This is my second time going to this location, the staff was friendly and inviting, service was fast and they showed me my order after it was boxed up and ready to go. The shop smells delicious. I love that you can watch them prepare the dough and getting them ready to bake. My daughter’s favorite is the frosted sugar cookies. I like that they have different selections every week. I will be a regular at Crumbl for sure.

This is my first time getting a cookie from this location that has been unsatisfactory which is why I am giving a 3 star. The cookies have always looked as advertised which is part of the reason why I left a tip, but when I opened the cookie box at home, I found what's seen in the attached photo which was very disappointing. I hope this doesn't continue.

Always friendly staff and a yummy treat! Just wish it was a little less expensive (but they are huge and definitely meant for sharing or to eat over time. Also, some of the flavors are way overly super wickedly sweet even for a cookie. So it just depends on the flavor you choose.

Highly recommend classic chocolate chip, if you’re feelin’ it grab some caramel drizzle as well on that good chocolate batter to introduce some flavortown to the night. I love crumbl cookies!! So happy to have one in Surprise now! Went in on Grand Opening day (8/12 - 12pm) and there was a short line. I love that you can see everyone working hard to make the delicious cookies for us! This week's theme seem to be Hawaiian! I love everything about Hawaiian flavors so I chose the white chocolate macadamia nut, Hawaiian rainbow (coconutty flavor), and pineapple whip to try and they were wonderful! Of course I had to get the classic chocolate chip since they do it so well! Super sweet so make sure to share :) The staff was so welcoming! Thank you guys!

I went for the first time and loved the Graham Craker cookie. As you can see I got a Graham Cracker cookie with 3 chocolate chip cookies because they're my favorite. Online, it shares that the chocolate chip cookies were served warm but mine were cold and a bit hard on the corners. I do not know if it is because I ate the sweet soft amazing Graham Cracker cookie first but the chocolate chip was a disappointment. It was not sweet enough and tasted more of baking powder than anything. I was really disappointed with the chocolate chip cookies.

Giving another review because the young man working this evening at the drive thru window was so nice and patient with all my concerns of confusion with the way the pricing is different on the app compared to what the receit says! The cookies are usually good, but the customer service is lacking. More than once I have gotten a cookie that wasn't cooked all the way through, and they do not respond to their emails for feedback that corporate tells you you're supposed to use. I also ordered one time and asked to use my points and the guy swiped my card and charged me the full amount. I told him I had wanted to use my points and he said he refunded me, but when I got my credit card statement I was charged the full amount.

Delicious bakery! They make the cookies on site (really cool to go inside and see the enormous machinery). Generally the staff is nice, ive had a couple of rude kids though through the drive thru. I use my phone number for their point system but have never seen anything beneficial happen from it, ever. One time I went around 7pm (they close at 10pm) and asked for the strawberry shortcake cookie. They were out somehow (ive never heard of them running out of a flavor) and I was asked to come back at 9:30pm. No thanks. Last night I tried the "fried icecream" flavor, and do NOT recommend it, it's disgusting and inedible. Everything else I've tried has been excellent though!

I love that the Surprise location has a drive thru - it's quick and will especially be appreciated during our hot summer months. Last week my favorite was the chocolate cake cookie! This week I'm really looking forward to the banana cream pie one, although we've rarely been disappointed with any of the flavors.

Cookies are always so good so never an issue with the product. I ordered through door dash and selected to pick up my own order. When I got there, I told them my name and the woman working the front counter was going to give them to me when (I assume the manager) yelled, you need to check in on the app! I opened my door dash app and showed her that since I was picking up my own order, I didn't have anywhere on the order to check in. I was confused and she rolled her eyes and stomped over and looked at my phone. When she saw what I meant she said, Fine! And walked over and checked the order in on her screen and stomped off. I couldn't believe how incredibly rude she was to me and her employee.

First time going and went through the drive thru. Line moved very slow for such a small menu. Also the cashier bluntly asked me if I was going to leave a tip today which I thought was a little forward, which made me feel like I had to leave a tip. The Crumbl in surprise is very good. I have no complaints about the cookies at all. The only complaint I have is that when I ordered, the cashier flipped the register back over before I could put my number in for points and as I went to say something she called next to the couple behind us. Other than that, things were good! Just wish that I could’ve gotten those points as I spent so much there.

The cookies are massive but delicious! They are super sweet but full of flavor not just sweetness. We tried the watermelon, oreo, chocolate marshmallow cupcake, and the peanutbutter jamwich. The reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 was because the peanutbutter jamwich cookie literally only had a tiny bit of jam. So little that the taste got lost in the peanut butter flavor. The oreo was hands down my favorite!

We arrived on opening weekend, on a whim, and didn't really know what to expect. It was a hot August afternoon, and the line was to the door, but we managed to somehow squeeze in. They had a box fan blowing, but it couldn't stave off the heat from the ovens. We bode our time swatting at the flies, as patrons kept leaving the door open. I don't know how they did it, but they really recreated the experience of being at one of my backyard barbeques. I'm not one to flaunt my collection of fabergé eggs or pay in excess of four dollars for a single cookie, but that changed after my first bite. Yes, the cookie was too squishy to pick up with human hands, so bae rifled through the glove box and thankfully found our emergency spoon. It was a deep-seated spoon so you really had to stick your tongue out to lick all of the icing. Now you'll have to excuse me as I need to list another egg on Craigslist to bankroll my next purchase
