The cookies are soft, extremely flavorful, large, moist, rich in flavor but not too rich, and tasty! My first time in this store and I felt at home! The cookies are ideal and cooked to perfection. The cookies have a depth of brown sugariness, lightly toasted on the outside, and mysterious flavors combos into editable goodness. The quality and the quantity is exceptional.

The cookies are great, however their customer service is lacking. I ordered cookies for delivery and when they ran out of what I requested they just gave me anything and blamed it on DoorDash for being responsible for contacting me, which never happened. I am not sure why the delivery driver would be responsible for fulfilling the order but either way failing to communicate with me is the problem. The other problem is that their app let me order something that was not available. This is disappointing.

Crumbl is by far one of my favorite bakeries to visit. Their cookies are always fresh and delicious & we love how the flavor/variety change on a weekly basis. My partner has never been here before so I decided to take him out on last minute notice. He was in for a surprise I had to show him around and see all the goodies. 10/2022 Overrated. Hubby and I shared a Chocolate Chip Cookie and I am lost in emotion about the constant hype. Considering it's 2022, this place most definitely should have a vegan cookie or 2. None !! The establishment itself is spacious enough to order, take a selfie at Crumbl wall and leave. Staff were kind. It's the quality of the cookie that has me confused. It's gooey as if it's not cooked all the way through and pretty much basic in taste. Hubby loves chocolate chip cookies and has no interest in returning and welp, neither do I.

Best dessert cookies ever! Every time we're in the Westgate area we end up at Crumbl Cookies to grab some cookies to take home for dessert. They have never failed us. Especially now we can get curbside service. We order online and they drive by and they bring them right out to our car. How great is that ...?! The variety of cookie is large so take your time and order your favorites. These are really large cookies so they are meant to be shared. We got Chocolate Mint Swirl, Peanut Butterfinger, Rocky Road. Whoa! way too tasty.

Perfect. Everything about this place is great. Chocolate chip cookie was very soft. Only reason for 4 stars is the cookie cost 4 dollars and it wasn't very warm. It was more like room temperature. I don't know if I would get it again vs a warm cheap cookie. It was a good first impression but the cookie is very expensive for just 1.

I love the freshness of these cookies. The variety always keeps you on your toes and the express checkout with the app is very convenient. I do wish there was a vegan option just to relate with a wider audience/people who may not be able to process dairy. However, there isn’t anything bad that I can say about any flavor that I have personally picked. The basic chocolate chip is my go to but the 4 pack is such a solid price you have to experiment some.

I went in late on a Saturday night and ordered 2 dozen cookies for my staff (I'm a manager at another business in WG), and the group working were not only friendly and helpful, but delivered the cookies to our business so I didn't have to wait in the store while they prepared the order. Oh, and it was done quickly while they were still helping all the other customers that were coming and going. Hands down the best cookies 🍪 you will eat! They change weekly with their offering so quickly take advantage if you see something you love! The caramel cheesecake cookie was by far the best cookie that I have had from Crumbl quickly followed by the carrot cake variation! The creams are not nearly as delicious as the cookies but if your feeling like something cold during the hot summer they might be a better alternative to a warm cookie! They offer delivery as well straight to your house.
