I was in the area going to dinner and happened to see Insomnia Cookies, so I headed in. I had heard that they now have vegan options, and was excited to see four clearly marked vegan items on the menu! I ordered two of the Vegan Chocolate Chunk and two of the Vegan Birthday Cake. Both cookies are quite good! They are not the best I've ever had, but they were tasty. The Chocolate Chunk cookies were in the oven when I got there, so I had to wait. The staff was courteous, friendly, and even gave me two free cookies since I had to wait. I definitely recommend this location. In addition to the friendly staff, it's very clean. Parking is a bit of a bear, but I think it's worth it!

My experience was just what it needed to be, to the point and fresh delicious cookies! They did run out a few of the options but that just mean the cookies are really delicious so order another favorite. Great presentation, clean little spot, and customer service is decent. It's in a busy location and crazy parking but definitely worth a visit!

I liked the cookies I got, the regular double chocolate were way better than the vegan double chocolate cookies. And they were all out of whole milk, so I had to get flavored.

We stopped by and I got the Oatmeal Raisin and it was a little dry but good for a cookie chain. My friend got the Chocolate Chip and it was good, better than mine. They were out of the small cookies and 2 flavors but it was midnight so that’s understandable. The staff was nice and I think think it’s a good late-night snack if other stuff isn’t open.

Cookies are alright, but they are open late which is great. Ordered yesterday around 7:30 for an order to be delivered at 9, I called at 9:15 after not getting any information and was informed that they were super short staffed. I would have appreciated a warning call beforehand, and I did not get my cookies until 10pm, but the driver Tiffany was very very nice and the man who I spoke on the phone with gave me extra cookies as an apology. I was very appreciative!

The cookies are great! The customer service could use a bit of an upgrade, nothing fancy but a friendly staff member goes a long way…the only reason I’m not giving a 5 star review is the delivery issues I’ve experienced more than once from Insomnia Cookies. I’ve ordered off a 3rd party app and no matter what location or time of day it always seems to get canceled by the store itself. I’ve been enough times that I’ll support such an awesome place but please be mindful of the ordering situation not sure where the ball gets dropped there but hopefully that will be resolved.

Reviews kind of scared us, but we are on a romantic getaway so decided to try it. Cookies and ice cream were ordered at 11:05pm and delivered at 11:35pm. Was pleased! Perfect size dessert and no issues whatsoever. Made a fun trip even better!

Great late night snack. I always order online and then pick it up. I'd recommend doing the same since it takes ~15 minutes to get the cookies ready and there are usually people standing around waiting. The hand off is seamless and quick. Staff is very friendly.

When you get a craving for something particular, it’s near impossible to stop thinking about it until that craving is satiated. Last night that was for the red velvet cookies from Insomnia. My heart sank a little when I arrived and Aiden informed me they were sold out. But Reggie overheard, and quickly swooped in to make sure we found the perfect cookie that would satisfy that craving. Both Aiden and Reggie went above and beyond, provided great service, and left us laughing and smiling on the way out the door. I had a great experience overall! It was cleanly, my order was completed efficiently, Ans they were extremely professional and had great customer service skills. I would highly recommend these two to deal with complex service situations and customer de escalation.

This was my first order of cookies. I was surprised there were vegan cookies available. First of all, the customer service will rival that of Chic fil a. Secondly, the delivery time was less than 20 minutes from when I ordered, an my delivery guy was so handsome 😉. These cookies are delicious, although I'm not sure how many I am supposed to eat in one sitting for them to help me sleep. I would highly recommend.

All the yeses! What a great idea! I know it's a chain but it's new to me. The cookies are fresh and delicious! The ice cream is too! Combine the 2 for an ice cream sandwich and you've got a real treat! Warning they are deceptively small and the smallest ones are a bit too big for an average person. Spoke to the owner too, he was very nice and obviously know good customer service! They deliver to areas around their store!

Insomnia has made all of my 2019! Cookies from 9am-3am.... what!!!!! They are always warm and freshly baked. Worth the drive uptown if you're not from the area. They have saved me plenty of nights when driving Uber. There is ice cream to look sexy with your cookies and to top it off, they deliver!!! Heaven sent.

Nice little place and friendly staff, but I can honestly say the cookies AREN’T that great. When I went l, there was only 5 options for cookies and 6 options for ice cream ( a low amount considering places like baskin robins and cold stone with unlimited flavors). When I got my “cookie-wich” even though the cookies were stored in what seamed like it would be a heater they were both cold and I was left unimpressed by my whole dessert. It’s a nice place just to say you went but I highly don’t suggest going if you genuinely want a good cookie.

I love this concept and the accessibility of late-night cookies, but they are increasingly rawer with each visit. And the ability to get a cookie order correct seems like a low bar that is hard to achieve with some behind the counter.
