Honestly my favorite cookie was the Blueberry cheesecake, was so sad when they ran out and I was unable to try it again. Hope it comes back again soon. Overall some of the weekly cookies are a hit or miss, while some people like warm gooey cookies, I feel sometimes the cookies are too doughy or overly sweet. So I usually only like to get cookies when it's worth it and personally prefer chilled over warm cookies.

Every cookie was delicious. The animal cookie was perfect. The cream cheese and salted caramel was sweet and of course salty. I am not a fan of peanut butter and the peanut butter and chocolate was a great balance. My favorite has to be the traditional chocolate chip. Great big pieces of chocolate chips. The cookies were all incredibly thick but still soft.

These cookies are so addictive and BIG. My husband and I have visited several times and have not had a flavor we didn't like. They have some magic combination of moisture and flavor. My husband isn't a sweets person, but even he LOVES these cookies. His favorite is the chocolate chip (which is why we bought so many). We couldn't even wait to get home to eat some of our party box (btw the party box is for the two of us because they're that good). New cookie flavors created every week. Open till midnight to satisfy your cookie cravings at all hours of the day. The only negative I can think is that they are closed on Sundays. I am also very tempted by the mini cookies which are only available for catering events. I hope they start making mini cookies available all the time because sometimes I want to try a new flavor before I order a whole cookie.

First time at Crumbl, wasn't planning on stopping but I had to try it out to see what the hype is about. Spent $32 on 7 cookies (cookies are big enough for 2 people). They were ok...would not return to purchase more, but would not turn one down if offered for free. Brownie with Peanut butter or vanilla were the best. Cookies were very doughy, almost half baked. I like a softer cookie so that was not the issue...lacking flavor for the most part. Mini cookies are only for catering orders. Staff wasn't informed on ingredients at all (inquired for allergy purposes).

The test strawberry shortcake cookie needs more strawberries and cool whip. My Twix cookie doesn’t have Twix bits on top like the picture on your website. It has Twix dust. The staff members turned the order screen as I was ordering. She spoke but so low with a mask on you couldn’t understand her. She seemed annoyed when I said I was figuring out if I wanted to use my points or my credit card. This was after she turned the screen away from me.

I am a truck driver and heard a lot about you guys from Houston Texas to Virginia Beach Virginia. I was recently on shipment to Phoenix Arizona and decided to google locations near me. I found a location almost a mile away from where I was parked at the truck stop in Avondale AZ. The staff was very friendly and I felt like family. Positive: The staff was nice and attentive. Green M&M and sugar cookies tasted soooooo good! Negative: I went to purchase a party box of cookies for my son's birthday party, the majority of my order were the chocolate chip cookies. I was super disappointed that they were pretty raw in the middle. I wouldn't complain if it wasn't that bad but, unfortunately they were unenjoyable for his guests. The fact that these cookies are pretty expensive and were also the majority of my order really was upsetting. I felt like that was a waste of my money.
