I was trying to place a cake order for my college graduation and had a conversation with the owner while placing my order over the phone. Not only was she super nice, but very encouraging and motovational. The people who work here are also very pleasant and nice. I will forever be a customer. My cake is so pretty and represent my school colors to the utmost. The cake is very tasty as well. I am so happy to have found The Cupcake Collection. The cake looks so pretty it's hard to eat

The Cupcake Collection never disappoints. I thought to order my birthday cake from here and it was amazing! It’s rare that bakeries make beautiful cakes while maintaining a tasty flavor. I am soooo glad I ordered my cake from here and would recommend you do to.

We visited here on Wednesday 11th January on my birthday and had such a wonderful experience with the lovely worker there that day. She recommended the sweet potato cupcake which was my absolute favourite one of the 5 we tried. All cupcakes were delicious, I would highly recommend anyone visiting this area to stop by for a cupcake!

I was visiting New Orleans and stopped by to get 6 cupcakes for my daughter bday. When I bit into the wedding cake cupcake I had to just pause because it was so good. Words can’t express how good these cupcakes are. I called the store to tell them because it don’t make sense for anything to be so delicious!!!

Visited The Cupcake Collection today for the first time. It was extremely hard deciding on which Cupcake to try, I choose sweet potatoe.....DIVINE!!!!...hands down the best Cupcake I've ever eaten. It was moist flavorful and not too sweet... I WILL BE BACK!!

When I tell you, I was not disappointed. Those cupcakes were everything, My only disappointment was I didn't buy more. The customer service was Great. Please get Sweet potato.

The Cupcake Collection is a sweet delight. The service was warm and welcoming with the strong temptation to purchase every cupcake. The only thing I disliked is the debit card minimum, however. A must visit for fresh cupcakes made with care.

I ordered 6 cupcakes for my anniversary since my husband loves cupcakes. I had seen the owner on the today show a few weeks ago which is what made me want to get cupcakes from here. All I can say is flavorful, fresh & delicious!!! We tried king cake, chocolate, lemon, strawberry, red velvet and vanilla. Strawberry was my absolute favorite and my husband said the red velvet was the best. I experienced excellent customer service when I went to pick up the cupcakes. Can’t wait to have another excuse to go back.

I wish I could give them 10 stars. Staff is extremely professional and kind! The cupcakes are to die for. Cake is soft, the icing isn't too sweet, the cake is super moist, it doesn't break apart when you bite into it. It's the perfect cupcake! 10/10! Please visit this place when you visit New Orleans, you will NOT regret it!

Oh my GAWD I thought these looked like good cupcakes I had NO IDEA these would be the BEST CUPCAKES I’VE EVER GAD. Not only did the shop let us in exactly at 4pm after they had closed, which was super kind, they were so friendly and wonderful to talk to. Then I took home the cupcakes and ate them the next day, and DIVINE. Above and beyond delicious, haven’t had a cupcake this good in I don’t know how long. Get there as soon as you can.

We have visited and purchased cupcakes from them every time we go to Nawlings! I haven’t tasted any cupcakes that can match theirs. One important thing….hubby and I got there this morning 5 minutes before they opened and their heads were lowered and I thought they were praying! When they were done, I said “Amen”. Someone offered to buy my cupcakes at 3 x the price . They refused to sell my batch ! These people have integrity and the cupcakes are divine. Treasures of the heart matter. A cupcake is not just a cupcake. If you want the best cupcake ever, visit Aiesha at the Cupcake Collection. Who knew a sweet potato cupcake was a thing. Well it is, and you need to try it. The icing is equally wonderful but does not dominate the experience. It's a wonderful cupcake with icing, not a lot of icing overwhelming a cupcake.

Holy amazing cupcakes! When we stopped in to the Cupcake Collection today we were instantly greeted by the absolute sweetest staff and the smell of the most amazing cupcakes. From the sweet potato cupcakes to the traditional vanilla cupcake everything was delicious.

Delicious cupcakes. Allow customized icing colors for an extra fee per color. Ordered on Sunday and was able to pick up on Wednesday. Does not seem to be a discount for ordering by the dozen.

I’d highly recommend this bakery! The cupcakes were delicious and the service was great! I’m not a huge sweet potato fan, but the sweet potato cupcake was SO good. The cupcakes were extremely moist and the icing had just enough sweetness. Do yourself a favor and order any of her cupcakes... you won’t regret it!

A series of unfavorable events has ended. I was stricken with a most vile curse, onset while dining on wretched supermarket cupcakes with my dearest sisters. Thence I fell among many upsetting or misfortunate occurrences, some light as a pound of feathers, some heavy as a pound of lead. Nay, a pound of uranium! Upon reviewing these many injuries to my being I found my attention drawn not to the most severe, but the earliest. The cupcake! Oh, how vile. Cake like cellulite, icing like Elmer's glue... and it was filled with some sort of curdled milk the drips out of rotten fruit. The candle was quite nice, though. Very luminous. But it was hexed! Eating that cupped cake began this most unfortunate series of events, and only a cupcake could end it! I searched high, I crawled low. I dredged the depths of culture and geography in search of the perfect cupcake. Then I walked a block and a half to my neighborhood Cupcake Collection. AND BEHOLD! The best cupcake Louisiana has to offer. A perfect, delectable sweet potato cupcake of heavenly ambrosia served by Hebe herself. The breaker of curses, the end of misfortune, the nadir of luck and joy out from which paths only lead skyward. The curse is ended. I am free.

Nice cupcakes but nothing special. Was in the city visiting for the first time and had been informed that this bakery was a must. The cashier was friendly, but the experience paled in comparison to the other businesses I patronized throughout the city during my stay. Wasn't much variety to choose from either. Don't regret stopping by, but won't be returning and would never recommend.

We sampled the red velvet cake cupcakes and they were night and day better than Gambino’s—really, night and day! Initially we were perturbed by the 4 cupcake minimum as we were simply trying to sample, but the owner came out and explained it’s because they’re not accepting cash due to COVID.

Such a heavenly delight on earth!!! We ordered an assortment of cupcakes for our son’s baptism celebration and EVERY cupcake was exceptionally delicious! I like cupcakes but I usually scrape the frosting off because it’s flavorless or too sweet. But these cupcakes are soooooooo amazing. The frosting is the most delicious frosting I’ve ever had in my LIFE! And the cupcake it’s self tastes exactly like whatever flavor it is! I wish they had these in VA. I absolutely looooove these cupcakes!

First and foremost alynna and Aisha customer service sold me way before I tasted the cupcakes. I initially came in to buy 5 for my friends and I. They had the nerve to let me sample those moist and extremely delicious cupcakes. I had to get a dozen. This being a black owned business really sold me but man they customer service is second to none. I rant about that because good customer service has become so hard to find.

The cupcakes are unbelievably delicious from this family-owned bakery in the little mall on Magazine St, across from the fire station. Support this black woman-owned business!

Best little damn thing to fit in the palm of my hand since I gave up hot dogs hahaha. I had the sweet potato cupcake and let me tell ya. I was amazed and surprised at the same time. It had a kick, then a bite, than it was gone, and I was in wonderland.
