Never had a bad experience. I first discovered this place while looking for free food for my birthday. By signing up, I receive a free bagel each year. The bagels are absolutely awesome, but the staff are the very best! I truly enjoy each visit. For the food and the conversation!

Amazing bagels! They have the flavors I didn't know I was wanting. Delicious bagel sandwiches, nice verities of flavors of cream cheese, coffee that should put the coffee chains on notice, and an amazingly great staff should make this spot a must for your daily pre-work taste of heaven before you start the grind. If I could put more stars I would, they earn them.

Have never had a bad experience here. Staff are always very accommodating and friendly. The food is always fresh delicious and exactly the way I would like it. Another restaurant that I have to say must be a very good employer because while many places suffer. They have enough employees to still consistently deliver great service.

We're just passing through the area and stopped here for a quick breakfast and coffee before hitting the road. The staff was very friendly and patient (especially since we didn't know what we wanted) and the bagel sandwiches were delicious and I LOVE quality, eco-friendly sourced coffee! Will definitely come here again when in the area

Great customer service. Ordered a bacon, egg and cheese everything bagel... recommended by one of the staff. Was wonderful. Fresh, hot, full of flavor and fast. I'm impressed by my first visit. Definitely returning! I was in a rush and couldn't check out everything inside but the service bar was clean, menu's where easy to follow and read.

Favorite bagels! Absolutely love Bruegger’s. Who knew a bagel maker could do brisket?! My wife and I split the smokehouse brisket and the western brisket. Together they make the perfect sandwich.

Always quick and efficient service. They have an endless amount of bagel sandwich combinations, it’s amazing. Bruegger’s also has a rewards program that I am really enjoying; they’ll send out offers from time to time and I am pretty sure you get a free bagel with cream cheese after signing up.

These are my favorite bagels in Omaha! I wish there were location in the southern part of the city so I could go more often. This location is always well stocked with bagels and the staff is friendly. Bagels are always sooooo fresh and tasty. I love them for lunch as well!

The location was super noisy and busy for Sunday morning. This is okay considering it is indeed Sunday, however it did seem like they hadn't quite staffed appropriately for what I would think was a commonly busy day. The drink station was not well kept, it nearly soiled my to-go bag, which would have been bad as I was picking up an order for delivery. my total wait time from starting the queue to check out was over 15 minutes. Seems a little silly considering all I got was a bagel with soda. Hopefully this was just a Sunday deal... But considering the awkward location, the somewhat untidy space, the crammed queue area, and hurried prep, I'm going to say it was adequate but not great.

The ovens were down when I visited so the selection of bagels was limited. What I got was prepared qiuckly and accurately and delicious. The staff were very polite and kept apologizing they didnt have more to choose from! I will definitely give them another try.

Quality of food is good. And without competitors like Einstein, your main choices in the marketplace are Bruegger's & Panera when it comes to bagels. Bruegger's feels more "fast food", but is by no means fast. I like it & the salmon sandwich is one of my favorites, but the prices seem 25% higher than necessary and it certainly isn't used to hire/motivate above average staff, which are frequently lethargic and/or less than perfectly educated about their own products.

I usually stop in here every Monday, Wednesday and Friday that’s my treat after dialysis. Travis knows my car when I pull in and when I get to the counter he has my cinnamon sugar bagel toasted with peanut butter on it! Now that is AMAZING service!!!! That’s why I come here!!! A good breakfast place for bagels and bagel sandwiches. I can't speak of the coffee since I don't enjoy it myself, but the hot food is up to par. Glad we went here over a chain for breakfast during a conference in town.

Very friendly staff and speedy. Bagels are great. The only minor complaint is they don't toast their bagels, but warm them up. A big difference when you are accustomed to dark toasted bagels.

Love the food, hate the new management. Stopped here for breakfast, two bagels a regular drink, regular coffee. The man claiming to be training to be a new manager placed a regular drink and a small coffee in front of me. The sizes run Small, Regular and Large. The manager in training then told me that the small is the regular and continued to argue with me about the sizes. He then poured the small coffee into what he claimed was a "medium" cup and gave me a lot of attitude in doing so. I took the cup and walked away. My girlfriend who went the other way for her soda then witnessed the wannabe manager mocking and laughing with the customers at me as I walked away. UPDATE: They fired that guy.

The bagels here are good, but I noticed on certain days there are almost no bagels ready in the morning. This happens the same day every week and it’s the same guy making the bagels every time.I don’t know if he is behind but other people who make the bagels on different days have a bit of each bagel ready in the morning.
