait to come back- I plan to give marshmallow treats as stocking stuffers this year such a unique idea!

Although I have not had a chance to visit the store in person since I live out of state, I did order products online and I was very happy with my purchase. The cherry bomb marshmallows are so good! I wish I could try the amazing looking shakes one day with marshmallow whip. Shipping does take a while, but it is clearly noted on the site. However the ability to check on your order is an option so that worked out well. Was worth the wait and looking forward to ordering again!

I don't really like rating it only a 3 but it wasn't as amazing as I was hoping, I came in October '21 and I'll probably give it another try in a bit but I really just tried a couple random items since I wasn't able to get any suggestions from the lady behind the counter. This place is delicious. The menu choices are quite robust for it being advertised as a marshmallow place. They have milkshakes, cookie dough, ice cream, and of course, marshmallows. Came here with my boyfriend for date night. We got a gram cracker bowl s’more and a shake. Had a girl who had only been there two days but she was very sweet and informative, couldn’t even tell she was new. She was very patient with me constantly changing my order because I just couldn’t decide what I wanted everything looked so good. The owner was very sweet and gave us two cupcakes because we came at the end of the night saying she preferred to give them away over throwing them away. Everyone working was very friendly and the desserts are yummy! Highly recommend.

I found Toasted Mallow by accident while looking for another restaurant (driving a moving truck). I returned later only to find the Mecca of my favorite treat on the planet! Marshmallows from here to there in flavors and forms I had never seen in a dessert shop. All made fresh daily and the fluffiest little cloud of sweetness you ever put in your face. Employees were all SO incredibly friendly and helpful. If I could give 10 stars I absolutely would.

It's a very small specialty deli feel. The workers were all very good natured and helpful. As soon as a customer walks in they ask if it's a first visit. If the answer is yes, then the worker gives a quick tour/run-down of where everything is. It's a high sugar environment as everything is based off marshmallows. I split my order with a friend (which they were perfectly ok with and very well prepared for) and it was the perfect sized dessert for me. I loved the workers' uniforms, very creative. The atmosphere was casual and comfortable; my friend and i stayed there chatting for about an hour. I don't think i would ever go by myself, but it is a nice place to go with a small group.

I’m way over due on this review. I live in Tucson but when I am in the valley visiting I always make sure I stop here. It’s just that good. Their mallow pies are simply amazing and you must have their rice krispy treats. Fair warning, once you have it their store bought stuff will taste like cardboard. My favorite drink here is the s’mores iced coffee. Now their drinks do take longer to put together (remember they’re not Starbucks and their ingredients are fresh/made to order) but it’s worth it. Also the owner does a great job running their Instagram.

We just tried Toasted Mallow for the first time yesterda. I've gotta tell you, they have the most friendly and welcoming employees. The girl who helped us gave us the grand tour, explained how things work, was very patient with our indecisiveness and helped us choose some delicious deserts! My son chose the Cookie Monster shake (cookies and cream shake with cookie dough mixed in, Mallow fluff on top and he chose a cotton candy marshmallow (but wanted it untoasted)), I got the Grasshopper s'more (graham cracker bowl with toasted mint marshmallow, topped with brownies, crushed Andie's candies and chocolate syrup) and we got some to go bites for my other son who was not with us. We'll be Back!!!

Toasted Mallow NEVER disappoints!!! The customer service is always amazing and the marshmallows are truly the best in AZ! Insane sweetness. We didn’t like the bowls and the cookie monster shake is too crazy sweet, with a marshmallow whip and topped with a marshmallow. The bowl was different than expected. You can pick your flavor marshmallow, mine didn’t taste like much, then they cut it into pcs & toast it how you want-mine was not toasted thru, and then the syrups on top and maybe toppings. If you love sweetness then you should try it. I might try the fluffernutter or pumpkin spice shake, if we go back.

They have the widest range of menu items from marshmallows, fluff, cookie dough, S'mores, fluff drinks, seasonal drinks, etc. The owner of the shop is the sweetest, most humble person that deserves for her business to prosper! If you were having any doubts about visiting this place, let this review be a sign that you NEED to go! I drove over an hour and a half to visit and try them out, and I do not regret it one bit! I tried the marshmallow pops (variety of flavors), frozen hot chocolate, frozen mocha, and s'mores in a Graham cracker bowl! Very reasonably priced and tastes amazing! Will most definitely be back after the holidays!! EDIT: I just noticed that the photo I uploaded of the S'mores bowl might stray some new-comers from trying the place as it looks "burnt." The shop toasts the marshmallows in front of your eyes, and they have the options of light, traditional, or dark toasts. My boyfriend is the type of person that sets his marshmallows on fire, blows the fire out, and enjoys eating the black remains of the marshmallow-- so the wonderful ladies at the shop obeyed his wishes and toasted the marshmallow to his liking, very dark! They don't all come like this, just communicate your wishes with the wonderful staff!

