Very , great service. I asked to put the peanut butter in a different box because my friend was allergic to peanut butter and they change their gloves and everything just for them not to get peanut butter on the other cookies. They were so sweet about it and I’ll be going back there again.

These make for a great gift for any occasion. My favorite is the classic chocolate chip! I like that flavors change every week. Also super yummy is anything lemon flavored. Not the best is the pink sugar it has that fake cherry taste.

Looking them up and seeing $5 for a single cookie or 4 for $16 I assumed the worst, that being the size. Picturing some flat cookie that's bigger than normal sized cookies. Instead I was surprised by the size. When I picked them up and saw the size of the 4-pack box I thought to myself that's a long box, they must be a good size cookie. It was stickered shut so I couldn't look until I got home and indeed, they're a nice fat cookie for $4. Chocolate chip and the sugar cookie is what I tried and at first the CC didn't seem to have flavor but perhaps it was because I ate a few hours before trying it. The sugar cookie (with icing and 3 chocolate hersey eggs for easter) had flavor. The next day I tried the other Chocolate chip and indeed it did have flavor. Recommended. Will go back perhaps this week to try the Oreo flavored.

[update] My first experience did not prevent me from going back. These cookies are truly addicting! My favorites are anything that has a cream cheese style frosting. These fall flavors are delicious! My advice is just to drive to the store and order inside. It is so quick and easy. I also feel incredibly safe. First time ordering and cookies are pretty good. I got delivery and they came on time and in good shape. The best was the cinnamon swirl cookie. Unfortunately, I ordered a chilled lime cookie and received the mud cake cookie instead. I'm disappointed my order was incorrect and I was really looking forward to trying the coconut lime.

Was here for vacation and saw someone at the resort bringing a box of cookies in. We decided to stop in for dessert one evening and ordered a 6 pack. The birthday cake is amazing. I've been a faithful customer of the Chandler location since they opened. I am there at least 3 times a month. I went in yesterday to purchase some cookies and I saw that you bought back the sugar cookie. I'm not a big fan of the frosting on my sugar cookies. I always order the sugar cookie without frosting as long as they are not frosted which most of the time they put frosting on right before you get your cookies. Yesterday I asked for one of the sugar cookies without the frosting and the guy at Chandler Location stated that he could not sell them that way. That's not true because I have always brought them without the frosting as long as they had them available so I asked him how long you been working here he like 2 months so I said that explains it because They just brought this cookie back in the line up and I have gotten them that way at any of the crumbl locations. If you got cookies without frosting available -WHY wouldn't you be able to sell it that way??? So you rather loose out on a sale as they did. It's not like I wasn't paying the same price for the cookies without the frosting. I understand if you didn't have any unfrosted cookies available at that time but that wasn't the case.

Had the greatest time in such a short visit today at Crumbl. I walked in asking questions about the dough process and the cookie that was being made and was so pleasantly greeted and helped by a sweet young lady making the dough. After hearing how good this place was from many family members we decided to stop in and try them out. While we were expecting many more flavors, we weren't disappointed with the ones that we got which were the churro and the circus animal. They were perfectly moist, chewy and overall amazing! While you do pay a premium for these cookies, what you get for the money is absolutely worth it.

It was so delicious and fluffy and had to have been one of the best cookies I've ever had! Great cookies. However, we used the machine to order and pay. Both my husband and I specifically remember not pushing the tip button as I always provide a tip at the end until the service is finished. Well, it ends up that the machine automatically applied a tip resulting in me giving an extra tip. I feel like this was kind of scandalous. I certainly believe in tipping as I have spent much of my life as a server and bartender, but I like to be the one selecting the tip amount based on the service. I advise on not using the machine or just paying cash.

$4 for a cookie. It is very sweet. Which to some might a bigger appeal to go spend $4 on a cookie. They are good. I would suggest sharing the cookie or saving half for later because they are very high in calories. They do offer delivery, which is nice in today's society. Just remember that if you order them for delivery to too the delivery driver because they only make $9 an hour and this company doesn't reimburse them for gas used, and yes they do drive their own personal vehicles. Not a company vehicle.

Update 07/02/2020: I ordered online for a delivery and it NEVER came. No call. They stole my money and my cookies. The cookies are good but I was very unhappy with my experience tonight. I went in specifically for the churro cookie. I was told that the employee had under-baked them so they couldn’t be sold. She said she would be making a new batch in 20 min. I decided to wait the 20 min in my car. When I sent my husband back inside she informed him that she couldn’t make the new batch because they were 30 min away from closing. I’m upset because of the bait and switch. I experienced crumbl recently, I say experience because that is what it is. The cookies are so good, the location is was convenient. I gave 4 stars for a couple of reasons. First, you pay a little over $3. A cookie, that seems a bit expensive to me. I realize this is a cookie shop and they have to charge that to stay open, but it just seemed over priced, second the oatmeal chocolate chip was my favorite it reminded me of double tree cookies, which don’t get me wrong are amazing but again overpriced for what I got. Third the location, I just happen to fall into it, I was going somewhere else and saw it, didn’t even know it was there. All together they are good cookies, but expect to pay over $10 for 4 cookies.