Smaller shop thats easy to find but spacious inside. We had two gourmet smores that were delicious. One was simply a toasted marshmallow on a Graham cracker bowl with sprinkles. The other was a mint marshmallow with ice cream. Very friendly staff and inviting. Highly recommend and suggest eating at the shop, have water or milk handy, and best to share.

Was not super impressed. The idea of making specialty items with marshmallows is cute and would def work well with events, parties and weddings. However the prices are expensive for the build your own smore. $6 for 5 marshmallow pieces. It wasn't anything crazy exciting. Maybe I tried the wrong thing. Maybe the drinks are better. I probably won't be back. I can make the same thing at home and won't have to share it with my family. Oh I also didn't like that an employee asked for help for something and no one helped her. She was super nice but I was disappointed that no one helped her out.

I was expecting more of a s'more cafe type place. They will custom make you a s'more but they do it in the back and not in front of you. It's more of a gift shop type environment. They basically make their own marshmallows. I also thought they were quite pricey. Good for one visit.

My wife liked this place. I didn't really care for it to much. I had a smoreor's on a graham cracker bowl. Marshmallow is way better over an open fire. They used a butane torch and I could taste every bit of the butane over the marshmallow. Judge for yourself.

Where to start? EVERYTHING here is FANTASTIC!!! I have been a patron here since they opened. Even though I have tried many of their one-of-a-kind products, Trisha is always innovating and creating new marshmallow desserts, so there's always something new to taste! First off, whatever your perception of marshmallow is, get it out of your brain. These are not like any store bought marshmallows. Fluff It's mallows are not overly sweet and super soft to the touch. They also sell marshmallow cream "fluff" in jars, sandwiched between oatmeal cookies, and on top of their delicious Costa Rican coffee and blended beverages. My current favorite is the "Cookie Monster" on their new Fluffed Up Menu. It's a blended drink that taste like cookies and it's topped with vanilla fluff and mini cookies. Stop by and give it a try! You'll be planning your next trip to their shop before you even have a taste.

I want to start with how much I LOVE the Toasted Mallow. I’ve basically tried everything except the drinks so far but it’s the marshmallows that keep me coming back. First, I’m a big supporter of small businesses. I choose small when I’m able to. Second, from the minute you walk in the door the fun begins from the marshmallow wall to the dessert bar, the staff is always super super friendly and the price! I don’t understand why people complain? Small business, hello!! Anyways I love coming in and knowing what to expect. However I feel I need to address the owner. I’m so sorry I’m only able to give 3 stars and it has nothing to do with your awesome creations BUT it’s your rants you put on Instagram, they are hard to handle. You go off on bad reviews I don’t understand why you feel the need to act this way on social media. Businesses get bad reviews everyday by grumpy people and move on. Toasted mallow has great reviews over bad and loyal customers and personally I feel like when you act this way on IG with your live feeds complaining about reviews is starting to be a little uncomfortable. Yes I know I don’t have to watch or like these rants but I enjoy when marshmallows pics pop up on my feed so it’s hard not to see when you act up, so unprofessional but this is my MY opinion and it’s not meant to be malicious but as a customer I support your business just not your bad review behavior. Your last post is hard to like when your jumping around “getting back” at people. Looking forward to more delicious photos :)

My boyfriend and I came from NJ to visit family in AZ and a friend had told us about Toasted Mallow. The staff was very friendly from the moment we walked in the door. I ordered the “Bam Bam” shake. After years of desiring a taste, I finally went today and it was SO good! I got the Samoa S'more and it reminded me of summer at home with my family and weekends camping with them. This place had a good environment I liked the colors, the fun look of this place and how employees can look like w.e they want (colored hair ect) thats always nice to see. I got a little light headed from the smell of smoke in the air from the marshmellows being torched. Would highly reccommend a fan overhead for some ventilation. We got three different flavors and all three tasted great but we personally disliked the graham cracker bowls. The flavor just doesn't quite go perfect with the rest of it for us needs honey or something. It felt like id rather toss the bowl rather than eat it and I shouldn't feel that way. I should love every bite. Anyways great place the marshmellows tasted yummy but reccommend a fan and a change in the bowl recipe so that it matches the great flavor of the goodies inside it.

I saw this place on facebook and went with a friend. I'm not a huge marshmallow place but I was intrigued. The flavor selection is great, if you check in on yelp you get a free marshmallow. I liked it, but it's a bit pricy for marshmallows

Neat place! A bit small and crowded, but friendly service. I was disappointed because it was my first time there and I had my heart set on a certain s'more that had cherries as an ingredient and unfortunately they were out of cherries. They did not have another fruit as an alternative so I passed on ordering anything.

If you love marshmallows and s'mores, this place will be heaven on earth for you. Also offers frozen "hot" chocolate. An oxymoron, I know, but it has the consistency of a frapaccino and delicious. They offer ice coffee and other frapaccino style coffee drinks. The staff was friendly, the place was clean and feels homey.
